This place was a hit for the kids. $25 for 2 hours or $32 for all, just don't forget your grippy socks, it's an additional $3. Don't forget to do the waiver before you get there. They have a small arcade area when you walk in. You can also pay to play with the steam tables in a different section. There are snacks and some bites of food sold inside. I didn't notice much people opting for it. I would def recommend bringing a water bottle in, they are $2.50 a bottle inside. There was free black coffee set out for parents, but I didn't see any creamer. Two restrooms inside that were big, nice and clean. The kids had fun jumping in the ball pit, foam pit, some trampoline. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I've actually attended a birthday party here before with my daughter, and it was a really fun experience. However, trying to book a party myself has been incredibly frustrating. I've called multiple times at different times of the day, and no one ever answers the phone. I also sent a message on Instagram, which wasn't seen until the next day, and even then, it was left on read with no response. For a business that is clearly active and posting, that level of communication is really disappointing. The lack of customer service makes it very difficult to move forward with booking, especially when the website doesn't clearly answer all questions. I prefer being able to speak to someone directly, and not having that option, or any response at all, is frustrating. We did our birthday party here and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were so helpful- quick to answer questions online and helped us clean up. The space is also so nice and the manager was so friendly. It's so easy to book a party- just go online and grab the spot. I do not recommend Twinkle Land for families. During my visit, an employee repeatedly approached me and asked intrusive personal questions that made me extremely uncomfortable. I was asked where I live, what I drive, who my children look like, and who their father is. The questioning was nonstop and felt inappropriate and invasive. The employee, an older woman working in the food area Spanish speaking continued to follow me around the play area throughout my visit. Instead of being able to enjoy time with my family, I felt watched and unsafe. I brought my concerns to management, especially considering I paid a significant amount for our visit, but my concerns were not resolved and I was not offered a refund. Families should be able to enjoy a safe, welcoming environment without being subjected to intrusive personal questioning. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Do not rent the private area. There is no privacy as there are no signs or barrier or anything to let anyone know the area is private. You get use of some seats and that is it, during our rental two or three random groups say in tables that were supposed to be part of our rental. With no signs, no barrier, nothing - the area isn't private and twice we had to get the manager to make people move. Took the day off to take my kiddo here, was super excited for him to check it out based on all the photos I had seen. I walk in and the facility looks incredible but I'm a little confused about where to go since I've never been there before, there's an employee kind of hiding behind the counter on their phone. I approach the counter and they turn toward the POS system and just stare blankly at me and asked, "What do you want?" I don't really know what packages they offer, but I'm a little taken aback by the lack of general enthusiasm. I mean maybe it's too much to ask for a hello or a smile, but to look at me like you're annoyed I'm here is an interesting way to run your business. I just saw something say 2 hours so I asked and they just rang me up for it, explain nothing and said nothing while pulling out the wristbands. My kid didn't know what he was supposed to do so I told him to hold out his arm which luckily seemed to be the correct thing to do. Didn't know what the wristbands did or what they were for or really what exactly I paid for but we figured it out. Didn't know socks were required until after I paid, my kid didn't bring socks. With how lazy and inattentive the staff is here he probably could have gotten away with running around barefoot, but I lent him mine. I didn't know they even sold grippy socks until I saw them on the way out. Don't know anything about the DIY station, I wasn't sure if that was included in what we paid for and we barely figured out how to get into the main playground area anyways. I was under the impression that this place was a cafe so we came on an empty stomach, I saw some drinks and a menu out so I thought I'd take a look. The menu offered a small selection of foods and several drink options in addition to some canned/boxed drinks. But I can't really say much else about the food since I couldn't order anything. While I watched the staff in the back of the cafe run around, the staff at the front counter let me know the cafes POS was down so they couldn't sell me anything anyways. The facility itself is wonderful and has great potential, the playground feels high quality and there is plenty to do. My kid had so much fun with the different play areas which was good to see. Coming from the north end I thought I could get a sneak peak of what to expect when the Lynnwood one opens as we would be able to visit that one more frequently if we ended up liking it. I wish I could say this place is a must go to if you have children, but the attitude of the staff just ruined the whole experience for me. Or maybe it's because I made the apparently poor choice to show up to a cafe hungry. If the Lynnwood location ends up being run like this I would hesitate to say I'd recommend checking it out. I'd wish the staff showed some enthusiasm but I think at the very least they should be trained on basic customer service. "What do you want?" isn't the best way to greet a paying customer. Or I would have appreciated a, "I'm sorry, but the POS is down at the moment" instead of just, "The system is broken. I can't sell you anything." We have been to many indoor play places and this is the most expensive ($84 for 2h for 3 kids) and most boring. The kids were bored after 30 minutes. There's one slide, a big ball pit, a trampoline, and what is supposed to be a crawl around castle but has no interesting features or mystery to keep them engaged. Just crawl through tubes. Most of the "toys" in the "sandbox" were broken. Most of the building blocks were broken. The play area is quite small. It is extremely overstimulating. No outside food or drink allowed but concessions are limited to bags of chips, cans of soda, candy, fried donuts and boba teas. They might have had milk and juice boxes. Nothing for a gf or vegan. We had the pleasure of attending a birthday party here today, and all of the kids had an amazing time. The arcade was a huge hit! What really stood out to us was the exceptional service. The manager was incredibly kind, accommodating, and friendly. She was constantly moving from one area to another, helping wherever needed, all while maintaining a positive attitude and making everyone feel welcome. It's clear she has built a great team, and they all work together seamlessly to ensure everything runs smoothly. The check-in process was a little hectic due to a recent system upgrade, but once we were checked in, it was nonstop fun from start to finish. We're especially excited for the Lynnwood location to open soon since we live farther north and can't wait to check it out. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back. Ball pits glory! One of the biggest ball pits I have seen! There are 3 play areas and each one has its own fee/payments. One is the larger play area with ball pits, slides, climbing, small stones pit, trampoline and many more. You pay for the 1 adult & 1 child and it's valid for the entire day. You can leave and come back anytime! The second one is DIY area which is a smaller area focused on sand pits, Lego, water table and other arts and crafts. You can also take back your craft home. This is cheaper than the first one. Last section is the arcade which like all arcades has a card which can be loaded to play the games. You don't need entry fee for this area. The ball pit area is the most engaged one! Fun adventures for the kids to play with them, lie on them, throw on a screen like a fruit ninja adaptation, using them for shooters or air pipes. There are trampolines, blocks, small stones pit , slides and much more for kids to play. Parking can be difficult during peak timings like weekends with so many stores also in the same block. On weekends, with parties there were almost 50+ people and kids inside! There is also a cafe which we haven't tried yet! read more

