2 stars for a sweet facility...but question how this place is being run...At the time of signing…read moreup, I asked specific questions about guest privileges and bringing minors. Based on the verbal explanations provided, I understood that I would be able to bring my son as a guest, which factored into my decision to proceed. After enrollment, I was informed that my 14-year-old son could not be brought as a guest. To address that, I enrolled him under a family membership. Separately, I brought my son's 16-year-old neighbor and friend as a guest. I entered his information into the system at the front desk, and he was allowed to work out with us on three separate visits without any questions or issues raised at check-in. At a later point, I was told that guests between the ages of 16 and 18 must be family members, which conflicted with both my initial understanding and prior experiences at the facility. Additionally, I called the location to speak with a manager regarding these inconsistencies. After an extended wait, I was informed by the staff member who answered that the appropriate person to address my concern was the customer service manager, who was on break and unavailable. I was told they were working out with their girlfriend at the time, which gave the impression that customer service concerns were not being prioritized. This reflects a lack of integrity and/or training in my opinion, resulting in differences between what was explained at sign up, what was allowed in practice, and what is now being enforced. I

I initially signed up…read morefor personal training as a trial for $49, with subsequent sessions costing $149 per session. I was explicitly told I had five days to cancel and receive a full refund if I decided personal training was not for me. I canceled within TWO DAYS. I followed up by phone and text multiple times, trying to get confirmation that my cancellation and refund were being processed. After repeated attempts, the manager, Nate, finally responded and stated that he was on PTO but would handle my cancellation and issue my refund as soon as possible. That never happened. Instead, I was charged another $300 for personal training after I had already canceled within the stated cancellation window. I was given the runaround, told Nate would call me back, and never received a callback. I even took the time to come into the gym in person to get this issue resolved. Rather than addressing the situation professionally and promptly, Nate walked around as though he was extremely busy, leaving me waiting even longer to resolve an issue that should have been taken care of days earlier. At that point, the lack of urgency and accountability was beyond frustrating. I did exactly what I was told to do. I canceled within the allotted time, made multiple attempts to follow up, and even showed up in person. Yet I was still dealing with additional charges, broken promises, poor communication, and a manager who failed to follow through. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service I expect from a fitness facility. If a business offers a cancellation window, it needs to honor that policy. Customers should not have to chase management, repeatedly explain the same situation, or physically show up at the gym just to get a cancellation processed. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and with very little confidence in how this location treats its customers. I would strongly encourage anyone considering personal training or signing up to be a member to not do it. The way this situation has been handled is unacceptable, and EOS Fitness needs to do better.

It sounded inviting and with all the variety of workouts you can sign up for, including pilates, yoga, cycling, rowing, bands, iso, and barre, I thought this would be an amazing new workout studio to supplement my gym membership. I ended up signing up when they were running a special so I got my mat & towel (which they require you to purchase) for free, which would've been valued around $99. Monthly dues are $59 for unlimited access to this location. At first I enjoyed going to Hotworx and trying out the vast variety of workout videos. However, about 3-4 weeks in, I had tried all the workouts at least once and I noticed the videos were the same and were never being rotated out. As with any workout that you don't change up, you will hit a plateau. They were boring and no longer challenging since my body was used to the same workout routines and I had practically memorized all the moves. After a month, I decided to put in my cancellation but I was then told that you need to be a member for three months before you are eligible to put in a 60 day cancellation notice. I've never heard of gyms/studios that try to lock you in like Hotworx did. Not to mention they NEVER disclosed the part of having to be a member for three months prior to putting in your cancellation notice when I signed up. Out of the five months I have been there, their workout videos have not changed once. They did, however, add in the new barre classes. If you're looking for a workout that is boring, predictable and you want the same exact routine, look no further. Definitely try out all the classes and make sure you want to commit to at least 5 months before you sign up here!
