On this most recent visit, I worked with Corey (sales) and Mike (sales manager), and it was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in and even secured a loan rate better than what my credit union offered, which surprised me. After taking my car two BMW for a new battery and they recommended 2 services that was roughly $3700 and also told me that although due to changing the battery I needed to get it programmed and that it would cost an additional $550. And advised me that I can pay it and they could do it but it could cause a bigger problem that would cost me $3500 if so. I told them just change the battery and took it straight to Apple Imports. I don't want to butcher the service guy name it's Aaron or Erin. But he's a genius! He knew exactly who I was every time i called, kept me updated on everything that they did, and even figured out the programming that BMW apparently screwed up! And didn't charge me anything additional! His genuine care to get my car fixed was amazing to me! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I haven't had any interaction with anyone else other than Aaron/Erin, but I can say he's awesome! And his customer service is phenomenal! Zero honest disclosure was made concerning the condition. An initial $1200 repair because it couldn't even be smogged with the check engine light on. Next, the realization that the air conditioning did not function. The alleged matching spare in back that was not matching at all. The divider between the cab and bed was destroyed and needing replacement to keep the vehicle from being stolen. Then and not even at the end of this nightmare the dash frame was destroyed holding the stereo, Onstar and other components in place. Those repairs to the dash alone are well over $3500. Calling them for answers was interesting. The refusal of both the owner and Adam to even identify themselves as though they are in hiding was curious. The promise from Adam to cover some of the costs seems to have been a lie as well. I'm not as angry as I am very disgusted and disappointed. This was the last truck I would be purchasing. I have cancer, cardiac issues and raising my best friend... my 11 year old son. At this point we can't even register the vehicle. I called them today to let them know they will be the subject of getting some truth out. Sure, the vehicle appeared great cosmetically but that's it. If you want to try to trust someone then these are not the people. Not at all honest and not at all reliable. And when every other review is 5* and you have the reviewer refer to you by only your initials"SW", you might be hiding out from something. Shady as hell. Alex went through each setting on the infotainment system including active safety features, how to pair a phone, how to pair TWO phones in case I had a business phone and a personal phone. Alex is such a resource that made the buying experience better than I could've imagined. The test drive went well and I put a deposit down on the car with plans to purchase it a few days later. When I came back, Alex was there who introduced me to the finance manager. The finance manager was just as professional, informed, and friendly as Alex. There were no hidden agendas or 'gotchas'.
