This is the best Bouncy House around. I've had my son's birthday to 3-2-1 and I've been to many kids parties at Pump it up. The service at Kidz Bounce is far better than any of the other places. You have the play area to your party unlike other places. You can bring foood from outside, which was a plus for me. And the pizza they order for you is really good for both kids and adults. The staff were able to accomodate a slightly larger group than the one we were expecting and they were really helpful with cutting the cake and handing out goody bags. I'll definitelly return if my son wants to have yet another party at a Bounce House next year! :-) read more

We had our 4-year old's birthday party in the big dedicated room, and it was a total success. There was plenty of room for 20+ kids. The host was AWESOME and kept everything organized so I was able to attend to the kids and visit with the parents. PERFECT!!! Took two of my nanny boys here on a day the schools were closed for conferences... CLEAN, fun, and the families it attracts are great too! The boys love it. They're able to just go nuts! But there are younger kids too so they have to make sure they're being a little careful. Great time! Recommend to everyone! read more

We had an amazing experience here. We had an "assistant" assigned to the party who kept us on schedule (kids play, kids eat/celebrate, kids play a little more, round up kids to go!) She helped set up tables/utensils. I had more kids arrive than planned ((some extra siblings) so I needed an extra table. No problem! Helped keep a gift list, thank you! And when it was time to check out, the cashier worked out the best price plan for me with the xtra kids. Great experience - and of course kids love it! read more

We had a great experience having our party at Kidz Bounce. The staff made everything so seamless and easy so we could enjoy our guests and the party. My only complaint (and why I didn't give it 5 stars) is because it was really pricey. But overall it was a really fun event. This is like a hidden little gem. The pictures in their website didn't do any justice. Thus, the reason for why I had put off taking my kid here for awhile. We took him today, and our child ran around non stop and bouncing on so many play areas for over an hour. He slept well on the way home. We'll be back for sure! Love this place! read more

We had our daughter's birthday party here this afternoon and there were some hiccups. It did not run 100% smoothly but I know that things happen and humans make human error. It was the way that the issues were handled that warrants 5 stars. Noah, our party host, was professional and calm while I was frustrated and remained present and helpful throughout the party. Chelsea, who I believe was the manager, did not try and make excuses but admitted that it wasn't as smooth as it should have been and acted accordingly. Was it a great overall experience? No. Do days like that happen at any public-facing business? Yes. Will we be back and continue to recommend the location? ABSOLUTELY. read more

This is truly a great place to have a party. We just had one here for our 3 year old son and the experience couldnt have been better. My kids have always enjoyed coming to Kidzbounce, so no complaints about the facility or any of that. I am writing this review due to the unfortunate lack of response and horrible customer service from management. About three weeks ago I tried to reach out to the manager through email to see about throwing an event at the venue to raise money for a family that was in desperate need of financial support after a tragic loss. After 3 days of no response, I decided to try to call. I was able to talk to someone in the office who was very friendly and tried to assist me, but said I needed to talk to a certain manager. I sent in an additional email asking if I could stop by to speak with her in person, she emailed me a short curt message saying the next week would be better. I asked what a good time to reach her on the phone would be, never got a response. My husband and I both attempted to reach her again over email, no response. After two weeks of no response, I called again. The lady I spoke with the first time took my phone number and said the manager had been waiting for my phone number (which was on my initial email), so that she could call me. I provided my number and was told I would here from her that day. It's been a week and a half since that call, and an additional email and still have yet to hear back. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service, and most importantly compassion. My husband and I were trying to support a family from the community in need, but based on the lack of care and communication, there seems to be no interest from Kidzbounce in doing the same. read more

We had a birthday party here for our 2 girls, ages 5 & 9 and it was fantastic! The kids had a blast, the staff was amazing and more helpful than I expected. The party was a breeze for us and worth every penny! We loved having the giant bounce room all to ourselves and how the party room flowed right into the bounce room. It was clean and so nicely set up. Our easiest party yet! We like this place a lot better than the other bounce place on the eastside. read more

