BEST PIZZA IN ALL OF COLORADO! The staff was super friendly, and the pizza was absolutely amazing. MUST TRY! Alex was awesome and really helpful. And don't forget to try the spicy ranch it's fire read more

Every time we go to Blackhawk, we get this Pizza. The restaurant is just before you get to Blackhawk. Outside they've got some fun games to play, for example, connect for the large version 4 x 5, cornhole, and a few other things. There's plenty of seating outside. I would highly recommend the pizza, the smoked Canadian bacon. It's fantastic. They use fresh ingredients, we got mushroom green chili and pineapple; and the pizza is cooked to perfection. This is the first time we ever got the cinnamon pizza, dessert! It is a must and we will get this again. It was the same size as a medium pizza. It was enough for three people, which was probably too much but it was that tasty. I also bought the cannoli dip that was fantastic as well and plenty for two people. We took it home and had it the next day and it was still delicious. Sorry, I don't have a picture this time. Dinner was gone before I even thought to take a picture. read more

Food- 5/5 Service- 5/5 The pizza is realllllly good! crunchy crust, solid pepperoni and cheese balance, and get the hot honey. Their ranch also slaps and I'm not even a ranch person. Atmosphere is chill and casual, good music, games outside to play while you wait. No complaints. Will be back! Recommended while in the area for sure. Love a good pizza spot. read more

Blackhawk Pizza - Great Place/Pizza! Thanks to our friend Travis who is the owner... shown here giving the "thumbs up" - Pizza Near Me - Black Hawk, Colorado

We ordered takeout for delivery -- yes, delivery in Central City! That alone is amazing here in our little mountain town. We tried a gluten-free crust loaded with all the meats and mushrooms, and it was fantastic! I don't know what they do differently, but their gluten-free crust actually tastes amazing -- none of that cardboard texture you usually get with gluten-free pizza. The toppings were generous and perfectly balanced. Truly excellent pizza. We also ordered a regular crust pepperoni and green chili pie -- another total winner! It was cooked perfectly, with a great crust and top-notch ingredients. Loved every bite. The young person who took our order over the phone was super friendly and helpful, and the delivery driver was just as nice -- even braving a bit of snow to bring our food. I'm usually a skeptic when it comes to gluten-free crusts, but the one from Black Hawk Pizza was so good it's almost unbelievable. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We'll 100% be ordering again! read more

I'm enchanted by this pizza spot. I called ahead and learned they could deliver to us. We decided to stop by in person instead. We ordered the Full House Special, and were very content with it. The staff are friendly, and I would definitely come back when we are in the area. read more

The pizza is five star, but the people who run this show are the real stars. Community minded, real nice folks, they do things right. Delivery?! That's so generous in the mountains. The garlickle bread is seriously amazing. We will be back regularly! Tip your drivers folks!! read more

I grew up in NY, so yes, I'm a pizza snob. I also LOVE Black Hawk pizza. Owned by an incredible husband-wife team that understands what makes a tasty pizza - crust with just the right balance of chewy/crunchy, sauce not too sweet, and that high-quality cheese. They also have a fun atmosphere with posters, games, and music from the 80s and 90s. They even deliver! read more

This place is clearly worth the drive if you live anywhere in the Denver/ Metro area! An enormous amount of care coming from a local pizzeria. We enjoyed the board games and mountainside view with a campground feel. We had a colorful veggie pizza with an incredible crust and undercarriage. The cinnamon sticks along with the hospitality gave me the feel of a receiving a home baked good from a loved relative. Will absolutely be back to this amazing place. P.S. this is right next to a dispensary and liquor store. Come stock up on all 3! read more

There is literally zero competition in town when it comes to wanting excellent quality pizza. Black Hawk Pizza is by far the best in town in my opinion. Pictures doesn't do it justice. I ordered a large pizzas, 2 cheese, 1 BBQ Chicken, 1 Hawaiian, 1 Chicken Bacon Ranch... and they quoted me 20 minutes... I don't know what sort of wizardy they have working in that kitchen, but it's obviously a recipe/spell for success. The donuts are also pretty killer. Service is top notch, conversation is wholesome, and the pies are delicious. read more

