I know it sounds like a strange combo, but it's delicious. Personally, I would ask for extra hatch if I ordered it again. I like lots of spice and it has great flavor. Daughter ordered the margherita, and it, too, was yummy. We got it to go. Placed and order and we were told when it to pick up. It was ready when we arrived, which is always nice. Service was great. Elevation has a happy hour that starts at 3 pm with $1 off beer which is already reasonably priced. Free parking in a large lot and friendly staff make this a great stop. Seating is table, booth and counter. We had the Herby vegetarian pizza, but added some pepperoni and it was ready quickly and amazing! We walked in on a weeknight for dinner. The place is small with only about 7-8 tables. It stayed very busy with pickup orders and walkins. We had a margherita, veggie and meat pizza. All was delicious. Only didn't give 5 stars bc of the restaurant itself being small and not well staffed. read more

Pretty good pizza. Being from the Chicago area I never expect amazing pizza whenever I travel to other parts of the country but this pizza was solid. Nice crust, generous toppings. I do not go to winterpark a lot. Honestly, some of the best dang pizza I've ever had! Incredibly fresh and tasty-tasty! Their dough is simultaneously chewy and crispy with amazing flavor. The service was really good and quick, but the tasty sauce on the baked hot wings made them soggy and slightly unappetizing. That's not the worst of things, however. The front desk guy named Jack was very friendly but his scraggly dread locks were not tied behind his head with a hairnet and the thought of those nasty strands of hair floating in my food or drinks gave me serious heeby jeebies. My husband is obsessed with pizza. He would eat it everyday if it was possible. We were in town for a day of mountain biking so we had to seek out the zaaaa. The place we wanted to go was closed, I pulled up yelp and decided on Elevation pizza. I'm glad we did! I was extremely impressed with the place. Fresh, quality ingredients, and so many different varieties to choose from. You could see them making the dough in the back , they even offer gluten free crust. They also pre-warn you they are a pizza joint, surrounded by gluten, so they can't be certain it hasn't been exposed to the elements. Touché. The pizza itself was covered in gooey cheese, loads of toppings, and a perfectly baked crust. Not too thick, not too thin with the right amount of doughy crunch. My husband loved the flavor of the crust. Kuddos ya'll. I will say, this is a no frills joint. It's a quaint little pizza joint. They are quick, serve high quality food, and have great personalities. This place is awesome! Stopped in on our way into Grand Lake bc there weren't any accessible parking spots large enough for our RV in Winter Park or Fraser. So happy we found this spot! Big open parking lot for large RV or trailer. My kids split a sausage pizza on regular crust and my husband and I had a salad and gluten free crust pizza. All 3 were delicious! We ordered the BBQ chicken WITHOUT bacon and it came with bacon. We were already home when we discovered it. Didn't bother to call the restaurant, not planning to order again. The pies tasted fine, but for $60, I expected a lot more. Really nice front counter guy as well as the guy throwing the dough. I like this pizza. It's simple, tasty, and solid fuel after a day on the slopes. The crust is thin and flavorful. We ordered the Adam Bomb which has pepperoni, green chili's, and cream cheese. Yep, different and delicious. We also got The Ranger which has pesto, spinach, etc. So good. The time from order to pick up was impressively accurate. They told me 15-20 minutes. I left the resort and drove down to pick up the pizza and it just came out. The flavors are great and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The price is reasonable. You have to remember everything in the mountains cost 15-20% more which is ok. It is important to support local economy and help to provide businesses with an opportunity to remain in business, especially this delicious establishment. We will definitely be back when we are here in the future. I'm sure the locals love this place too as we'd eat here weekly if we were local. read more
