On 5/27/26, I submitted my complaint. On 5/28, I was responded to by Keanu & Rhyian, which I appreciated such a quick response. I was told on 6/1 that there was approval to cancel my personal trainings, but it still hasn't been resolved. I was charged twice for personal trainings since I brought this issue to management's attention, and I continue to get charged, I had asked to freeze my membership until this was resolved, and I continue to get charged for that, as well. I'm beyond frustrated!

The 50 minute workouts vary every day and are well planned out including a warmup, stretches, strength training and fitness/cardio.
