However, you always have a trainer there working with you to correct form, encourage you and make sure the workout is on track. As well, it's a quick in and one: 20ish minutes is the typical workout length and my body always feels worked out and slightly tired. The Sweat 60 class is an infrared heated class and it works every single muscle. I love the way the classes are lit (it's dark inside) and the music is perfect. The studio is new, clean and people are spaced out inside. They sanitize all your equipment when the class is over, and give out a refreshing cold towel. There's a shower, bathroom with toiletries and places to store items. The location is convenient for anyone in Frisco/Prosper and is right on 380 west. Best of all, the community is so welcoming and it's a local woman-owned business! They even do social events with members. Tips for your first time: register online, arrive a few minutes early, hydrate before and after class and be sure to grab a towel before class - you'll need it!

The workouts are in a heated 90 degree room so you definitely will burn calories and SWEAT! All the instructors are great and I love the community they have here. The music is always bumpin' and the workouts are fun, but they also push you. Sweat Project is definitely one of the best workouts you can do while having fun!
