The first two times we came here we were turned away because the facility was reserved for private events. Which was my fault for not calling ahead or doing my research. I suggest you do so before going in, just in case. Only suggestion I have to the business owners or to whom it may concern, is please properly train your teenage staff. While on the sidelines, I witnessed an adult loudly roar as he rushed towards the dividing line at a dodgeball game. Many of the kids from the opposing team chuckled and scurried away. I couldn't help but chuckle as well. As I stood there laughing my butt off, a small girl turned around to me, laughed, and said, "That's my dad." I swear, my heart melted as I saw the proud look in her eyes. This look made me think back to all the times when I was proud of my parents for the things they did. What a magical moment. I'm speaking to the ADULTS and PARENTS here. If there's anything I recommend, I highly encourage parents/adults to partake in jump as well! These moments with your child are rare and you want to stock up on them. I wish this could be a public service announcement. So many parents forget to hang with their kids. Yes, I know that it might feel a little strange to jump in a place littered with kids, but after a few jumps, that inner kid comes out! Yup, that child never left. And before you know it, you'll be grinning from ear to ear from all of those endorphins. Plus, all of those errands you have to do will also melt away. Soooooo much fun! We are from Olympia and have been to several different trampoline places throughout the state (none of which are close unfortunately). We were visiting friends near this place and decided to take our kids (12 and 3). They both LOVED it. I LOVED IT. In fact I am sitting in a hot tub today to ease the soreness of having so much fun! The place is clean, bright, lots of space, and very nice employees. Not crowded on a Sat night at 7:00 pm. Never had to worry about my 3 year old getting ran over. The only downside is the price - which is where it loses one star - it is not affordable for most families I know. It was 54 for the three of us. This is not something we would do more than once a year for that price as we are not the Kenendys with money to throw around BUT if they had coupons we would definitely be more apt to go. I understand the high cost though as several employees are needed for safety and the cost to run this place is probably pretty high. My 3 year old loved the play space but also loved jumping with us. Lots of great options for everyone in that family. Please get some better signage.....we had a heck of time finding this place. It is set back off roadway and we could not find a sign. We've been taking our 4 year old son and 10 year old niece here since it opened. At first it was lovely, new shiny structures, tons of features we've never seen before and now... everything seems to be falling apart and instead of being fixed the broken stuff seems to just be taken out and/or sloppily 'patched up' Parents have to pay to 'play' and if you don't there are only a few tables to sit while your child plays. There's a 'cafe' of sorts that I think is lacking in selection. I understand it is not the highlight of this facility but I do feel it could be organized a little better. A few healthier options, maybe some paninis? the pizza is subpar and I'd rather eat before or after... I feel the prices are a little high. It is a cool place but not at $20+ when they pack the place anyways... Have small kids with a lot of energy who like to run, climb, jump and crawl - add that you live in a rainy weather area and need a break as a parent, then this is the place for you. Our 2 1/2 year old loves this place. There are three story levels with all kinds of places to explore, cargo nets to crawl through, slides to go down, push cars to run around in, ball pit to jump in (for ages 3 and under), blocks to build with and that's just the small kids area .. We have yet to explore the trampoline side yet. We'll get to do that in 6 mo when our son turns 3 yrs old. All kids must wear socks in the play area (adults too). If you forget your socks they sell them at the front desk. All kids must complete a waiver as well. If you have an escape artist like our son you'll want to keep an eye on him as there are no gates keeping the kids in. There is a restaurant which serves drinks and snack foods (e.g.: pizza, chicken tenders, etc). The play area have bar stools w/ a counter to sit and watch your kids. They have a monitor watching the area and keeping an eye on the kids who's time stamp has expired from lingering around. All kids are given a sticker w/ a time stamp so they know when it's time to leave. The monitors also watch to see if any 3+ yr olds enter into the ball pit area and remove them if they do. (although we've had to step in a time or two and remove older aggressive kids out of the ball pit who came close to jumping and landing on our 11 mo daughter). All in all, it's a good place for small and big kids to burn energy. Awesome place to bring your kids! My 1 1/2 year old had an awesome time on the play structure (as well as my mom, my sister, and myself)! I love how it's big enough for adults to walk/ climb through with your little ones! A bunch of toys and activities to do in there well past the 30 minutes of time we bought. I've been here before about 2 years ago as well with my friends two little girls (in the trampoline area) and it was just as much fun! The staff each time were also very polite and professional. I have only 2 reasons I didn't rate 5 stars. Don't get me wrong this place is very clean from what I've seen. Even the bathrooms didn't give me the grossed out feeling like public restrooms normally do haha The foam squares you can jump into in the trampoline area were new