My mom Is leaving to South America One Day after today and this Is beyond the worst Job Ever . We paid for a pedicure and they didn't even cut the nails to be even or apply the color in correcto y and made her bug toe worse then before. Did you guys have schooling or not.

I left with my hands like this ladies out of respect. I know it was a long day for all the hard working women but this is not okay.

Very unwelcoming experience here. I went in for a regular nail polish manicure with french tip design. Price was fare but the quality of the service was very unpleasant and done with no care or attention and I even paid and tipped before the service. As you can see she did one coat of regular polish and did not care to clean up the French lines after application. Lines were uneven and so sloppy, polish is uneven and clumpy as well . This manicure was $30 mind you, other places charge $40 for gel x polished cleaned nail sets. Don't come here if your have a important event to go to because you will regret paying for the service and leave sad and disappointed. I'm not one to ever speak badly on others services but this was not okay to walk out with.

First time today and first time trying Gel X ! They were available for my appointment and all greeted me with a smile. I love how feminine my nails look, the shape, and Nancy dealt with every pesky request I made. (sorry Nancy!) Ivy did my gel pedicure, the hot stones and massage was AMAZING. No pain when cleaning cuticles either. Highly recommend! Will be back

Came to get a fill on my Gel x nails and asked for the same thing I already had which was a thick French tip. I then asked to get my nails shortened a little but unfortunately she shortened them way more than I expected, she then proceeded on with the French tip and to my surprise she started doing a regular French tip and I asked if it was going to have the line to the bottom of my nail like I had originally and she said yes. When she started adding the line on the sides I asked if I can get the French tip to look thicker and she said that it wouldn't look nice! That's what I had asked for. I was over it I just wanted to get out of there. When I got to my car I actually started taking a good look at the work she had done and it looked so sloppy. I tried taking pictures but it doesn't really capture all the details. I've been coming here for 3 years and I always try to give them a chance but sadly I won't be coming back. read more

I would NEVER recommend this nail establishment. Proceed with caution. There is absolutely no sanitation and I got a nail infection after using using their dirty DIP powder that almost cost me a finger... I have been there twice and the creepy gentleman that works. There is also a big thumbs down. read more

This is by far my favorite place! The best pedicures for me and my hubby! Vivian, Nancy and everyone else is really nice and make you feel welcome. I have started getting the dip nail and absolutely love it. My nails have never been this long before because they usually break. I've been to Elite Nails & Spa twice now, and both times I've managed to make an appointment with no hassle. All their furniture is white, and super clean. So clean you can do a white glove test and I can assure you it will pass! They are practicing social distancing, masks are required, and there are no walk-ins. Vivian took care of me both times, no complaints on my end, she knows exactly what to do, and really good at it. No lifting, no hangnails, no chipping... Work well done! I'll definitely continue to go to Elite Nails & Spa. It's located on Lakewood Blvd., shopping center close to Florence Ave., plenty of parking. read more

The service here was better before. During the last two visits, they have switched the color that I have requested without informing me, and even refused to give me sandals when it was raining. Ended up having to walk our barefoot in the rain so as to not ruin my pedicure. read more

It's been at least 2.5 years since I had a mani/pedi - had a newborn and then covid hit. Just got my nails done today for a wedding and was really happy with the service! I got a classic pedicure and gel manicure, which was $54 before tip. The owner helped me with my nails and didn't rush through it at all even though a lot of people came in for other services (she had to turn them away because she was all booked). They definitely have good business and it makes sense why. I will be coming back for my next special occasion! read more

Tammi gets them toes looking good.. recommend tammi for great conversation, she's gentle but rough when she's using that sugar scrub.. the classic was good for me.. Very clean establishment, masks are worn by the crew. I wouldn't imagine someone not coming here cause feet can start to look messed up by just constant use. I have been here many times and the service is great. I get my nails done with Diane and she does an excellent job. She also does great pedicures. The place is clean, they make you wash you hands as you walk in, masks are required, and a big plus is there is always parking. read more

These little mamas know a thing or two about an ingrown toenail ! I love how they take my pain away , ease my stress and give me a great lookin nail! Super clean and smooth with the skin and smooth hair on the inside of the face! Great clean cold water as a refrigerated refreshment . This is my new go to nail salon! I've only been about 5 times but each time I walk out so satisfied! All the ladies are sweet and do a really good job, they do not rush (a huge plus for me). I used to go to this place at least two times a month for the past year and a half, but then I realize there's so many nail places out there. After re-growing my nails and taking good care of them, I realized this was not the place for me. From cutting every time, to getting gel on me, and getting acrylic on me I realized paying $10-$20 less is not worth it. My nails would look good, but I would leave, and my hands would start healing and have cuts all over my cuticles. I started going other places and my nails last so much longer. Sometimes the nail techs are super nice, and sometimes they are super rude and act like they don't want to service you. If you don't want to service me after I made an appointment, don't make the appointment. Overall, I think this place was a lot nicer to me when I first started going there, and when they realize I was a loyal customer and I would keep coming back they started treating me like shit read more

