The instructors are very knowledgeable and make sure you use proper form to get the best results... and in my case, they provide great modifications for my bad hip and lower back. If your not a limited student it is so hard to Book a class in the morning. The Manger tells you if you stay on waiting list you most of the time can get in. But it's 50% chance and it didn't happen to me when I have put myself on waiting list. It feels like they got way more students than the classes. Now that it's back to school mommy's have more time in the morning so all mornings are booked and is on waiting list. So if you xan go in the afternoon and is not worth it. read more

I joined Club Pilates in May of 2024. I subscribed for the unlimited package (I also have done Pilates in the past so I knew what I wanted). I go almost everyday and this makes it incredibly affordable. I have taken classes with a lot of the different instructors. I have not disliked any of them. I do have some favorites (Laura, Melinda and Debby are my top 3) just based on personality, hands on instruction and good verbal queues. This is important as Pilates is mind and body working together in exercise. This review is primarily for the Far West and Burnet locations. They are clean and have good equipment. The app or online portal make it very easy to schedule classes I want, again, I am not a beginner so I can take just about any class they offer so I have no problem finding a class. I would recommend that students book classes out a week a head of time so you are not frustrated being able to get in last minute. I have very rarely not been added to the class from the waitlist. I highly recommend Club Pilates for everyone no matter what level you might be. P.S. I have lost 6lbs in 3 months not changing anything except adding Pilates workouts to my life! read more

The instructors make it great! They are completely invested in their students and comfort further taking the time to understand any health/body structural issues to mindfully adjust movements as needed. Holly, Micah and Erica outstanding and make you feel welcome as you come In the door and leave. Management far less friendly and warm. I would recommend this studio the instructors make it what it is. Great! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I was in town for a business trip and was excited to try CP in the Plano location. I travel quite a bit for work so when I get a chance I love to check out other studios when I'm not home. This place is AWFUL. They DO NOT conform to the Club Pilates workout or way and you are not getting a real workout. The exercises the instructor was having us do on the morning of Wednesday 4/6 was just stretching. No strengthening and she does not allow any adjustments. You're okay to adjust down but you're not allowed to challenge yourself especially for someone like me who does Pilates every single day. You're not allowed to add a string for more strength nor are you allowed to do a plank without the box when you're capable of it, etc. I couldn't hear what she was saying but She was so busy telling the front desk gal about how I was not doing things per her instruction, the entire class was disrupted and was a complete waste of my time coming here. No apology from the instructor. No call back from the owner or manager. The staff are Discriminatory against anyone who looks different and wants to own their practice. I am Korean America.and never in my entire life have been treated like this, walked to the sidewalk because some ladies at the studio didn't like me asking questions in class since the instructor made such a big deal. Very immature to be teaching, gossipy, started talking about me as soon as class was over with the other clients. Very unprofessional and instructor should have managed her class better. Thr front desk lady, MICHELLE, she could not have handled the front desk more poorly. She told me to leave the studio even though the other ladies were attacking me. When some is being attacked, you help them,, not continue to kick down the person being attacked. She never gave my number to the owner so still no call and no explanation as to why they cancelled the subsequent classes for the following day (I wouldn't have gone back there anyways) but then CHARGED me for the cancelled classes they cancelled and then put a HOLD on my account so I could not longer book classes on my home studio. This was later resolved by my home studio. To the studio: please have your staff take a class or become better educated in what racial discrimination is and how to be more inclusive of people who are from different places and look different. It's very sad what's happened to the Plano studio- it's intended as a moving meditation and this class was disruptive to the point to that the incident bothered me for weeks. So please be more responsive to your clients and the public. I would hate for another complaint to be filed against your company for discrimination and harassment. Please be assured I'm taking this complaint all the way. read more

After years of neglecting myself, I finally took the plunge and went to Club Pilates' FREE intro class. It was perfect. Went from 1x a week to 5x a week! Yea!! Friendly, warm atmosphere, wonderful instructors and the neatest group of women ever. There is always an opportunity to modify for my individual needs during class and never do I feel insecure asking. I'm happy Club Pilates opened up and I'm blessed to be a part the Club. read more

Joining Club Pilates at the Plano location was the best decision! I immediately joined following the intro class without hesitation because of the instructor's attention and encouragement. I picked the unlimited membership which I have never regretted.The instructors are great and accommodating for any injuries you may have. The classes are fun and never the same which keeps it fresh. I could not wait for the studio to open after Covid restrictions were lifted. They are very attentive to keeping the studio safe for all members. read more

I have not exercised in many years, and when I saw this club opening, I was excited to give it a try. I joined in Dec. 2019, and have now completed almost 100 classes on their unlimited membership (even with a 2 month shutdown due to Covid19). I LOVE IT!!! I am already stronger & more toned than I was before starting the classes. All of the instructors are fabulous! They are very cautious with any members that have injuries, pain, surgeries, etc. They had a great cleaning routine prior to Covid, and are now doing even more to insure everyone's safety. I have made so many new friends, and can see myself doing reformer Pilates for the rest of my life!!! Thanks to everyone at Club Pilates Plano!!! read more
