I've had a fantastic experience with this gym and its nutritional coaching program. One of the…read morestandout features is the small class sizes--capped at just 6 people--which means you get a lot of personal attention from their personal trainers without the pressure or chaos of a big-box gym. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned gym-goer, this place is designed for all levels of physical ability. The personal trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and great at modifying workouts to fit your goals and limitations with focus on proper form and calculated movements. The nutritional coaching is a huge bonus. It's not a one-size-fits-all plan--they take the time to work with you individually and help you build habits that actually last. The month-to-month membership is reasonably priced and gives you flexibility without locking you into long contracts, which I really appreciate. There are no additional fees. If you're looking for a gym that combines affordable personal training, nutritional coaching, and real results--this is the place.

Last week there were 10 people in lane 1 and 6 in lane 11. Clubs take the lanes until 7:30 and the pool closes between 8/830 during the week. Sunday pool hours are until 5:30 because the gym closes at 6! This could be a good facility if they figure out the swim schedule and extend weekend hours. Front desk is apathetic and claim "we cannot so anything about it" because they are owned by the City. Maybe I'll go to Craig Ranch and swim there, it's worth the extra price to not deal with incompetence and apathy

Women's locker needs to be remodeled, 1 hand dryer doesn't work, sinks are moldy. When the mop it's on top of the dirt vs sweeping first. There's no air freshener around, this place can smell. Dress code is a joke when you have young people coming in with bathing tops to workout and crocs... no one from front desk says anything, the supervisor or manager is not visible checking employees to ensure the gym is functioning as it should. When it rains , there's water dripping from the ceiling. Some machines seats are broken and need to be replaced. I understand you get what you pay for but it can be improved. I don't know if I will renew, just waiting for another gym to come to this area to make a change.

We noticed broken equipment everywhere, limited machines, dirty locker rooms, and staff members just congregate at the front desk not really doing anything and not helping patrons. In a room upstairs they have air freshener plug ins that are bad for you and barely mask the odors. The manager was rude, impatient, and utilized high pressure sales tactics. They also tried to push people to sign up for fitness programs. A patron told us that their coaches are not professional and are notorious for either not showing up or being late after you schedule with them. Overall just not a pleasant experience. We left without signing up.

When we asked about canceling, a staff member advised us via text that we needed to wait until the first payment drafted before canceling. Because of that instruction, the cancellation ended up being outside of the three-day rescission window in the contract. When we tried to resolve the issue and explained that we followed the guidance given to us, the refund request was still denied. What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.

Before canceling, I asked the gym about the process and was told via text by a staff member that I would need to wait until the first payment drafted before canceling. When I tried to resolve the issue, my refund request was denied strictly based on the contract terms. During the conversation, Jason (GM) also mentioned that staff are trained NOT TO MENTION the three-day cancellation period because it is a Texas law rather than a Cowboys Fit rule, which was surprising to hear given how important that deadline is for customers. The frustrating part is that I have the text message showing the guidance I was given, yet the situation has still not been resolved. I also never used the facility or any sessions after signing up. I asked for corporate contact information so the situation could be reviewed at a higher level, but that request was refused and I was told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with customer service and how this situation was handled.

The Sweat 60 class is an infrared heated class and it works every single muscle. I love the way the classes are lit (it's dark inside) and the music is perfect. The studio is new, clean and people are spaced out inside. They sanitize all your equipment when the class is over, and give out a refreshing cold towel. There's a shower, bathroom with toiletries and places to store items. The location is convenient for anyone in Frisco/Prosper and is right on 380 west. Best of all, the community is so welcoming and it's a local woman-owned business! They even do social events with members. Tips for your first time: register online, arrive a few minutes early, hydrate before and after class and be sure to grab a towel before class - you'll need it!
