The Sweat 60 class is an infrared heated class and it works every single muscle. I love the way the classes are lit (it's dark inside) and the music is perfect. The studio is new, clean and people are spaced out inside. They sanitize all your equipment when the class is over, and give out a refreshing cold towel. There's a shower, bathroom with toiletries and places to store items. The location is convenient for anyone in Frisco/Prosper and is right on 380 west. Best of all, the community is so welcoming and it's a local woman-owned business! They even do social events with members.
