The front desk staff were super chill and friendly when we came in with our buddy pass. They didn't try to complicate things or push memberships on our friends. The weights are spread out across different sections rather than just one row like at other locations. Two of the wipe stations were out on a Sunday, which isn't great, especially since that's not even a particularly busy day. Overall, it's still a great location and closer to our friends, just in case we decide to do group workouts.

Because of that instruction, the cancellation ended up being outside of the three-day rescission window in the contract. When we tried to resolve the issue and explained that we followed the guidance given to us, the refund request was still denied. What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.

We had been in the facility for nearly an hour when the manager, Nathan Wilson, approached us while we were standing and told us to move. We complied. He told us to move again--we complied. He asked us to move a third time--we complied again. Apparently, that still wasn't good enough. That is when we were suddenly told that children under 14 were not allowed in the gym. This rule somehow became an issue only after we had already been there for nearly an hour and had complied with three separate requests to move. After telling us about the age restriction, Nathan repeatedly emphasized that he was the manager, that he had the authority, and that we needed to comply or we would be removed from the gym. The interaction became unnecessarily confrontational when we had done nothing but comply with his requests. The most disappointing part is that my children missed the opportunity to watch their father compete. That was the entire reason we were there, and that experience cannot be recreated or given back to them. We will not be returning, recommending this location, or patronizing EōS Fitness in the future. An apology after the fact doesn't give my boys back the experience they missed with their father.

I instantly felt welcomed. My friend I went with raved about the instructor, Anthony Young, and he was fantastic! I told him about a foot injury I had and he continuously came to check on me throughout the class to make sure I wasn't overextending myself while also helping me with modifications. The workout was high energy but not extremely difficult which allowed me to focus on my form and go at my own pace without feeling overwhelmed. Anthony walked around the class, adjusting forms and having one on one mitt time with multiple students. It had been a while since I last boxed so I was a little nervous to get back into it, but Anthony's kind and welcoming demeanor made me instantly feel at ease. WARNING about cancellation and billing at EōS Fitness…read more If you are thinking about joining this gym, please read this first. My experience trying to cancel my membership has been unbelievably frustrating and feels designed to make cancellation nearly impossible. When I attempted to cancel, I was told that I could not cancel unless I paid a renewal fee that had not even come due yet. In other words, I would have to pay a future renewal fee just to stop my membership. That made absolutely no sense. Because of this, I went into the gym in person to resolve the issue. I spoke directly with the General Manager, Chris Marriotti, explained the billing situation, and told him that I had been unable to cancel my membership properly. He told me that both my wife's membership and my membership were canceled and that everything was taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not true. Despite being told in person by the general manager that the memberships were canceled, the gym continues to charge the account and has now even added late fees. The memberships still appear to be active even though we were told everything had been handled. So now I am dealing with charges, late fees, and a membership that was supposed to already be canceled by management. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. When a customer goes in person, speaks to the general manager, and is told everything is resolved, that should be the end of it. Instead, it has turned into an ongoing billing issue. If you are considering joining this gym, I strongly recommend reading the contract very carefully and understanding exactly how their cancellation process works before signing anything.

He broke down and wanted to leave. But Coach Cory stepped in. He walked over to Hudson, brought him to a quiet corner, and coached him one-on-one--patiently, kindly, and with real belief in him.
