This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Apple Sport Imports, and once again, the experience…read morewas outstanding. Back in 2010, I wrote, "To be honest, I would rather have a tooth pulled than deal with a used car salesman." Well, at Apple, there is no tooth pulling! There's no high-pressure sales approach here. Every vehicle on their lot is high-end, clean, and mechanically sound. They offer fair trade-in values, include a free drivetrain warranty, and provide a very reasonably priced extended warranty plan. Best of all, they don't tack on any of those unnecessary add-ons you often see at other dealerships. On this most recent visit, I worked with Corey (sales) and Mike (sales manager), and it was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in and even secured a loan rate better than what my credit union offered, which surprised me. Bailey (finance) made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free, and she offered an extended warranty at a price I felt was more than fair. Pro tip: Check out their inventory, but be aware it tends to move quickly, so contact them online to verify that the new-to-you vehicle is still available.

Typically I've always taken my car to BMW for services the few years I've had it. A friend of mine…read morewho has the same car, a 2019 BMW 330i started bringing hers here to Apple Imports about 2 years ago. She's always paid a fraction of the cost I pay for services at BMW, and yet she's never had any problems with her car. After taking my car two BMW for a new battery and they recommended 2 services that was roughly $3700 and also told me that although due to changing the battery I needed to get it programmed and that it would cost an additional $550. And advised me that I can pay it and they could do it but it could cause a bigger problem that would cost me $3500 if so. I told them just change the battery and took it straight to Apple Imports. I don't want to butcher the service guy name it's Aaron or Erin. But he's a genius! He knew exactly who I was every time i called, kept me updated on everything that they did, and even figured out the programming that BMW apparently screwed up! And didn't charge me anything additional! His genuine care to get my car fixed was amazing to me! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I haven't had any interaction with anyone else other than Aaron/Erin, but I can say he's awesome! And his customer service is phenomenal! You really don't get good customer service all the time in the car service industry.

After needing to replace my vehicle I found one here. Adam was very accommodating. I explained my situation and he seemed honest, but after receiving the vehicle I learned otherwise. Zero honest disclosure was made concerning the condition. An initial $1200 repair because it couldn't even be smogged with the check engine light on. Next, the realization that the air conditioning did not function. The alleged matching spare in back that was not matching at all. The divider between the cab and bed was destroyed and needing replacement to keep the vehicle from being stolen. Then and not even at the end of this nightmare the dash frame was destroyed holding the stereo, Onstar and other components in place. Those repairs to the dash alone are well over $3500. Calling them for answers was interesting. The refusal of both the owner and Adam to even identify themselves as though they are in hiding was curious. The promise from Adam to cover some of the costs seems to have been a lie as well. I'm not as angry as I am very disgusted and disappointed. This was the last truck I would be purchasing. I have cancer, cardiac issues and raising my best friend... my 11 year old son. At this point we can't even register the vehicle. I called them today to let them know they will be the subject of getting some truth out. Sure, the vehicle appeared great cosmetically but that's it. If you want to try to trust someone then these are not the people. Not at all honest and not at all reliable. And when every other review is 5* and you have the reviewer refer to you by only your initials"SW", you might be hiding out from something. Shady as hell. And a simple search shows they are not supposed to be doing business in Texas. REVOKED Steven J. Douglas!

I recently had the incredible opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Apple Lease Returns, and the…read moreexperience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I found the exact make and model I was dreaming of on their website, I knew I had to act fast. Calling them up, I was immediately greeted by Duane, whose friendliness and personable approach instantly put me at ease. This being my first time buying from a dealership, I had my reservations, but Duane made the entire process feel straightforward and honest. What heightened my sense of urgency was hearing through the grapevine that someone else was interested in the same vehicle but wasn't ready to make the purchase. Knowing this, I felt an immediate push to secure the vehicle that very day. This sense of competition added an extra layer of excitement and determination to my car buying journey. The excitement to see the car in person drove me to make a 40-minute trip north, and it was worth every second. Upon arrival, my decision was cemented - I had to have that car that day. What impressed me the most was the transparency with which Duane presented my financing options, a refreshing change from the usual sales tactics. During the inevitable wait for bank feedback, Janie's thoughtfulness in offering snacks and water was a small but significant gesture that made the experience more comfortable. Then, Juan took over to discuss the next steps, insurance, and warranty details with such clarity and openness, it reassured me I was making the right decision. Despite the dealership nearing closing time, and my needing to manage logistical hurdles to drop off my mom's car and return, Janie and Juan assured me they'd wait, no matter how long it took. This level of commitment and understanding from a dealership was unexpected and deeply appreciated. My mom, too, was delighted by the kindness and professionalism shown by Janie over the phone. Finalizing the paperwork was smooth, filled with friendly banter and laughter with Juan, marking a perfect end to the day. I can't express enough gratitude towards Apple Leasing for their genuine approach, making sure their customers are not only satisfied but also well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Their willingness to go the extra mile, ensuring we didn't have to juggle multiple cars home, was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. This was by far the most comfortable and reassuring dealership experience I've ever had. It's why I've never made a purchase until now, as most dealerships in the past seemed shady. I highly recommend Apple Lease Returns to anyone looking for a seamless, honest car buying journey. I'm over the moon with my Q50 and only wish I could personally thank everyone at the dealership one more time for their incredible service and support.
