It would be great if they addressed issues with the Velcro scratching the children on the slides. My daughter left yesterday with her arm scratched and bleeding in two different places. I'm not talking about a small scratch either. The team there was less than interested and one of the parents there at the party asked for tape to fix the problem themselves after waiting for a while for the attendants to fix the situaiton. I took my daughter for Open Play last Thursday night (3/24), and invited a couple of mama friends to come along and bring their kids. We arrived a few minutes before 5pm and the door was locked. No problem we're early. Time passed, more and more people arrived, the business never opened. We stood in the cold with antsy kids for 15-20 minutes hoping that someone was just running late. There was no message on the door, there was no message on their answering machine when we called, there was no message on their Facebook page. Finally we gave up and went home. My kiddo was sooooo upset. I called the next day to find out what the heck happened. I spoke with Chloe the supervisor. She was a doll. Super apologetic, and said she'd get me in touch with the manager. Manager called me back within a couple of hours, terrific! This is where things went south. She was definitely apologetic, explained that the person who was supposed to open had an emergency, but then said next time, especially if I planned to invite a group (two other moms in my case), that I should really call to make sure they're open. WTH?! How is it my fault?? I explained to her I called the day before to check on a few things, like whether they allowed snacks, and mentioned at that time that I would be there Thursday evening, and no one mentioned anything. How could they if it was an actual emergency? They wouldn't know that the day before. My only point in contacting her was to say they should have a way to notify folks (even a brief post on FB would have sufficed). Presumably someone was notified of the emergency, but instead the blame was placed on me. I was floored. read more

As a guest at the party - the whole program seemed great and very organized! From the very beginning, I was greeted at the door by a staff member and guided to our party's room. The party room was a nice mix of kids tables and chairs but also adult height bar stools at the countertop facing the play area. The party room was very clean and so cute! Birthday balloons and decorations everywhere with coordinating cups and napkins all provided by Kidz Bounce. They even had the birthday kid's picture with a special happy birthday message on the big screen tv on the wall. Nice touch! Big inflatable birthday throne for the birthday kid to sit in and take pictures! Goodie bags, pizza, cupcakes (you can bring your own food for the party.) It was a great kids party! The bounce house room was HUGE! Heated, carpeted and very clean! Excellent! The bounce toys are big and sturdy- even adults can enjoy them! In fact it wasn't really clear to me who had more fun: the adults or the kids! Lots of laughs, lots of cheers of delight and SO much fun! I would love to go back again! Of special note: there is a great well lit ramp directly in front of Kidz Bounce that everyone uses to enter. So it's nice and accessible to everyone and also convenient for strollers. We went here for a birthday party that my daughter was invited to. It's a bit of a trek to get here. Exit 22 off I-90 and in an odd location, embedded in an commercial industrial park. On the other hand, it has plenty of free and available parking. The place itself inside is fairly large, with about 4 inflatable "rides" or "zones"... Similar to what you would see at fairs or carnivals. Definitely a great place for kids. Staff are carefully monitoring kids and assuring folks are following the facilities rules. This place is great! My kids loved it. Its located right off i90, tucked into some warehouse type buildings. The facility is spotless. All the equipment was is great shape, clean and well kept. There was plenty of things for my 2 and 4 year old to play with and on to keep them busy and happy. In addition to the inflatables, they had some large foam blocks, some ride on toys, and some large balls. There were plenty of cubbies to hold everyone's belongings and a nice table set up for snacks. You can bring in outside food and drinks and eat them at nice and clean kid sized tables and chairs. I think I saw a vending machine of healthy kid snacks incase your child gets hungry and there are drinking fountains. They play kids music during the drop on times. Even the bathrooms were spotless. We head to Kidz Bounce during drop in times once or twice a month with our 2 1/2 year old. If you are not sure what Kidz Bounce is, check out their website. Basically it's two large rooms (with adjacent party/event seating areas), in the rooms are those giant inflatable slides and bouncing rooms toys. There are also balloons, balls and large soft bricks for the little ones to play with. We like to get there right as they open. That way our little one gets a bit more time without larger kids running around. It's fun to watch the kids climb up the inflatables and come wooshing back down the slides. You'll see lots of parents "helping" out too (I've been known to come back down a slide or two...). Only thing I wish they had was a bit more on sight supervision. You should be watching your own kid(s), but I find some parents just sit off in a corner and ignore their prodigy getting a bit too rough with smaller kids. So keep an eye on your little ones and have some fun with them. read more

This place is great for hosting kids birthday parties- all kids big and small have a great time here. We have hosted 2 parties here and have attended some of our friends' kids' as well. Some of the things that I like about this place are: bigger play room with lots of space for kids and adults to move around, more and bigger inflated bouncies than say Pump it up. Also you get both the party room and the play room for the duration of the party so kids can go back to the play area after they are done with snacks. Another thing I like is that they don't have any restrictions on the kind of food you can serve which is important for us. The staff is also nice. I had a birthday party here for my little one and this place was wonderful for the kids and the gal that helped facilitate the two hours was great. But the worst parts and these ruined it for me...were: The party started 15 minutes late since the facilitator couldn't get the other party out of the play area. This wouldn't be so bad if they had added on an additional 15 minutes at the end but they didn't nor did they compensate me. To get an idea a 1.5 hour party is $90 less than a 2 hour party. Ridiculous. The owner is rude and lacks customer service all around. She was great when I initially booked the party but when we had a problem after the party.. One of my guests left his jacket there. When I called to inquire about it, she was irritated about looking for the jacket then when they found it, I let her know he was on his way to get it right then. I'm not sure why sure thought it necessary to tell me, rather rudely 3x after that she would donate the jacket if it wasn't picked up in 30 days! Um, did you hear me? He's on his way now! Ridiculous. That's not how you treat someone who just paid and tipped nearly $500 at your establishment. Definitely won't return. read more

Wonderful for parties- they offer private rooms w tables/chairs and a special inflatable throne for the bday kid for opening gifts. They will close off the bouncers to others during your party so you have the place to yourself. Relatively clean. Staff on hand even during open bounce hours. Complaints: open bounce hours are very limited. Not enough seating for parents. Should have constant music to drown out the screaming. They need to separate ages - 2-10 y/o are all in one room during open bounce which can be scary for the little ones. We've never had any problems here though and my 4&6 y/o's love it! read more

I've been to many a bounce house party over the years and usually they are pretty shabby affairs but this place was great! Mind you it was a Monday evening so probably not the usual weekend madness but I really loved that your group had access to the whole play area and then had a small room for your party. Everything was clean and in good shape which was great since usually I want to walk around with a can of Lysol at most of these places. The employee assigned to our group was so sweet and full of energy, you could tell that she actually enjoyed children, she really kept the party moving along. All the kids had a blast and the parents really got to relax and chat which was really nice too.
