I've had memberships at every big gym you can think of and the customer service here does not even compare! Back in February I had to have emergency surgery and was out of the gym for a few weeks, they randomly called me the week after I had surgery to make sure I was doing okay since they had not seen me in there, they obviously were unaware I had surgery and just wanted to see if I needed anything or when I would be back. I mean do other gyms call you to check on you when they don't see you around? NO!!! So little things like that is what sets them apart for me in today's world. And of course besides awesome customer service their workouts are THE BEST!!! Keep it up OTF!

You start off with about 2 weeks of on ramp if you are new to learn the fundamentals and proper technique for everything. They stress using proper technique to avoid injury and to maximize the workouts. I gotta say, it kicked my butt but it was definitely effective. All the trainers are great and Ryan, the owner is very hands on in teaching and everything. Not only were the trainers great but the community there seemed all very supportive of each other. I don't go anymore, mainly due to my schedule but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else looking to be a part of something.

What I like about this club is there's more strength focus on certain days vs straight cardio, but they do have cardio too. They also offer group in private workouts and I really like how the trainers push you and understand the levels you can go to. I have tried at least 10 yoga studios in the past year and this is, hands down, my favorite place…read more The staff is cordial, the studio space is clean (15 minutes between classes but they mop it down when they can), and the classes are kick ass. I tried to attend classes at different times throughout the day to get the feel of the crowd, different instructors, and variety of class flows. All classes go at a fairly quick pace so you will need to know your yoga poses or peek over at your neighbors. Don't worry, there are plenty of people in class. It ranged anywhere from 10 to 30 yogis. The Sculpt and Detox Flows are the best classes as they incorporate dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and resistant bands. Fun stuff! The instructors are helpful, upbeat, and motivating. A cold, wet lavender towel is offered at the end of class and it is truly blissful after an hour of 100+ degree of hot, sweaty yoga. It is pricey at $150 per month or $25 per class but it really is worth it if you go a few times a week. It was so addicting that I went 12 times in 14 days. Just after two weeks, I felt leaner, stronger, and more carefree.
