2 stars for a sweet facility...but question how this place is being run...At the time of signing…read moreup, I asked specific questions about guest privileges and bringing minors. Based on the verbal explanations provided, I understood that I would be able to bring my son as a guest, which factored into my decision to proceed. After enrollment, I was informed that my 14-year-old son could not be brought as a guest. To address that, I enrolled him under a family membership. Separately, I brought my son's 16-year-old neighbor and friend as a guest. I entered his information into the system at the front desk, and he was allowed to work out with us on three separate visits without any questions or issues raised at check-in. At a later point, I was told that guests between the ages of 16 and 18 must be family members, which conflicted with both my initial understanding and prior experiences at the facility. Additionally, I called the location to speak with a manager regarding these inconsistencies. After an extended wait, I was informed by the staff member who answered that the appropriate person to address my concern was the customer service manager, who was on break and unavailable. I was told they were working out with their girlfriend at the time, which gave the impression that customer service concerns were not being prioritized. This reflects a lack of integrity and/or training in my opinion, resulting in differences between what was explained at sign up, what was allowed in practice, and what is now being enforced. I

This was our first time at EōS Fitness, and unfortunately, it will also be our last…read more We came specifically to support my husband while he competed in a bench-pressing competition. We had been in the facility for nearly an hour when the manager, Nathan Wilson, approached us while we were standing and told us to move. We complied. He told us to move again--we complied. He asked us to move a third time--we complied again. Apparently, that still wasn't good enough. That is when we were suddenly told that children under 14 were not allowed in the gym. This rule somehow became an issue only after we had already been there for nearly an hour and had complied with three separate requests to move. After telling us about the age restriction, Nathan repeatedly emphasized that he was the manager, that he had the authority, and that we needed to comply or we would be removed from the gym. The interaction became unnecessarily confrontational when we had done nothing but comply with his requests. The most disappointing part is that my children missed the opportunity to watch their father compete. That was the entire reason we were there, and that experience cannot be recreated or given back to them. We will not be returning, recommending this location, or patronizing EōS Fitness in the future. An apology after the fact doesn't give my boys back the experience they missed with their father.

The Sweat 60 class is an infrared heated class and it works every single muscle. I love the way the classes are lit (it's dark inside) and the music is perfect. The studio is new, clean and people are spaced out inside. They sanitize all your equipment when the class is over, and give out a refreshing cold towel. There's a shower, bathroom with toiletries and places to store items. The location is convenient for anyone in Frisco/Prosper and is right on 380 west. Best of all, the community is so welcoming and it's a local woman-owned business! They even do social events with members. Tips for your first time: register online, arrive a few minutes early, hydrate before and after class and be sure to grab a towel before class - you'll need it!

The workouts are in a heated 90 degree room so you definitely will burn calories and SWEAT! All the instructors are great and I love the community they have here. The music is always bumpin' and the workouts are fun, but they also push you. Sweat Project is definitely one of the best workouts you can do while having fun!
