Stopped by LaserX Arena for a fun time with friends to play Laser Tag. Made reservations online and it was super easy and convenient (~$35 per person including taxes). They have several time options and we chose the one at 7 PM which worked best post office. The arena itself is spacious and you have fun games like Jenga in the waiting area to kill sometime in case you stop by earlier than expected (like we did). It was a 1 hour slot with a 5-10 mins briefing. The staff was very helpful and the laser tag area was plenty good. It was like playing one of these video games LIVE. We loved our experience and will certainly come back again. The person at the front desk was well informed and since we had a public booking, we were waiting for the other party to join. It was around 15 mins past 7 and we had not even begun our briefing. Upon asking the person at the front desk, she mentioned that the previous group arrived late and hence we were delayed. However, when I did tell her about our dinner reservations she did get our briefing started so we could start right off once the previous folks left. Even in between our game, they did stop by asking us if we were okay to continue due to our dinner reservations - which honestly I did appreciate. Folks coming here to have a good time - try and be here 15 mins prior to your slot as mentioned so you do not throw the future groups off. They have ample parking in their lot and this place is definitely fun for large groups or small. We will be returning soon for sure.

Laser tag, archery tag, nerf guns, and dodgeball we did it all in three hours It's definitely a work out and now that it's the next day my legs are actually beyond sore. The dodgeball, archery , and nerf gun wars is all in the same arena and loaded with inflatable terrain. They have safety equipment and for the most part it was fun. The arrows are very slow to load and could be more user friendly to make them more enjoyable for some game modes that include foam swords. The laser tag is much larger of an area. The guns require manual loading and when you die you have to go back to your respawn base. You olay three different minigames, then you swap sides of the map, and then play the minigames again. The first three rounds I didnt hit a single person, convinced that my gun was bugged, i asked the guy leading our team in kills for help. He said to aim low, and after that I started hitting everyone and even got a 13 kill streak. I am certain other people felt the same way, I think an improvement the establishment can make is to have a vest on a mannequin so people can calibrate their gun to their own aim. Our guide for the whole event was very patient and clearly passionate for the work. We were extremely roudy and im glad he didnt hate us by the time we left, or perhaps just kept it well hidden.

My friends and I had a fantastic time during our private laser tag game. When we were all present, we were split into our two teams and briefed by the staff on the equipment. They gave us our gear and showed us how to use the realistic look and feel of a SWAT gun. Once ready, we were guided to our respective team bases. We were briefed on the current gameplay and were sent off into laser tag war! There were about three different game modes - death match, domination, and sniper. After the first round, we swapped sides. The staff were helpful and attentive. When anyone from either side was low on the co2 cartridge, they would call out and look for whomever was low to refill. Again, my friends and I had an amazing time at LazerX Arena. It was so much fun! Definitely was a great workout from all the running and crouching down. My friends and I will definitely come back for another round of laser tag! Big thanks to the staff that helped us during our time there - Rob, Noble, and Nathan! I believe that was all of their names! Forgive me if I got the names wrong, but you all were very kind and helpful!

Very fun! The kids (and parents) had a blast! -also good work out haha very realistic and the staff are very friendly! They even offer to take your groups photo (and don't charge you for theirs)! Might need a couple more fans in there for summer time, will recommend and return for sure!

Such a memorable team morale event at LaserX in Kirkland yesterday for a 1pm 20 person spot event. Previously we had done an escape room so was nice to be shooting at coworkers instead. We booked online the day before and had no issues. Instant email confirmation. When we arrived , walked in together and had a warm welcome from Harry and Jonathan. We waited for a couple coworkers while playing corn hole, giant Jenga, and giant connect 4. Restrooms were available if anyone needed to change. Clean facility. Very open and modern. After we signed waiver and confirmed we were all there , we moved to instructions , the difference in games, and gearing up in the debriefing room. Headband and vest with sensors and gun was heavier and more real than I expected. Walking in from the gear up room opened up to the playing arena. It was a dimly lit 2 level almost apocalypse feeling warehouse but big. With a truck in the middle. And a hazmat area and lots of bus stop looking nooks and a tower and barrels everywhere. It looked like a video game. The fog machine went off and i felt super cool all of a sudden and it was game on! Since the last time I played laser tag was prolly like 20 years ago I started to get nervous thinking of how to actually run around and catch up with my active coworkers but Harry was so helpful and encouraging and even at the end gave me a scope with laser and silent ammo(?) He really made the experience for me and will def be back and hope to have him on my team again then! So from our base we were told about the first mission and how to run back and recharge once we have been hit. First mission we played you'd get hit twice before being killed. But 2 missions later- i think it was called sniper ? Was 1 shot and you're done. We did 4 missions. The last one was hunger games and was fun since it was everyone for themselves. It was nice when we left they took a pic of our group and also did an instacam one and that photo was on their big wall when leaving. Harry showed our group photo to me before we left and even emailed to my work email so I could forward it on to everyone. Pros: --Adult laser tag for team building?! Yes please. --Booked online. Emailed invoice right away. --Was able to book for all 20 spots and if there were later no shows ( which we had a lot of due to last minute meetings) it didn't matter as you just sign waiver when you get there. --super helpful staff. We had a mix of experienced players and ones who had never played --9 min from our office in DT Bellevue. --Easy for all to find and lots of parking. --added the pizza for after our game ( from Costco) so there was a ton for us all --you can sit and hideout in a tower the whole time or you can be running around for an hour. So it works for everyone! What I'd do different next time: -bring a lock for locker ( couldn't imagine this being an issue but just would give me extra peace of mind) - bring a water bottle in to the arena. I could have used a water break a couple times. Not sure if i missed the memo on where these were but saw some recycled bottles near a base. - gone full on athletic gear. Was fine in jeans but was on the ground crawling a couple times. - would be fun to watch for a game from the control room area. Im sure i looked ridiculous but even more fun would be to watch coworkers. Wish there was a way to grab the footage of our play. One directions note : in following my waze directions: it makes it look like you arrived but actually you go around a bushy corner and it pops out on your left thereafter. Note to owner: i think a "calendar invite for your team" would be super helpful when booking the team building. Or in confirmation email. I wanted to remove the pricing and add some other notes so this is what I wrote in our mtg invite: Come join us tomorrow, Thrs, 4/25 for a Laser Tag Game in Kirkland. (10 minute drive from office, so leave at 12:30pm) Want to see how much fun it will be? Check out this 27s clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tot286W-VuA LazerX Arena Tactical Laser Tag : an ultra-realistic first-person shooter experience on a Hollywood movie-style set using the same equipment and software deployed by SWAT teams and Special Operations teams 12:45-1:00pm: Checking-in and pre-game instruction. There's also cornhole and games to play in lobby as we wait for everyone to arrive. 1:00-2:00pm: Private Ultimate laser tag game for our group. Different missions and fun for all levels! 2:00pm: Pizza will be ready to grab right after our game. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. lockers are available. 210 8th Street South, Kirkland, Washington 98033 ( view map ) If you want to sign the waiver prior to the game, please go here(link) or you can sign upon arrival.