Blackhawk Pizza - Half my way - half his way! - Pizza Near Me - Black Hawk, Colorado

I've ordered from Blackhawk Pizza several times in the past and have always found both the pizza and the overall experience to be exceptional. However, this past Friday (May 30), I had a disappointing experience. When I called to place an order for two pizzas and cheesy bread, the first person who answered the phone couldn't hear me well and, unfortunately, responded with rudeness. I hadn't spoken to her before, and the call ended with her hanging up on me. I was eventually able to speak with someone else who was more courteous and helped me place my order. I requested the pizzas to be par-baked, as I've done successfully in the past. However, when I got home and finished baking them, the crust was so thin and flat that it came out more like a cracker than the usual pizza I enjoy from your place. I understand that every business can have an off day, so I'm going to chalk this up to that and give Blackhawk Pizza another try. I've had great experiences in the past, and I hope this was just an isolated incident. read more

Blackhawk Pizza is the best around. The service is amazing - never had a bad experience even when they are slammed with orders. I drove 30mins to get here. I got here at 9:30 and was greeted with a "we are closed" why are you closing at 9:30 when your website says 10? When I informed the lady of their website time she was very condescending and rude to me. I will never come back here, I felt so belittled. read more

The sauce was unique but they did a good job on their pepp pizza. I believe that's how you can judge a place, if they make the staples consistently then they're doing good. Menu isn't extensive but that's great in my opinion, do what you know you're good at. read more

Such a great find in this area. Very few places to eat besides the hotels and casinos. The pizza was excellent! We got the 18" House Special. It's made fresh, so takes 20 minutes, but well worth the wait. The lady who owns the business also makes the pizza, and is very friendly. You can also call ahead for dining in or take out. There is an outdoor dining area as well. read more

After walking around the casinos in Black Hawk, my husband and I wanted to actually experience some quality food. The casino restaurants did not look appealing and were overpriced. After extending our search, we found Blackhawk Pizza. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the sweetest cashier. I'm so sad I didn't catch her name. She overheard my husband and I debating on which pizza to get and which toppings. She chimed in either a recommendation we both quickly agreed on. We took a seat to wait for our order, and we could smell the aroma of the food we were eagerly waiting for. Another patreon who had been sitting outside with his family came back in to compliment the food. This made my husband and I so excited, hearing how good the food would be. We had an amazing conversation with the cashier and her husband. We absolutely adored them and their hospitality. The pizza was so good! I wish I took a photo before scarfing it down. Please avoid wasting your money on casino food. This lovely family-ownes business would be somewhere I return to. Not just for the pizza but for the staff. The pizza had the perfect fresh sauce. The toppings were so delicious and the crust had the perfect crunch. NO REGRETS! read more

The food is very delicious and the staff was very friendly. One of the best places to eat in Blackhawk.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I came in and pre-order half a dozen pizzas. They were prompt and the pizzas were ready for pick up when I requested. Highly recommend stopping in and grabbing some pizza for a reasonable price instead of the buffets and steakhouses at the casinos. read more

Yummy! Killer cheesy bread, try the calzone! We like to hit the up for quick and reasonably priced takeout.

Shit is some fire pizza and calzones their sauce is amazing. And the service they have is spectacular I would 100% recommend to anyone heading from Denver to the casinos in black hawk to take 6th through the canyon and stop at this brand new pizza shop it's too good to not go try read more

Great Pizza. Super Fresh and the service was great. The pesto and peach desert was fabulous.

I got a calzone and it was so good! Amazing crust! Can't wait to try the pizza, I will definitely be going back there!

Absolutely the best Pizza in Black Hawk, and imo the best out of anything within 30 miles. In particular I think the sauce is excellent, so many places have a bland / flavorless version, this is good stuff here. Very happy we've a good place to go locally!!! read more

We got a medium pizza and a calzone. Super simple menu but it doesn't disappoint; very fresh dough and toppings and a no fuss atmosphere, tastes much more fresh than any of the casino pizzas. Loved it! read more