I have to be completely honest and say that I stopped going here. I was no longer a happy client. They did an amazing time the first couple times I went but then started to slack off. All the technicians have different styles and techniques. Gel chips and does not last even half a week. Also not the most sanitary location and very expensive. read more

I really wanted to like this nail salon, close to home and I loved the ambiance. cute set up they have there but the nail polish is trash. got a full set, which I loved the length. I just said short and shaped square round....the tech got it! I always get regular polish on acrylics and toes and it ALWAYS lasts forever. I just was there yesterday...my toe and and index finger are now chipped. wont be going there, sadly. not even to fix this. I gave them 2 stars because at least the ladies there are very nice and attentive. read more

This was my go to spot for last min pedi's and recently went and was convinced by the ladies to do a mani, I asked for French tip and the lady did them very slanted, I said I didn't want that anymore and the rest of the experience went down from there, she ended up removing the tip I felt extremely uncomfortable while trying to stay kind. At the end they still charged me for the French tip that I didn't get plus extra and that solidified I won't be returning. I loved this place for pedis and have been a customer since before they changed owners, I was excited about the changes made it seemed to be improving but I did not like how I was treated on top of that they don't use clean equipment as a customer and there are so many nail salons out there who would appreciate you as a customer to settle for this location. read more

Don't get me wrong my nails were cute and they did exactly what I wanted but my nails popped off so easily and with no pain which with acrylics is kinda unheard of. Beware of extra charges when paying for nail service. I had dip powder SNS done on my natural nails. I was charged for the service plus medium length nails charge of $5 , 3% price increase surcharge and a tip. I personally gave her a cash tip. You should ask for a receipt and check it. Unfortunately, I checked my receipt a week later when I was going through my wallet. Total rip off! read more

Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my perception of this place. I came in for a pedicure and, at one point, used Google Translate on my phone. To my shock, the technician doing my pedicure was making insulting comments about my legs and feet, calling them "ugly" and saying they looked "smashed," as if I had just come back from the field. I initially tried to ignore it, but when I asked for a specific polish, she continued making the same comments. I eventually confronted her and the girl at the front desk, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, they both became upset. It's incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to speak about clients this way--especially right in front of them. Customers come in to feel good and receive a service, not to be insulted or belittled. No customer should be disrespected or feel unsafe during a service. I will not be returning

Pedicure was done ok. After 4 hours they charged $110. Time to look for a new nail shop.

The store was cool and had music playing but on the tv was a fabulous channel showing people making gorgeous pastries. The pedicure was absolutely fantastic, I got an extra 10 minutes of foot massage. Best foot massage I've ever had. Prices are reasonable, staff were great. I will be back and would recommend this business to everyone.

I used to really like this place before they got busy. After that the quality has gone down. Not only is it very hard to get an appointment, the attitude and rudeness is horrible. They were very nice when they were new and needed customers, but now they have customers they're very rude. The last few times I have gone here the quality of my nails have been horrible. My last set was thick lumpy and not shaped well when I pointed this out to the nail tech she acted as if she couldn't see it and begrudgingly tried to fix my issues very minimally. My last encounter I showed up 7 minutes late, Nancy immediately started taking off my nails but she was doing it by using an acrylic nail to rip them off it was very painful, and if you know anything about nails, this can take off layers of your natural nail and is not the correct way to takeoff nails. I asked her to stop and to soak them she told me because I was 7 minutes late she couldn't soak them therefore the only way she could do it is by ripping them off and I was supposed to just take that pain. I refused and left and said I wouldn't return. There have been multiple times where I have showed up to an appointment on time and they are not ready or running behind, and I wait patiently without complaining, but when I am literally 7 minutes late to an appointment that now equates to me having to have my nails basically ripped off instead of soaked?! That's not OK. Keep in mind this was a Tuesday afternoon, they were not busy, and there was one other customer in the shop. If they continue with that attitude and rudeness they won't be in business for long. read more

I love this place ! I know the owner from a previous nail shop near by for years. I recommend THE NAIL SHOP. Clean and friendly. I love the way my nails and pedicure always come out, Lisa, Leslie, Linda, and Vivian are the BEST ! read more
