I like yoga but I don't like doing just yoga for 60 min so this is a perfect mix! And the room is heated so you are definitely going to sweat A LOT!! Highly recommend :) Facility is pretty small with the one main room, lockers, two individual bathrooms, a sink -- it's clean!

This class uses weights, resistance bands as well as your own bodyweight combined with high intensity training. Bring your yoga mat and performance towel if you have one. Having been to heated yoga classes on a consistent basis in the last year, I invested in a performance yoga towel and very happy I did. You will need the grip as well as something to catch the massive amounts of sweat, haha. Short recovery in between intervals guarantees you will get stronger in every aspect of your workout. The intensity combined with the intro and outro vinyasa flow is a wonderful mind and body combination. So, do yourself a favor and try it out! You may just get hooked and see actual results and changes in your body. I am a fan!!

My trainer, Jessie, has been truly transformative for me. By consistently working out 3x a week, I've lost 40 lbs. since March. Despite my history of knee surgeries and spinal issues, Jessie's extensive knowledge and expertise ensure my safety and proper technique, preventing any setbacks. The private training rooms at NexGen alleviate my social anxiety, making my workouts stress-free. The privacy alone justifies the cost. Jessie's support helps counter my self-doubt, with his fist-bumps and encouraging words after each session reminding me of my progress, both physically and mentally. All of the staff at this location--Jessie, Noah, Cameo, and Bryson--are the nicest and most encouraging people you will ever meet! You will never feel intimidated here. The studio feels clean and has great little amenities in the bathrooms. Inside the actual studio room feels clean as well, and the atmosphere is positive. I fully recommend taking a Starter50 class at first instead of jumping right into a regular class. Shoutout to Alex for being a great Starter50 instructor to set a solid foundation! At every class I attended, the coaches were friendly, inclusive, asked about injuries, helped first-timers and made the experience. I love seeing a super diverse group of people at this studio each time, and the coaches really do believe everyone can succeed there. Yes, the workout itself is tough, but it is both phenomenal and addicting. Coaches cue each transition, explain muscle groups with extensive knowledge and encourage proper form. It really is up to you to take a quick break if needed, because this isn't always cued (which is fine!). Definitely bring a water and wear grippy socks. Music is always really good, which helps during an intense workout. I ended up getting a membership, and cannot wait to continue growing at SC! Absolutely love this studio, the coaches and the results.

After the first session, the receptionist told me we needed to pay an $80 deductible and then we're good. We proceeded to schedule the next month of therapy, two times per week. Here we are 5-6 weeks later, with 10-12 sessions down and I received a bill in the mail for $160. Apparently we should have been paying at least $80/visit and not one person in the company communicated this info to me. They knew when they submitted the first claim and it was denied by my insurance company, but I had no idea. I'm sure you could imagine my surprise when I started asking questions and my bill is over $800. I would never continue with the services had they told me it would be $80/visit, while in network. Never. Again, the trainers are super nice, attentive and knowledgeable, but whomever handles their billing department lacks proper communication skills.

The only reason I bring him up is because I want to point out how respectful he was. I am female so when we went into our first assessment he asked me if I was ok with the door being closed or would I rather it be open? Also that session and next session anytime he would touch my body he would ask first if it was ok. None of these things bothered me at all but it was nice that he was mindful that it may make some people uncomfortable. After he left I have been doing my PT with Mackenzie and she has been amazing!! She's very personable, also mindful, and she asks specifically what might be hurting/uncomfortable with my body that day then addresses that. She's been doing very targeted therapy and specific exercises based on my issues. She's also very good at updating and sending me targeted exercises I can do at home, which I find very helpful. There's an app S2S uses for this and I find it very beneficial. I have progressed with the help from Mackenzie and I feel in a much better position than when I first started my PT. When I originally went in they gave me a timeline of what they thought I would need and that was pretty on target. I believe their goal is to help you through your real time of needing help then set you up so that you can maintain on your own, which I really like. I still have a few more sessions left but I also would definitely use them & Mackenzie again if I have additional needs. I'll recommend them to friends as well. My only one thing I would change is the fee associated with using a charge card for payment. There is a processing fee for payments unless you use cash. Other than that, its all great! oh, also the facility is very clean which obviously is a very important thing! 5 stars!

My daughter was on team , we were initially looking at the USAG program and we made the decision to enroll into the TAAF program due to scheduling. They were very informative in helping us get settled into the gym as well understanding the difference in each team program and what to expect. The Coaches ( Princetta, Katie, Mary and Stephanie ) are amazing , no yelling , always being positive and encouraging to help build confidence in the gymnasts. It says a lot when other Coaches take the time to acknowledge and give corrections and offer support to a gymnast who is not necessarily under their own instruction and group on several occasions ( my daughter was spotted by Rick and Kadence on uneven bars ) . Anytime I have called or stood at the front desk Ms. Lori and Adrian were very helpful and welcoming . They were always eager to assist and make sure I had a good understanding when I had questions. They also would double check any payments or team fees when I had to update my records during meet season. They helped walk me through a blind access to my account and never passed any judgment for not being tech savvy. As far as the gym it is a very uniform and structured facility. If the gymnast are are on the uneven bars / balance beam they are able to see themselves on a tv screen to be able to see form and visualize the error / correction. A larger gym would be ideal somedays it may seam a little over crowded ( prior to COVID -19) . You have the ability to watch practice or drop off. As far as Beckie and Kurt they always made themselves accessible to any parents who had any questions or concerns . They gym has done a phenomenal job of insuring the gymnast safety. I would highly recommend this gym- KT STRONG!