looking each time as well. It was just the tube slide in the kids play area! It was SO dusty!! There's no way your kid could get to it but when your crawling or walking around right next to it, it's pretty gross. It's just dusty too. I don't work there so I have no clue if it's a duty that's ever attended to but surely this shouldn't be something ignored for so long that the dust pile up is that friggin bad. Especially since the rest of the place is clean. (Also, wasn't really an issue but it would be awesome if the kids area climbing area was lit up more!!) Secondly, I guess is just a issue of how we live in such a rainy place that it's annoying you have to pay basically anywhere to play with your kiddos. Their prices aren't exactly expensive but they also aren't a price where I'd be coming frequently. Mainly for the kids area. If their prices were even $1 cheaper it would make it better. $9-10 for 1 hour for the kids area though? The play happy cafe in Lynwood is the same price and you have paid for the whole day and can even leave and come back. They do have great "hoppy hour" though!! The only thing that sucks is were unable to be there during the day. If there was a couple hours during the evening that also had the hoppy hour deals I would change my review to 5 stars and probably come every week with my little one!! Pretty cool place for the kids. I went here on a rainy Saturday with my 4 year old son. I suggest reserving online because weekends are pretty busy. My favorite is that they have a play area for younger kids so my son loved playing in that area. But they have everything from trampolines, ball pit, ninja obstacle course and dodge ball. It's ok. Their website needs to do more to indicate what kind of footwear is desired. My 4 year old granddaughter wore only sandals, so she couldn't play in the play area. Yes, we could have purchased socks onsite, but that's the point ... if the website had said she needed grip socks (and they do, but not in an obvious way, you have to really dig to find it) to play in the kidz adventure, we would have made different shoe choices. The place is fun for kids, but the admission only includes the trampoline area and/or the kidz adventure. The other arcade games, laser room, virtual reality were all extra. And the vending machines take coin, not card, so I had to buy a soda from the canteen. You cannot bring your own food or drink, although I saw a few folks with water bottles. I cannot comment on the food choices because we only purchased a pretzel & a soda. If you want to go, get a deal thru Groupon or such, because paying the walk-in price isn't worth the expense. I was impressed at the setup and how easily the party was ran. Kids jumped around like crazy for awhile and then came to the party area to eat where they had pizza and a cake the team was allowed to bring in on their own. My first experience with Elevated Sportz was in July 2014 for my son's 6th birthday party. I booked the party on Memorial Day with a Living Social deal for a party package. In addition to the party deal for $200 for up to 15 kids on a weekday, I got an extra $20 off with a holiday discount code. I believe that the regular price for this type of party, which included one hour of "combo" playtime (ability to use all areas of the facility), one hour of party room time, two pizzas, drinks, and party room decorations, for up to 15 kids on a weekday, is $300. The checkin process was very slow on the day of the party, but the facility was clean, modern, and all of the kids loved it! Best of all, it was extremely easy for me. Our only pre-party prep work involved making cupcakes and goody bags. There was no post-party cleanup. Since the party, we have visited Elevated Sportz twice, on Saturday afternoons. I purchased Groupon deals for discounted 90-minute "combo" sessions. The combo sessions allow the kids to jump on the trampolines, play in the kids' play area, jump into the foam pit, and play dodgeball (if they wanted to). The Living Social deals cost $11.75 apiece, which I believe is about a 50% savings. All listed prices do not include sales tax. Outside food and drink are not allowed into the facility, although I guess they make exceptions for birthday cakes/cupcakes. There is a small cafe that sells a limited selection of food and drink. During our last visit, the checkin line was quite long, as there was only one person checking in visitors. Eventually, a second checkin line opened up. I really would give Elevated Sportz five stars, if it wasn't for the slow checkin process, high prices, and inability to bring in your own food. I came here with my 16 month old and she had a blast! She's too young for the trampolines and we didn't eat here, so this is just a review for the play area. She loved the smaller slide near the entrance to the play area, and she also LOVED the ball pit but it was hard for her to move around in it because it was filled so deep. Older kids would jump over her and I worried that they were going to land on her head. I followed her throughout the play structure and she had a lot of fun - but my back was killing me by the end of our time there because I had to hunch over while going through the structure with her. I look forward to when she is old enough to go through it without me, and I can stay down at the bottom! The floors in the play area didn't look too clean, but I'm sure it's just wear and tear. This was a fun place until a couple things happened that I never imagined . My oldest son ran his hand into straight poop not even 20 minutes of them playing in the playground . And as soon as we told staff nothing happened until 45 minutes later when I saw other staff members attempting to clean where the poop came from and it was clear across the playground ! Than my husband and I figured , well maybe