Having been to heated yoga classes on a consistent basis in the last year, I invested in a performance yoga towel and very happy I did. You will need the grip as well as something to catch the massive amounts of sweat, haha. Short recovery in between intervals guarantees you will get stronger in every aspect of your workout. The intensity combined with the intro and outro vinyasa flow is a wonderful mind and body combination. So, do yourself a favor and try it out! Forrest, the owner is a great listener who addresses the physical workout needs of each person individually. The machines give an obvious significant workout and the place allows for individualized attention. I cannot say enough about the improvements made in such a short time. My upper body strength has improved by 40 per cent and my lower body strength has increased by 25 per cent. I'm excited to see where I'll be in the next 10 months. My only regret is that I didn't know about this place sooner.
