This is an amazing workout! Lori was the instructor on the day I first tried Row House Frisco. She was energetic and inspiring, dimming the lights and pumping the volume from time to time. She was also attentive to my needs as a nubie as well as calling out milestones that the more seasoned class members had achieved. First time rowing in a class setting. The venue is clean including the restroom, the machines are reasonably spaced out so we can stretch in between, and the staff is is upbeat and motivating. You have to fill out an injury waiver and a covid waiver. Then, the instructor will help strap you into the row machine and explain the numbers on the screen. I did the 45 minute session where we rowed for 15 minutes, stretched, and did intervals. At the end, we were handed wet towels to wipe down the machine. The fans ran high so I didn't feel a stretch. I did feel it in my arms and core but no sore the next day so maybe I didn't work out enough or I didn't do it correctly? Anyway, I think everything about the place is wonderful if you want to row. It's just not the sport for me. Thanks for your time, though. read more

One of my favorite cardio workouts in DFW. The atmosphere is great, the coaching is helpful and the facility and equipment is nice and new. I love the feeling of community and camaraderie. Also, I love the app and the ability to book classes on my phone and see my results over time. My only wish is that Row House had showers so that I could come on my way to work. Love the facility but beware of the billing process. I had been warned of this from a Frisco friend but ignored her concern about a previous and smellier situation. I received a call from a team member that my credit card was not working, and I became busy with life. I told them that I would call with a new credit card number when I returned to class. I, however, did not return and was charged for two months of classes. The West Frisco team said that it was a charge from the Houston Row House, but they have no record of charging me anything. Blaming others! I simply wanted an apology for the mix-up and a refund, but to no avail. Sneaky charges are something these small businesses do quite frequently. Beware! The school and instructors, nonetheless, are great! read more

I typically get bored with class style workouts, but there is a good variety of classes to take here so it's not just rowing for 45 minutes, which has been great for me. read more

This place has changed my life for the better...both my physical and mental health have drastically improved since I joined. Updated review!!! New ownership Sara, went out of her way to explain and contact me after the email I was getting from Corporate office. She took great care of me, and I did react as anyone would in the heat of the moment. I will leave the rest of this part, just to encourage people that the old ownership did poorly on communicating to present customers, and the transition happening. I had my account on freeze due to health reasons and wanted to completely cancel. Instead the old owners pushed to just freeze my account. Considering some additional life events, I completely forgot about this membership until today when I get a text that my account is in collections. I shared my response and attempted to call and resent them a screenshot of the last email sent to me which was a promotion, and then a bit ago they sent me my past due account. Had the BEST workout tonight. It was my first time going and right when I walked in I was immediately greeted by several people.There were people in different stages of their fitness journey which made it that much more comfortable.The music is upbeat and the room is low lit with fans blasting.The instructor was Gia,she was very knowledgeable and provided help and insight when needed. I will definitely be back. The first class is free and they don't force you to sign up or bug you about it either.Sam was also very kind and welcoming. Can't wait for my next class. Row House West Frisco is the place to go if you are looking to change up your workout and get a full body, low impact workout. The coaches are great and will really work with you to hone in on your goals. They get to know your ability, strengths and weaknesses and learn how to push you to be better than you were the class before. The front desk staff always greet you with a friendly smile, and the new ownership team has done a fantastic job of adding fun challenges/events to keep everyone motivated. Nice place for newcomers to fitness, or those with injuries. I tried a variety of classes and prob would have joined with a package except for the repetitive calls and text messages, which I understand is a sales tactic, but I found it annoying. I also did not enjoy rowing in sync. Would rather row based on my metrics - I tried a couple different class types and realize my fitness level is very advanced in comparison to most of the folks in these classes. Enjoyed and definitely a great cardio endurance option. read more

I was looking for a low impact full body workout given that I have had four knee surgeries and have two bad shoulders. A friend invited me to Row House and I was skeptical, but I love it! It has a great combo of rowing (they help you develop this skill), weights, and core. I have lost weight, am getting toned again, and my knees and shoulders are getting stronger because the muscles around them are stronger. The coaches are amazing and really put a lot of time and effort in planning unique sessions and playlists. Every class is different! Frisco location is under new management and I love the new owners! There are great contests that really push you to get out of your comfort zone and get stronger and better. I also love that your workout is yours, but the whole crew can push you to do better in a non-threatening way! Come try it! read more

Was fine until my wife attempted to cancel her membership. She called, cancelled, was treated politlely and her cancellation was acknowledged and they quit charging us for 3 months. now the reoccurring fees have started again. Im confident with the opening of Lifetime Row House has encountered challenges, but this is the wrong way to go about getting money in the door. read more

This place has something for everyone. To start with, the staff is so friendly and wanting you to get the best workout you can! The site itself is so clean and comfortable, with lights, music and state of the art ergs (rowers). And then you just get a get cardio and strength workout. I was a but reluctant because I was worried that I wouldn't get a good workout without a kettle bell - but I was wrong! Every time I leave dripping with sweat. For a fun, reasonably priced work out filled with support people, you gotta try it! read more