What better way for a kid to ring in turning 9 than running around a terrifyingly awesome course with great friends?! And parents, who needs CrossFit when you can have children aiming and hurling objects your way? You're gonna be moving your body in all kinds of surprising ways. We booked our time slot here for our kiddo's birthday for a Wednesday afternoon. Check in was super easy, because all the kids had had waivers completed online beforehand. We got there 15 min early, the perfect amount of time for check in and set up. And maybe some light stretching for those of us who aren't children. I recommend loose fitting, easy breathing clothes. And probably throw on an extra swipe of deodorant before heading over, cause you're about to get a workout. Once the games were set up, our arena pros, Tarzan (or as I accidentally called him, Thor ) and Zack explained all the events and rules in fun and easy ways for the kids (and grownups) to understand. They both were very chill yet enthusiastic, and were really at ease with kids, which is always a huge plus for a kid's birthday party. It's always been weird to me when it seems the staff at a place doesn't appear to know what to do with kids or seem to not want to be there. Thankfully, that was definitely not the case here. The staff was having fun with us and even joined in some games. BONUS! From Nerf Wars, to Dodgeball, to Laser Tag, we tried it all, and 3 (yes THREE) hours later, we were all literally dripping with sweat and happy exhaustion. Talk about a workout. The laser tag course is a serious setup, with plenty of places to hide as well as ambush. I loved all the nooks to squeeze into. With a variety of different kind of games in there, it kept things challenging for every skill level we had. Listen, I'm the person who, when playing any kind of shooter video game, is the one who gets herself immediately stuck behind a door looking up at the ceiling. And even I was able to fully understand, and to some degree of hilarious success, actually do what I needed to do to help my little troupe of soldiers out. We all seriously had (pardon the puns) a ball and a blast. So if you're looking for a place for a birthday party, a team building place, or really, just a place to blow off steam and burn some calories on a weekday afternoon, grab some friends and head here. Our son is already asking when we're coming back. Kid, give me a minute to recover, I haven't run around-- heart pounding, ducking for cover, and laughing-- this much in a long time.

    Birthday at every kids dream!!

They set up in the park behind our house, which was the perfect outdoor setting for the kids to run around, and it was much more affordable than many laser tag venues these days - even with us adding on extra obstacles for the kids. My son loved it and the kids had a blast! My only feedback is that the instruction portion felt a little long for a group of 8-year-old boys - it took about 20 minutes to get through, and attention spans were definitely fading by the end - wish there way to shorten so doesn't run into their game time and they still get important details. One other note, the laser tag guns were much heavier than I expected, so while 8 is listed as the minimum age, I'd say it really depends on the child's strength and stamina; 9-10 might be an easier fit for some groups as the boys did get pretty tired of holding the laser guns and you must keep two hand on it at all times. That said, it was a really fun, convenient, and unique birthday option, and I'd recommend them! The instructor was so nice and great with the kids. They were also very communicative every step of the way, arrived on time and were even set-up before expected. No one wanted to the leave the party they were having so much fun.

There are lots of spacious rooms to do the virtual reality in, however you can run into the wall or fall The staff: The employees are always so nice, helpful, and informative. They always help you with the virtual reality gear (two hand things (apparently I'm not cool or trendy enough to actually figure out what the hand controls are called ) and the virtual reality headset). Also, we finished our escape room early and the employee there let us try five minutes of another virtual reality simulation because we hadn't used up our full hour with the other one. I was very impressed by their integrity with that, especially since we just had five minutes left and certainly wouldn't have noticed. Extra details: Half hour activities are $25 per person. One hour activities are $40 per person. They have options like laser tag, active shooter simulations (like shooting zombies and stuff), a few random simulations like cooking, and lots of virtual reality escape rooms. They have a lot of options, and the virtual reality gear is always clean. I've only done the escape rooms and they're actually pretty challenging. You can get hints within the simulation if you need them, and there's a constant timer as to how much time you have left. Final thoughts: It's a little spendy and virtual reality itself is always a little disorienting, but it's a very fun activity and team building exercise to do with friends or family!
