I would say the new renovations to the play area are pretty good. The playground feels new and clean. I have two wild ones and the fact that the entire place is enclosed in a cage with only one entrance and exit is a huge plus for me and makes it easy for me to bring the kids here. They have a corner also for really young kids. They do have trampoline and what looks like an obstacle course. You can choose to pay per thirty minute block of time per kid for either the playground, the trampoline area or both. Prices are good. They do have party rental rooms, arcade items and a place to order food and drinks. The food isn't just snacks, they do have pizzas and pretzels and they don't taste bad. read more

Bring back the tables and chairs! For some reason, the owner replaced the seating area with gaming machines. I know personally many Mom groups that used to come here and let their kids play but now there is very little seating and the seating that there is , it's awkward picnic tables. We want a place to come in the rain and sit and drink a coffee or have a burger and let our kids run out energy. Unfortunately, now there is no space. The review below was critical of the drawback this place has. But after considering the pros, I added a star to make it a four star review. But there are negatives about this place. See my original review below. In addition to those negatives, compared to Flying Squirrel, Altitude, and Sky zone trampoline parks, this place is a little more stressful to monitor your children at. This is due to not being more wide open, it is much more compartmentalized. They have staff around but even they get overwhelmed. In addition to adding two Stars, I added more pictures and videos from my second visit. Pros: 1 Large party balcony, 1 large party room, 1 small party room. Flying Squirrel just has one next to the arcade. Better and more arcade games than sky-zone and Altitude. A great cafe, laser tag, and a larger play structure than other trampoline parks. They have a dodge ball court with staff officiating actual matches. Cons: Only 3 years old and up on trampolines, adults have to stay off of them, ninja course is dark and slightly dangerous(see video), place is less open causing you to loss sight of child more easily. And no inflatable zone for younger kids to play in like Flying Squirrel has. -----------Old Review Below----from 09/2024 Pretty cool place, although I was not able to enjoy the entire facility when I went. Unlike Flying Squirrel, Sky Zone, and another trampoline parks I have gone to, this place prohibits kids under 3 years old from being able to play on the trampolines. The videos I took of him playing in the ninja area, even though he was not allowed to, were due to the fact that I wasn't aware of everything he wasn't allowed to do. Thankfully, an employee told me and I saw the height requirement sign. They do have a play place with slides that my son enjoyed. And little cars that he could push himself around in as well as a toddler area. But the fact that he was not allowed to jump because he was 2.5 really killed the experience for me. The height requirement was also annoying. Skyzone(Formerly DEFY) has a ninja course that is not age or height restricted... I'll stick with Flying Squirrel from now on. This place is okay if both your kids are over 3. If you have any under 3 they have a very small toddler area. Kids had fun but the workers are very intense. I heard multiple workers talking about people there and running to correct little children like they had broken the law. Not leaving any time for parents to correct their children. There was also no rules that were gone over before we were allowed in there. So many sick people there too. I don't know if we would go again. There are lots of other places that aren't as aggressive. read more

Fun place! Took my 18 month old son here and we played in the 'play zone' area which costs $15 an hour. There's a small section for toddlers that has some cars, and a mini slide. You also get access to the indoor play area climbing structure which is for older kids (safe to do if you're with your little one). There's a selection of arcade games too and of course the trampolines. read more

Came here for a birthday party and the check in process was pretty smooth. The hostess rented out the upstairs room so we could hang out and watch the kids below play. There's a few trampolines, ninja warrior course, and toddler area -- definitely one of the smaller trampoline parks around. Overall the kids and the birthday twins had a good time. Probably wouldn't be good for those over 8 years since it is a smaller venue. read more

It was fine. For context, my kids are 8 and 6. They did the combo pack and had enough to do for an hour. I gave it three stars because there were a lot of teenagers running around dominating most of the areas making it harder for my younger kids to have a good time. Additionally, there was teenage staff but they didn't do much. In one section kids jumped into a foam pit and there was a staff member watching. I saw one little boy jump into the foam pit very close to another boy but the staff member didn't say anything. read more

Elevated Sportz is a great place for kids to burn off energy. You must have jump socks for all areas, you can bring your own or buy them at the center. They do sell food, coffee, water etc. This place is split up in 2 ways: There's a trampoline area where the kids can jump into a foam pit, the main trampoline area and the ninja course. All of those are covered in the "JUMP" tickets. There are several seats and benches all around this area for parents to sit at. The second area is an area for kids 0-12 and is an indoor playground. It was just renovated last December so everything is still new and shiny. They have several big slides, little tike cars, lots of areas for toddlers to crawl etc. There are benches to sit down. This area is covered in the "PLAY" tickets. There's a 3rd option when buying tickets to get both which is called "COMBO" which covers both areas of the center. I recommend getting that so your kiddo can play on anything they feel like and it doesn't become a battle later on (iykyk). You can buy tickets when you walk in but I find it easier to buy them on their site ahead of time so I can gage how full it is on that day. There is a small laser game area as well that is not covered under any ticket and is only payable by swiping your credit card. They also offer birthday parties which I reserved last year but be warned that the party sections are not split up into their own rooms. They are up above the play areas and completely open spaces so kids at the party table next to you that are running around will also be running around in your reserved space.. would not recommend them for birthday parties. They don't allow indoor food but they do offer an option to book a host for your party which is nice. Jump socks are not included for guests so get some on Amazon where they are super cheap and not $6 a pair. read more

