Back in February I had to have emergency surgery and was out of the gym for a few weeks, they randomly called me the week after I had surgery to make sure I was doing okay since they had not seen me in there, they obviously were unaware I had surgery and just wanted to see if I needed anything or when I would be back. I mean do other gyms call you to check on you when they don't see you around? NO!!! So little things like that is what sets them apart for me in today's world. The studio is quite industrial feeling - very large with 14 reformers - they are the balance body machines but have a wider footbar which I appreciated. I stopped in to get in a work out while in the area for work. I always know there's going to be a studio for me in DFW. There are two location for BEYOND and I got to take advantage of their first visit program - two classes for $29 even though I only got to use one class while I was there. Pleasantly surprised to know the staff does answer phones -- she called me back and answered my questions and let me know that waitlists do move and that I did have a chance to get into the class I wanted to. They have their own app which is linked to MindBody. I would go again if I were in the area - but I do want people to know it's not traditional reformer pilates and more hitt and circuit style.

While the trainers (Orphan & Alex) were good at trainings when they showed up, they were completely unprofessional on the business-side, missing appointments, not responding to texts, late for appointments or not scheduling me like we had agreed upon. On 5/27/26, I submitted my complaint. On 5/28, I was responded to by Keanu & Rhyian, which I appreciated such a quick response. I was told on 6/1 that there was approval to cancel my personal trainings, but it still hasn't been resolved. I was charged twice for personal trainings since I brought this issue to management's attention, and I continue to get charged, I had asked to freeze my membership until this was resolved, and I continue to get charged for that, as well. I'm beyond frustrated!

Jasey helped me on more than one occasion over the past several months when I needed copies of invoices for my account. Each time I reached out, he responded promptly via email and made the whole process easy. That kind of reliability means more than people realize. Today, TK went out of his way during a situation where I was genuinely stressed and racing against a deadline. When I first explained what I needed, he pointed me to the app where I could access my statement directly -- which I appreciated. But when I explained that the statement was missing some details that I specifically needed, he listened, understood exactly what I was asking for, and took care of it without hesitation. He didn't just send it either -- he called me back to make sure I received it and stayed on the phone while I confirmed it had everything I needed. That's not required. He recognized the urgency and acted on it. I had a lot going on today and these two made one part of it easier. That matters. I also want to extend a general thank you to the entire team at this location -- the staff has consistently been friendly and welcoming, and that has not gone unnoticed. My son comes here regularly and always feels welcome, and that kind of environment means a lot to a parent. I hope whoever reads this makes sure Jasey and TK both know they were appreciated -- not just as employees doing their job, but as people who showed up for someone who really needed it.
