This is one of the spots you'll want to visit every trip. The pizza is great! I recommended ordering well done - the crispy buttery dough is delicious. The tables are first come, and you order at the counter. They will bring the order out to your table though. The water cups are huge, so you don't have to keep going back up to refill in order to stay hydrated in the altitude. In addition, the staff is fantastic. They are attentive and friendly. They invited our son back to try throwing the dough. So impressive! They also have a nice selection of drinks and house made cookies and brownies. Worth the stop... every time! read more

I love elevation, pizza! They had really good customer service when I mentioned I had accidentally forgotten to order a salad in passing, the lady who helped me said that they happen to be a free extra Caesar salad, but nobody ate and it was just really kind that she went out of her way to give us that free salad. The pizza taste incredible and their service was really quick. Highly recommend the spot! read more

We stopped by here on our way back from Grand Lake to Denver. The staff were excellent here. Amazing, friendly service. You can even watch them hand toss the dough. The restaurant was clean and orderly. I liked the vibe, especially for a mountain town pizza place. The menu had a great selection of pizzas to choose from. They even had an option to create your own. My only thing is with how much this place was talking itself up I was expecting better pizza. Called ahead and asked if they could do a gluten free / dairy free pizza, they said they could. I walked in, paid, then was told me a parmesan crust and so I couldn't eat it. I got a refund (no offer for any discount) and ordered the wings and a salad instead. The pizzas were all VERY salty and soggy. The margarita is just a cheese pizza with slices of tomatoes and chopped basil. The pesto pizza was too salty to eat. I never feel that the food in Fraser is all that great or a good value. Elevation pizza was a solid good. I enjoyed the regular pie more than the bbq chicken but my son was a fan of the bbq chicken. It was convenient and fine. read more

We were on vacation from Texas and up in the mountains we didn't have much options. We decided to get some pizza since we were getting some coffee next door. The service was pretty fast and the vibes were too. It is kind of pricey but we did go later the same day to get another pizza. 10/10. I bought some stickers too. read more

We were renting a big house near Fraser for a family reunion and started our trip by ordering 4 pizzas from Elevation for dinner. I called and ordered at around 6 on a Friday night and was pleased that it would only be 20-25 minutes for pick up. The pizza is very thin, NY style, and everyone enjoyed the food. Estimate about 3 people per pizza-we fed 11 adults with two large (16") and 2 med (14") at a cost before tip of around $80. read more

OMG, friends. You've got to try this pizza. It's called the Adam Bomb and it's amazing. Classic NY style pizza with pepperoni, hatch chili's, and cream cheese. I know it sounds like a strange combo, but it's delicious. Personally, I would ask for extra hatch if I ordered it again. I like lots of spice and it has great flavor. Daughter ordered the margherita, and it, too, was yummy. We got it to go. Placed and order and we were told when it to pick up. It was ready when we arrived, which is always nice. Service was great. Really great pizza! Hand tossed pizza with your favorite toppings and some new and interesting ones as well! They serve by the slice or whole pies! Elevation has a happy hour that starts at 3 pm with $1 off beer which is already reasonably priced. Free parking in a large lot and friendly staff make this a great stop. Seating is table, booth and counter. We had the Herby vegetarian pizza, but added some pepperoni and it was ready quickly and amazing! I really want to try one of the pizzas with green chili sometime-just seems like fun! They also have local delivery. read more

I have not been actually excited about food in I don't know how long. This is the most unexpected of surprises to find this winter! Now pizzas are pre-cooked and sitting whole under a heat lamp at the counter. If you want a slice with extra ingredients (say, jalapenos added to a pepperoni slice), they'll add them to an existing cooked pizza , and "reheat" the slice. Unfortunately, the "slice" is already cooked, and the toppings - in this case pepperoni - are already toasted, if not, burned. Just an awful result. Such an effing same to see this change. There are so many other pizza options in the town of WP. I would (and will) skip visiting Pizza Pedal'r from here on out.