The ninja course is so fun and for all ages (we had a 5, 7, and 8 year old), the dodgeball set up is epic, and the foam pits that you can flip into are so fun! The place really is clean, tons of staff always wiping down everything all the time, great little cafeteria for tea and soda and snacks. The laser beam maze was a huge win too! There's things to do for every age- even adults! I really love going to Elevated Sportz and the kids enjoy all the options! Makes more sense to be able to jump and do cake, pizza, presents, etc... during the 2 hours.... There were flying ants in the room... very large and very black. When we mentioned it to staff, we were told it was just that time of year... Overall, not a bad experience. read more

First I want to say, I've been to many places similar to this, but this was the first time I saw staff staff actively cleaning. Which was very nice to see. I like that the areas are labeled with large signs which makes it easy to navigate. My only suggestion is maybe a weekday price drop before peak time (after school). Like 10a-2p is a $2 discount or something along those lines. Staff was courtesy and friendly. Someone was always on duty. Will definitely bring my kid back here. read more

Came here for 2 birthday parties this summer for 5-7 ish year olds. There is a playground structure that is good for 5 and under. That was definitely my kid's favorite area (age 5) over the actual trampoline, foam/ball pit stuff. So, for kids birthdays for whom kids are mostly 5 or under--you may find they mainly use just a small corner of the facility. I noticed 6+ year olds start utilizing the trampoline portion of facility. Seems clean, well run. My friend who has a kid around 9 notes he started to lose interest around that age. The standard seems to be one hour of playtime followed by one hour of party room time where they supply pizza and beverages. You can bring your own cake. Pizza is pretty average standard fare. Overall, it seems like a good place to have a birthday party for around 5-9 year olds if the weather might be iffy and to have to not worry about clean up/not having enough space in your house, etc. read more

I came here with my partner because I wanted to do the trampoline. Honestly I was a little embarrassed to do it because I assumed it was just for kids. Turned out to be a great experience (and there were a few other adults too if you are worried like me). The staff at the trampoline space do a good job making sure everyone follows the rules. My only complaint is that the floor needs to be cleaned / vacuumed more often in the cafe area. read more

My kids love coming here. They recently added a mini ninja course. It includes an area to duel on a balance beam over a foam pit, It's entertaining for the whole family lol. There is a separate area for smaller kids that include an epic in door play place, think super sized McDonald's. My kids loved it when they were within the correct height range (they still try to sneak in, unsuccessfully ). The food is decent. Staff are nice enough, one downfall.... lack of beer or wine, lol. Sadly, I think this establishment has gone drastically downhill in the last year or so. We've been coming here for four years, since my oldest was barely able to walk. We only use the play area since my youngest is two, and it used to be a fairly economical place to go kill an hour or two. As of this visit, the prices have shot up (pic posted), the food has changed and is served uncooked, and when I was overcharged, staff didn't know how to fix it. It's advertised as a "4-story" play structure, but the entire 4th level that includes the four story corkscrew slide is in disrepair and not accessible. And, if I never break my toe on that damn raised mat at the base of the kiddie slide again, I'll die a happy woman. Just sitting here for the last 60 minutes, I've seen no less than a dozen faceplants, some with repeat offenders. I'm posting a photo of the increased pricing. For ONLY the play structure, I find this to be incredibly high. Hoppy Hour is still a good value (10:30-noon) but has also increased from $5 to $7. I have a discount card through my work, I was charged $33 for 1.5 hours after discount. It sounded high, so when I went back to look, I realized I had been charged the "Jump" prices. I brought it to the front desk's attention and was told I had asked for the Jump package which I had not. I know this, because as I was paying, the girl asked me if I wanted to "add Jump or anything else" and I said that I did not. Regardless, they attempted to refund my money, but then forgot to give me the 15% discount I had. After that, they couldn't figure out how to fix it properly, so they just gave me a card good for two free sessions. While frustrated with the situation, I felt like this was a nice gesture and I was satisfied with that. Prior to playing, we stopped at the cafe to get lunch. They no longer have the mini pizzas or chicken strips with fries. Their menu has changed significantly and includes things like sub sandwiches ($20 for a full size), flatbreads (see photos), and quesadillas, but no more hot dogs or salads. I ordered a half meatball sub that on first attempt, was refrigerator cold in the middle. When I brought it back, the young guy at the counter kept talking to another girl who was working there, looked at me twice but never said hi or asked what I needed, and then he walked away without ever acknowledging me. Once the girl noticed me there, she helped and was friendly. Once my sandwich arrived a second time, it was warm and tasted good. Please note the sandwich in my photo is the "half". They are huge. Espresso tastes good but for the second visit in a row, was served warm - not at all hot. I can see the ripple effect these changes have had on business, because my kids were two of three total in the play area for the first hour. Historically, when we've come on the same day and time, there's always been closer to ten kids. There's currently no one on the trampoline and only two girls on the obstacle course. Staff members are engaging in hoarseplay, pushing each other (into my table) and at this moment, the person who should be in the Play area is absentee. I have mixed feelings about Elevated Sportz now. It's fairly clean, but maintenance is spotty. There's lots to do, but the lack of courteousness from the staff and the high prices leave me not seeing the value that I once did. If business is suffering, raising the prices is almost always the nail in the coffin. I heard from an employee there that the owner is considering "doing away" with the Play area altogether in favor of more teenage stuff. I found this incredibly unfortunate if true, as this area has very limited toddler-friendly things to do on a rainy day. It would truly be a disservice to the families who have kids of varying ages. I would prefer to see it cleaned up to its former glory days and with all the fun slides and climbing areas ready to be used again. I'm torn between giving two stars and three stars. The pros are: The food tasted great once cooked correctly. They were generous once they couldn't rectify their error in overcharging me There's a ton of things for older kids to do there. I suppose I'll use my free passes to give it one more try and then decide at that point whether our days here are over. read more

