The gym is rarely full, with all the machines and free weights you need to better your physique. The pool is small, but they have a pool which is a extra plus in my book. I am very happy with the staff, always pleasant. The upkeep of machines and restrooms is excellent, and as with other "apex" gyms, there's no waiting for 12 year olds to get off the machines. Even As a regular she does not look up to greet you unless a manager is around. After warmly saying hello she did not reciprocate and rolled her eyes. I'm not sure why she works at a place that is driven by positivity if she's so miserable to be there. She is the first person you encounter when you are simply trying to take care of your wellness. Hopeful, that Claire might be replaced with someone who fits the role and is more personable. Other staff seems helpful and well informative!

The gym was spacious, included an indoor/outdoor pool & waterpark, had a bag area, and plenty of machines and weights. Their facility was clean and did not appear crowded. They close at 6 pm on Sat, which is not something I am used to. My gym in Ca closes at 11pm on Sat & 10 pm on Sundays.

It needs to be open longer on the weekend. How am I supposed to work out when I don't even get done running errands until 6?

The selection of classes is great, they offer yoga, barre, Pilates (tower, reformer, and mat), cycling, suspension, bosu, and strength. The studio is clean and well equipped. I have been a member for 4 months and I have noticed that I have increased strength, stamina, flexibility, and energy. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
