When we asked about canceling, a staff member advised us via text that we needed to wait until the first payment drafted before canceling. Because of that instruction, the cancellation ended up being outside of the three-day rescission window in the contract. When we tried to resolve the issue and explained that we followed the guidance given to us, the refund request was still denied. What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.

There has been a bit of staff turnover recently, which has slightly shifted the vibe and energy. But even with those changes, it's still a great place to get in a well-rounded workout alongside a community of great people. What I really appreciate is the blend of strength training and boxing, creating a balanced workout that builds both cardio and strength. There's also a great mix of fitness levels and body types, which makes the environment feel inclusive and encouraging. After being sidelined for over a year due to injury and surgery, Rumble has been the perfect place to rebuild my strength, confidence, and routine. I'm so grateful to have found it.

At most places the free trial actually gives you an idea of what you'll be doing if you join and how challenging it would be, but after this one I actually still had to go to the gym afterwards to get a workout in. They left me alone on the treadmill for 10 minutes of cardio and then gave me one set of reps on a total of 4 super basic exercises to see where I was at physically. It took less than 20 minutes and I spent less than 10 of them with a trainer. I never felt challenged. To top it all off they never gave me any info about my results, or what future workouts would entail, or how they would get me to my goals. If they had given me anything tangible I may have forgiven the lack of initial challenge, but instead they gave me a sheet of expensive packages and asked me what I wanted to sign up for. I'm in pretty good shape already, so I'm not sure if they thought I wasn't worth the time because I don't have hundreds of pounds to lose, or what, I was just shocked that they didn't really seem to care to sell me on why I should join or give me a good initial experience. After leaving I was super bummed because I felt like I could've loved this place. I ended up joining a different company's program instead.

I LOVE OTF FRISCO!…read more I joined back in January 2018 and have loved it ever since. The whole staff from front desk to trainers are extremely friendly & sweet. I've had memberships at every big gym you can think of and the customer service here does not even compare! Back in February I had to have emergency surgery and was out of the gym for a few weeks, they randomly called me the week after I had surgery to make sure I was doing okay since they had not seen me in there, they obviously were unaware I had surgery and just wanted to see if I needed anything or when I would be back. I mean do other gyms call you to check on you when they don't see you around? NO!!! So little things like that is what sets them apart for me in today's world. And of course besides awesome customer service their workouts are THE BEST!!! Keep it up OTF!

Jasey helped me on more than one occasion over the past several months when I needed copies of invoices for my account. Each time I reached out, he responded promptly via email and made the whole process easy. That kind of reliability means more than people realize. Today, TK went out of his way during a situation where I was genuinely stressed and racing against a deadline. When I first explained what I needed, he pointed me to the app where I could access my statement directly -- which I appreciated. But when I explained that the statement was missing some details that I specifically needed, he listened, understood exactly what I was asking for, and took care of it without hesitation. He didn't just send it either -- he called me back to make sure I received it and stayed on the phone while I confirmed it had everything I needed. That's not required. He recognized the urgency and acted on it. I had a lot going on today and these two made one part of it easier. That matters. I also want to extend a general thank you to the entire team at this location -- the staff has consistently been friendly and welcoming, and that has not gone unnoticed. My son comes here regularly and always feels welcome, and that kind of environment means a lot to a parent. I hope whoever reads this makes sure Jasey and TK both know they were appreciated -- not just as employees doing their job, but as people who showed up for someone who really needed it.