Here for a birthday party and my daughter loves it! I have been to many trampoline places before and I really appreciate this one. My daughter is 5 so sometimes the trampoline stuff doesn't suite her, especially with big kids. I love how they had this huge play structure filled with tunnels, slides, climbing fun-ness! She already asked if we could have her birthday here. Unfortunately it's super far for us being from auburn, but would def be happy to make a special trip up once in a while. Can you say the worlds largest hamster wheel!! Kinda what it feels like when your first enter her at Elevated Sportz. For the little ones, typically 5 and under you have the largest multilevel play structure that I think I have ever seen that didn't have mouse ears. For the really small kids who are not wanting to do the whole big boy jump thing, this structure will keep them busy for hours. You can purchase time from the front counter and go pretty much anywhere you want within this very large complex. I can tell this is a kids Mecca for birthday parties and events, something that you can let them loose for hours and hours and you can just sit there finishing up your past Yelp reviews!!! Still have to give the occasional nod of course so they know your still paying attention. Boom, have this mastered!! There is food and drink options here as well, your typical pizza and quick bite kind of items. This is a great place especially in the cold and wet fall and winter months so your not sipping wet. Oh wow this place was not fun. Maybe it's because the last trampoline park I went to was so much better. They say they have a ninja warrior area but it is far from that. They just have a bunch of stuff hanging that hurts your hands and feet and is way too low to the ground. I've been to places that have legit courses with warp walls, real swinging boards, multi-rig bars, spider walls and so on. This was not that. They have a pretty dangerous fighting balance beam that has a tiny foam pit with sharp edges that many people almost got really hurt on. You might want to think twice before signing your safety away. Yikes. Dodgeball area was pretty good, the other trampoline area was decent. They have one other spot that lets you jump into a foam pit but literally that's all they have. You will be bored in about 20 minutes. Sorry for being so harsh but it's a no for me dog. There are way better places out there if you're looking for a good trampoline park! read more

Extremely poorly run, condescending and rude desk staff, combined with inadequate information available on the website. They will not let any adult jump without a government issued ID. Nowhere is this written on the website and known to people before arriving. Additionally you must wait in line to fill out a waiver and after doing so, and presenting the desk staff with the email confirmation sent to me for filling out the waiver, I was told "well sometimes our system is glitchy. You have to do it again." After then filling out the waiver for a second time, I was told that because I did not have a drivers license, I would be unable to participate in my friend's birthday party. The employees in the trampoline area do not uniformly enforce the jump rules, and overall make this a miserable, overpriced, overcrowded experience. I felt bad that my friend's birthday was not a smooth enjoyable experience and I could never in good conscious recommend this place to anyone. read more

The funnest building in town!!..but no fun allowed... My experience was very confusing. My brother and i took my two young boys there. Check in process was ok because no one was there and we got in ok. We got in and were excited to run around and use the place! But throughout our time in the kids and trampoline area i was approached by multiple staff members who had different rules (rules are fine). The problem was that the rules were inconsistent and different employees would tell me different things. One girl that worked there started following me and my kids around because my son had socks on, among other offenses, and she must have been alerted to our high risk to the Jump park (or maybe it was because he didn't have socks on? I don't even remember because it was so pointless). Why follow us around and keep hassling us over these little rules? These are literally kids under age 5 running around but constantly being told "no" the whole time. Go bug the other 4 people in the building! This constant inspection and rule setting over trivial details ruined our experience. read more
