If you are running more than 10 minutes late then we would need to reschedule." I found a text containing grammatical errors, and threats of cancellation over paperwork (that I did fill out prior to the appointment time) of an appointment from a doctor's office to be concerning. I stated simply that the behavior was not encouraging. Their immediate response: "Good morning, Allison! Thank you for your feedback. At Connected Health, we strive to provide a respectful and efficient environment for all of our patients. Given your concerns, we believe it would be best to cancel your appointment. We wish you the very best in finding the care that best fits your needs." Being respectful of your patients would include honoring your appointment commitments. Being respectful of your patients might include not threatening to cancel their appointment the day of, when the patient has already rearranged their schedule. I wanted my deposit back, and my intake information returned to me. I was then forbidden from coming to the office, and told it was not up for debate. Wildly unnecessary. My deposit has yet to be returned.

In fact, most if not all services have packages or memberships which bring down the prices if you are planning repeat visits. The treatments are fantastic, and the staff is great. The place is always well staffed. I've never had a wait for anything unless I had an appointment and arrived early. My walk in visits are also quick. And the staff knew my name after only a couple visits. They are friendly and efficient. I've been to other cryo facilities in the area but this is now my self care home base. It's the best of the best.

I've used other treatments at the Flower Mound and Keller locations for ionic foot baths, erectile dysfunction (almost completely cured after two shockwave sessions), infrared sauna, and eventually for a colonic. The other person took the phone and said,"How can I help you?" I told her I wanted to cancel my appt on Monday at 10:30 and she said ok. I said ok, bye. I've never been to a holistic provider or had acupuncture. I was called to action by the offer of a free consultation to make sure I was comfortable with the practitioner and the setting.
