Right from the jump, he was incredibly straightforward. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, and absolutely no need to waste time haggling over the price. He gave it to us straight, which is so rare and refreshing in the car-buying world. Our Finance Manager, Michael was equally amazing. Financing a vehicle can usually feel like pulling teeth, but Michael made it a breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and just a great guy to talk to. I still can't believe it, but we spent a grand total of only three hours at the dealership. That included the test drive of three used Sequoias, picking the one we liked out of the three, the vehicle inspection, and getting all the final paperwork squared away with finance. We've all heard or experienced the horror stories of spending 6 to 8 hours at a dealership, but Chris and Michael valued our time and had us on the road in a flash. What stood out to us the most was the sheer respect we received. Walking into dealerships can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris and Michael provided a truly delightful customer experience without a single ounce of judgment or prejudice. They treated us like family from the moment we walked through the doors. We love our new (used) Sequoia Capstone and we can recommend Toyota of Cedar Park without a doubt. Go see (ask for) Chris and Michael they will take incredible care of you! Now the great part of the experience we learned Chris was a veteran like ourselves. But unfornalutely he served in the Navy, my wife and I are both Army veterans. Go Army! Beat Navy!!

My recent experience with Toyota of Cedar Park was extremely disappointing and confirms many of the…read moreconcerns people have about dealership practices. I will not be doing business with this dealership again and strongly caution others to be very careful if they choose to do so. My wife and I came in to test drive a car and, after the test drive, submitted a credit application--explicitly authorizing a credit pull--with the clear intent to purchase the vehicle. We were told everything was in order and scheduled an appointment the following morning for my wife to move forward with financing and paperwork. At no point were we informed that the vehicle was still at risk of being sold. While my wife was on her way to completing the financing process, she received a call informing her that the vehicle had been shown to another couple and sold. This occurred despite our salesperson clearly communicating to management that this deal was essentially set. That information was dismissed, and management allowed another salesperson to show and sell the vehicle without extending us even the courtesy of a phone call to give us the opportunity to finalize the purchase--which we absolutely would have done. I work with dealerships regularly in my profession, and while you hear stories like this, you hope they are exaggerated or rare. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise. When I raised the issue with management, the response felt scripted, dismissive, and entirely policy-driven, with no ownership or genuine concern for how poorly this was handled. It became very clear that the priority was selling the vehicle as quickly as possible, regardless of fairness, professionalism, or existing commitments. The message sent was simple: once a faster or more convenient sale appears, an active and committed customer is expendable. That reflects a lack of integrity in both process and leadership. I previously had a positive experience purchasing from Toyota of Cedar Park, which makes this situation even more disappointing. This was not a failure of the salesperson I worked with--it was a management decision, and it speaks volumes about how business is conducted there. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you choose to do business here, proceed with caution and do not assume that verbal assurances, credit applications, or scheduled appointments mean anything unless a deal is fully executed. This dealership and its management team should be ashamed of themselves!

Back in 2010, I wrote, "To be honest, I would rather have a tooth pulled than deal with a used car salesman." Well, at Apple, there is no tooth pulling! There's no high-pressure sales approach here. Every vehicle on their lot is high-end, clean, and mechanically sound. They offer fair trade-in values, include a free drivetrain warranty, and provide a very reasonably priced extended warranty plan. Best of all, they don't tack on any of those unnecessary add-ons you often see at other dealerships. On this most recent visit, I worked with Corey (sales) and Mike (sales manager), and it was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in and even secured a loan rate better than what my credit union offered, which surprised me. Bailey (finance) made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free, and she offered an extended warranty at a price I felt was more than fair. Pro tip: Check out their inventory, but be aware it tends to move quickly, so contact them online to verify that the new-to-you vehicle is still available.

After taking my car two BMW for a new battery and they recommended 2 services that was roughly $3700 and also told me that although due to changing the battery I needed to get it programmed and that it would cost an additional $550. And advised me that I can pay it and they could do it but it could cause a bigger problem that would cost me $3500 if so. I told them just change the battery and took it straight to Apple Imports. I don't want to butcher the service guy name it's Aaron or Erin. But he's a genius! He knew exactly who I was every time i called, kept me updated on everything that they did, and even figured out the programming that BMW apparently screwed up! And didn't charge me anything additional! His genuine care to get my car fixed was amazing to me! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I haven't had any interaction with anyone else other than Aaron/Erin, but I can say he's awesome! And his customer service is phenomenal! You really don't get good customer service all the time in the car service industry.