the trampolines would be okay , and they were until my youngest son who is 2, started jumping and tripped and landed in someones spit up blood , no I'm not exaggerating it was a good amount . We will never go there again . Especially for the pricing for the combo jump , that place was nasty and the staff were not even aware of the gross things that were happening , we had to tell them . Warning: There are lots of small crawl spaces that will kill your back! I now have to go make an appointment with my chiropractor sooner than planned. All in all, this is a fun place to bring your children. I brought my 7 year old and 3 year old and both of them had a good time for the one hour that I paid (combo price). If you have a younger sibling who likes to tag along, recommend getting the combo ticket so he/she can access both areas. I bought the combo to avoid the constant headache I typically get at home. LOL The 3 year old mainly stayed at the young toddler area while her older sister had a great time just jumping like mad in the older areas. We came here over the weekend and paid the higher prices and not sure I would do it again. Based on the other reviews, sounds like Happy Hour is a better deal but Bothell in general is too far for me during the week days. For parents who don't like huge crowds, I highly recommend coming EARLY, as soon as this place opens. We came just about 30 mins past opening and there were no crowds whatsoever. But, by the time we left, closer to lunch, this place was a zoo. I could see if you brought your little one, you might be worried about all these kids running around and accidentally knocking into the little ones. The play area is much safer but even the older ones can run around there if they pay for the Combo tix. TIP: You can spend $.50 on a cheapie toy via their multiple dispenser machines if you need to bribe your child to leave. This place has become increasingly run down over the past couple of years. I see the recent reviews and management responses but it doesn't appear that those promises/improvement/changes have been done with fidelity. I understand that there's high traffic with kids and parties - but one would think they would prioritize budget for upkeep. Our experience last night was the worse we've experienced since they opened a few years back. We have three kids ranging from 10-3 years old. Our older ones were ok running around and played dodgeball mostly, with limited staff supervision and inconsistent "rule" enforcement. Our 3 year old tried to spend most of her time at the play area, the problem is that it's really poorly lit. Only a few of the lights were on. When I asked a staff member to turn on the lights, she said that she could only turn on certain ones otherwise all the other lights have to turn on and that it would cost too much. Say what?! Saving some money on your electricity bill is more important than the safety of the toddlers running around in that dark a$$ play structure? Our daughter had limited fun with it being so dark. We've had multiple parties over the years here and have attended multiple parties - they are not cheap (I remember them costing no less than $400 a few years ago) and they are extremely stingy with their food policies, essentially forcing you to buy their food. The play area for little kids is disgusting, filthy and huge safety concerns. I brought my 2 little ones with me and I had my teenager who was helping me with them. The workers told me my teenager wasn't allowed to stand in the play area with me or help me with my 2 little ones because he's not their parent. Yesterday day afternoon, we went to Elevated Sportz, my son got hurt his foot by stick. That was not first time he got hurt there! On last Monday morning, we were maybe the first clients, he got hurt on his foot by glass! One week two times to got hurt there! I was so disappointed this place is DIRTY!!! Why have I never heard of this place? It took being invited to a toddler's birthday party to learn of it's existence and it's right down the street! You must sign a waiver of liability to protect the business so either do so online or arrive about 15 min prior to when you want to start enjoying the facilities. There are touch screens located to the left of the front desk to handle this yourself if you so choose. For the purpose of this review I'll focus on the toddler experience though all ages have options for enjoyment here. Upon entering you have a few options. To the left, let your toddler or youngster (think 6 and under though not the age limitation) enjoy the spacious grid of climbing mazes with various tubes to crawl though and slides to woosh down. There are a few staff members closely monitoring the kids so that is comforting. Something I wish would change: the proximity of the bathroom to this area and the placement if signs for a bathroom. When my daughter told me in a panicked voice that she needed the restroom I ran frantically around in search of one, only to find it on the complete opposite end of the building. This is some scary stuff for a mom of a newly potty trained kiddo. But we made it. Finally, there was a toddler safe trampoline area that had three lanes to jump down and into a foam pit. The kids all take turns so it's safe and again is monitored by a staff member. Looking forward to returning with a season pass to enjoy on those upcoming rainy days that typically keep people locked in their homes. read more

