When we asked about canceling, a staff member advised us via text that we needed to wait until the first payment drafted before canceling. Because of that instruction, the cancellation ended up being outside of the three-day rescission window in the contract. When we tried to resolve the issue and explained that we followed the guidance given to us, the refund request was still denied. What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.

She is able to get me to push beyond the "I can't..." mentality to the "I can..." mentality. She makes exercise fun. If I'm not laughing during the workout, I can be assured that I'm not working hard enough. She focuses on what is good for you and demonstrates the exercises she wants you to do, then does them WITH you so that you have a buddy to work with. You can work out in an individual session or in classes with other people and she only works with women. I can't rave about her enough. She's a tough taskmaster, but gives you a high-five and a hug at the end of the workout. You definitely can't go wrong, working with her.

At most places the free trial actually gives you an idea of what you'll be doing if you join and how challenging it would be, but after this one I actually still had to go to the gym afterwards to get a workout in. They left me alone on the treadmill for 10 minutes of cardio and then gave me one set of reps on a total of 4 super basic exercises to see where I was at physically. It took less than 20 minutes and I spent less than 10 of them with a trainer. I never felt challenged. To top it all off they never gave me any info about my results, or what future workouts would entail, or how they would get me to my goals. If they had given me anything tangible I may have forgiven the lack of initial challenge, but instead they gave me a sheet of expensive packages and asked me what I wanted to sign up for. I'm in pretty good shape already, so I'm not sure if they thought I wasn't worth the time because I don't have hundreds of pounds to lose, or what, I was just shocked that they didn't really seem to care to sell me on why I should join or give me a good initial experience. After leaving I was super bummed because I felt like I could've loved this place. I ended up joining a different company's program instead.

Jasey helped me on more than one occasion over the past several months when I needed copies of invoices for my account. Each time I reached out, he responded promptly via email and made the whole process easy. That kind of reliability means more than people realize. Today, TK went out of his way during a situation where I was genuinely stressed and racing against a deadline. When I first explained what I needed, he pointed me to the app where I could access my statement directly -- which I appreciated. But when I explained that the statement was missing some details that I specifically needed, he listened, understood exactly what I was asking for, and took care of it without hesitation. He didn't just send it either -- he called me back to make sure I received it and stayed on the phone while I confirmed it had everything I needed. That's not required. He recognized the urgency and acted on it. I had a lot going on today and these two made one part of it easier. That matters. I also want to extend a general thank you to the entire team at this location -- the staff has consistently been friendly and welcoming, and that has not gone unnoticed. My son comes here regularly and always feels welcome, and that kind of environment means a lot to a parent.