The car burns oil like crazy (we never found a leak but we're always low), we noticed abnormal oil consumption so we did a change and barely any oil came out at all, it was black as well. But this isn't even the tip of the shit iceberg that is this car. After taking it to our mechanic they diagnosed so many incorrect parts and generally concerning issues. I'll just list them for you. Incorrect PCV Valve and assembly All 4 spark plugs were incorrect Ignition coil connectors were damaged A/C compressor failure A/C condenser failure Along with these issues, the there is a thinnish metal plate on the inside of the valve cover (top bun of the engine sandwich) called a baffle, and it had "completely exploded" said the shop. There was shrapnel covering the camshaft and wedged in between the workings of the valve cover. The cover needed to be replaced entirely. Just to add insult to injury, our temporary tag expired before we had the title and license plates mailed due to our address being entered incorrect by the dealer. Ultimately leading us to either A. Drive back to the dealership and get them myself or B. Have them sent again with the right address. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for the plates to get mailed... called 5 days later to ask if they were sent and they hadn't even been touched since I called last. We ended up going to the local tax assessors office to get them replaced entirely. At the end of the day, paying $6,500 for a used car that ran fine for a month then having to pay an extra $2,000 to get major systems replaced isn't right. Please look elsewhere if you're looking for an "affordable" used car.

Angel was my rep again and when I went to test drive the vehicle I was going to purchase, I asked him if I could take it to a mechanic to get it inspected. He didn't hesitate to approve this, which shows how ethical they are as a dealership! The day after the purchase, however, the check engine light came on. I took it to the repair shop first to get the code pulled and then called and talked to Steve at Greg Chapman. He told me to bring it in and they were able to fix the two issues that pulled up right away. Not only this, but they noticed the navigation system was wired in a way that would drain my battery, so they re-wired it to prevent that from happening again. Context: I am very diligent about doing research when it comes to car purchasing. I had gone to Mercedes, Audi, Tesla, Lexus, & Cadillac, to test drive vehicles on top of weeks of reading reviews, watching YouTube videos, etc. I went to the dealership because of two different CPO 2021 XC40 models I saw online. The prices online were the true prices (no surprises, which I appreciated). The receptionist was friendly and introduced me to Alex, the salesperson who would be helping me. I told Alex what features I was looking for, and he confirmed only one of the two had it which saved us time. Alex was not pushy, but truly was just a wealth of knowledge. For the test drive, I had already done all of my research online and was very informed. Alex offered an overview of the vehicle - I said sure, thinking I'd already known most of what he was going to show me. I was wrong! Alex went through each setting on the infotainment system including active safety features, how to pair a phone, how to pair TWO phones in case I had a business phone and a personal phone. Alex is such a resource that made the buying experience better than I could've imagined. The test drive went well and I put a deposit down on the car with plans to purchase it a few days later. When I came back, Alex was there who introduced me to the finance manager. The finance manager was just as professional, informed, and friendly as Alex. There were no hidden agendas or 'gotchas'. What I also appreciated is that I was prioritized and treated with respect. There were several other dealerships I had gone to with a man where the employees would talk directly to the man instead of me who was the purchaser. Also, it's a good spot for a photo op if you want a picture with your new car :) Highly recommend test driving, sales, and service here!

My car has been in your shop since the end of January, and despite it now being mid-March, the situation remains unresolved. What began as a standard transmission repair covered under warranty has turned into a persistent and frustrating issue. Not only was my vehicle damaged by a technician while in your care--specifically due to a failure to ensure the door jam was removed--but I have also been told seven times now that the car is ready for pickup, only to arrive and find it still unfit for release. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned by the lack of professionalism I encountered during my last visit. When I asked to speak with Dylan, my service advisor, Alex, informed me that he was busy with a customer who had a "real problem." This dismissive attitude toward a customer whose vehicle has been held for nearly two months is unacceptable, whether he meant it or not. While the car may currently be drivable, I will not be taking it out of the shop until all damage is fully repaired and the vehicle is returned to its proper condition. I wish that I had a clear timeline for these final repairs and a prompt resolution to this matter