4.5 stars, I'll round up to 5. This review is for the play area only, as my kids aren't old enough for the trampolines yet. I am the sister that Derek W tagged along with a year ago in another review. He's entitled to his opinion of course (not that he paid any money, or paid much attention to his niece playing, which was the whole point of us being there), but so am I! The only part of his review that I agree with is it's always smart to buy tickets online ahead of time. Yes it was crowded because it was a rainy day over winter break. I imagine everywhere indoors was crowded to the max. The play structure is fully padded. I didn't have any safety concerns whatsoever for my 2yr old. It's true you don't have full visibility into the whole play structure, so you have to gauge your kid's independence. But that's also because it's such a big play structure that there's plenty to do! My daughter would happily have spent the whole two hours there but Derek W was the one who made us leave early for his lunch plans. But I was happy to pay the $9 for 40 minutes or 2 hours, and it's cheaper during Hoppy Hour! Anyway, my daughter had fun which was the whole point of our visit! read more

Here are some of their problems. 1) Place is falling apart. Read the reviews since from a YEAR ago and people have been complaining about the place "getting old". Pads are falling off, certain activities get closed down. 2) They allow ~100 people to jump at a given time. I didn't count, but there HAS to be less than 40 trampolines (not including side wall trampolines). They have a rule that you can only have 1 person per trampoline. This is fine for safety but that leaves 60 kids without trampolines to play on. For our group, some MUCH older guys had "priority" over the main trampoline room. 3) Staff is short. When a problem occurs, the staff attempt to solve the problem. However, this means that they are no longer supervising their area. This results in rowdy kids disobeying rules and setting bad examples for younger kids. Jumping from trampoline to trampoline when the place is crowded happened A LOT on October 13th. Backflips into the foam pit are much more common than you think. 4) Staff didn't enforce the rules posted on the wall for dodge-ball. Basically, whoever had the loudest voice and was the most intimidating won. Also, head shots were always "by accident" and never resulted in penalty. 5) Basketball was closed without warning. This is arguably the best activity here for teenage boys. 6) Their customer service is terrible. You cannot get refunds. They refuse to admit to wrongdoing. read more

Maybe if they had an adult in the building, or if any of these kids had a clue this wouldn't be the last time I ever come to this place...

My family and I have been coming here for years and it's always been ok. The kids have fun jumping, they have coffee and snacks. The massage chairs for adults are usually taken by parents who aren't using them, staff doesn't do anything. The reason I gave only 1 star is because my son recently had a bday party here. It was pretty expensive and the cost was only for 10 kids, extra kids were $18 or so extra. When we arrived (15 minutes early like we were supposed to) there was a party still in the space we reserved. We waited on the side patiently until our actual party time came and guests were arriving then we had to ask to be let into our party space. We had no time to do any of our own set up and guest had to hold their things for the first 10 minutes. Super inconvenient. There were 3 women sitting at the tables in the reserved party area doing scrapbooking or something- staff never asked them to leave or let them know the space was reserved. They just left it up to us. Anytime we needed anything (pizza, drink refills, water, ...) we had to track down some one and ask for it even though the staff was supposed to be taking care of all that on their own. They sucked and were slow. They didn't help with the serving like they were supposed to either. Very unorganized and overpriced. I will never have a party here again. Oh and the disrespectful women sitting in our reserved space had the nerve to come up and ask a child in our party if they could help themselves to our drinks and snacks. Rude, cheap bitches. Staff here should be more prompt, professional, and authoritative. Still haven't heard from the operations manager, Arthur. 9/15/18 After my last updated review I did hear from the operations manager, Arthur. He was very pleasant and wanted to make up for our horrible experience. I was thrilled and felt as though he really did care. After a few exchanged emails he offered to send my kids some free jump passes and a discounted party. I was more than happy to accept! I gave him my information to mail the passes per his request. It's been over a month since he made this promise and my kids have yet to receive their passes. I would have gleefully updated my negative review to a much more positive one. Sad. So disappointed in the customer service. I was told I could bring my sons cake. When I arrived with the cake the cashier let me know I could not bring it in. She said you had to book the bday party and I explained to her the best answer would have been to upgrade me to the bday party then. She said nothing. Oh and dear Jessica I know you think that you are funny but to be honest with you your not don't post on my page. Thanks in advance. So here's the thing...all the preparation and planning can be erased in an instance. The day of our son's 10th Birthday party at a local community pool, the pool let me know the party was cancelled due to a mechanical issue. Uhhhhhh - time to punt! We were able to move the party to Elevated Sportz with just 5 hours to spare! We could accommodate all the kiddos and adults, pay the rates and Elevated Sportz did an amazing job offering everything they could on short notice. I'm in the event business and I greatly appreciate their quick thinking and sense of urgency. From the team member answering the phone to the manager to the onsite attendant, I felt supported and welcomed. Thank you Elevated Sportz! You saved a 10 year-old's birthday and saved this mama a lot of heartache! read more