We love this place! My kids and I have attended the drop in sessions about 10 times and we had my 4 year-old's birthday here. Every experience has been fantastic. I think the owner's are incredibly kind and offer the best customer service I have seen (the help with the birthday party was great, they ask if everything is okay if we leave the drop in times early, etc.). We've hosted 2 birthday parties here and are planning to have another in April. For sure the best place to host a party for little ones in the area. The service is fantastic, and they'll either do it all for you -- from goodie bags to food to decoration -- or let you do as much as you want to yourself. We just had my son's 2nd birthday party there this weekend and he loved it! The kids ranged in age from 2-5 years old. They had a blast and the adults had just as much fun as the kids. We arrived at 8:45 am for a 9:00 am party. 15 minutes was plenty of time to get set up because they set up everything for you. We just set our stuff down in the room and spent the time bouncing. The two hours allotted for the party was perfect. By 10:30 am everyone was spent and ready for cake and snacks. I would definitely recommend this to friends and can't wait for next year! read more

We have had the last 4 birthday parties there, can't recommend them enough. You have the entire place to your party only and a staff member completely takes care of you. They provide decorations, plates and utensils at no extra cost. You let them know how you want the sequence to go as far as cake and playtime, etc. and they run the show for you. No stress! At the end, they load all of your gifts, etc. onto a rolling cart to take to the car. They do all of the clean up. Love it! read more

Great party, room for tons of guests! All of our kids had a great time, and if you have a big group, the party room is right next to a private bounce room, so you have the entire place to yourself! The lady who ran our party (Shiloh) was amazing, took care of everything, and I didn't have to lift a finger! All the cleanup, food service, wrangling of kids...it was amazing. It was very reasonable considering how many kids I was able to invite, and parents are free. I will definitely be coming back here. Booked my daughters birthday party here and had very nice experience ! All the kids enjoyed playing and the adults had just as much fun. Nice decorations, plenty of space to play. We brought our own food at the time of party. Staff was friendly and real nice thing was the service provided by the lady during party time. She arranged every aspect of party very well --arranging kids tables, plates, food etc, being helpful to kids. She helped kids and their parents enjoy the party. Our girls (3 & 6) had an absolute blast and I have to admit, I did too, especially since they let the grown-ups bounce, too (great exercise!). We hosted a birthday party for two girls, age 6. We had 25 guests with a few unexpected smaller siblings thrown into the mix. Susie, the team member assigned to assist us, was fantastic. She was there when you needed her, she kept everything easy and moving along and worked with our requests, some of which were last-minute ideas. We were not charged for the extra siblings although the parents offered to pay. I can't imagine how the experience could be improved. I love this place! I travel from Auburn to take my son and the children I nanny here about 2 times a month! They have 2 big play areas and lots of inflatables. It is always kept very clean, as are the bathrooms. I have one complaint- most parents there do not watch their kids. You will see nearly every seat filled and those parents pretty much never stand up. Please watch your kids! These inflatables are tall and kids can get hurt. Especially if they are unsupervised. Also there is no check at the door to be sure each kid belongs with the adult that is taking them out...it would not be hard for an abduction to happen here. So watch your kids! Please! read more

The kids had a blast, and it was so easy for me because the paper goods & decorations were provided. We held our daughters 4th birthday party at Kidz Bounce. It was great. We did the larger room which was great to have only our friends in one area. The kids were exhausted after a few hours of bouncing. The staff was courtieous and helpful from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Out of all the bouncy houses in the greater Eastside area, we love KidzBounce the best. It is clean, bright and airy. The bouncers are in good condition and there is lots of room for the kids to run and play and scattered benches for parents to sit and relax. There are tons of balls and balloons for the kids to chase, ride on toys, and a fun vacuum system where kids can track ping pong and foam balls through the clear tubing and race to catch them as they fall. The staff is always cheerful and friendly and they offer a discount when paying in advance for 10 visits. We have both hosted and attended several birthday parties at KidzBounce and they do a wonderful job of making the planning, set up, and facilitation of the party a breeze. We especially enjoy the late afternoon open bounce on Thursdays, as it lets our kids get out their energy before bedtime. If I had only one complaint, it would be that there should be another evening open bounce during the week! read more