Where have you been all my liiife? So happy this place opened up :) it's a little on the pricer side for admission. It was $32 for entry to the playground area, but so worth it! That's the price for one adult and one child pass. You can stay here for as long as you'd like (no time limit). I didn't really see the need for grip socks (my child's 14 months and they didn't have his size anyway). So we didn't end up purchasing them. *Tip: just get your own grip socks for your kiddo from home, or if you end up getting them from here it's $3. Love the interiors. So inviting! I appreciated the cleanliness of the place and really hope it remains that way. The cafe section is really nice and spacious too. Huge screen and cocomelon was playing. Twinkle Land is a much needed indoor play cafe for the toddler set in Bellevue, but it's ridiculously expensive for what it is. Pros: It's large, clean and well-maintained. Cons: Expensive, not allowed to bring in food and not enough seating area for adults $30+ for a child to play here is really steep. It's bright with loud music and they really need to get rid of the twinkle coin system. Realistically, you're not going to spend an entire day here, so it would be better if they reduced the price or charged by the hours or a half day pass. If you can get your child past the arcade section, the general play area is fun and large enough to entertain your little ones for an hour or two. It's definitely overstimulating in here so be prepared! I wish they had more seating for adults and some more tables you could hang out and eat lunch or a snack at. On the weekends, the seating area is always blocked off for birthday parties and there's really no where to sit down with your kids. read more

We had a great time at Twinkle Land Play Café and would definitely come back! The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and really helpful every step of the way. The space is clean, fun, and perfect for little ones to explore. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the café menu feels a bit limited, and the gate with the QR access can be more trouble than it's worth when you're juggling kids. I also managed to lose our video game card within two seconds of buying it (mom brain in full effect), so it would be amazing if the existing QR bracelets could also work for scanning at the video games. It would make the whole experience way more seamless with fewer things to keep track of. Overall though, it's a super cute place and we had a wonderful visit! read more

Fun place for your kids to go! The sandbox is really unique and fun for all as the rocks look like little pieces of candy. There are two trampolines there for kids to jump on and items to hit along the wall which are interactive and connected to a foam pit and climbing wall. But the best part is the jungle gym above the giant pool of balls! There is tons to do for your child to run around in or slide down. Two giant slides that land into the enormous ball pit. At the bottom you will see a air fountain that kids spend hours putting balls into that spits the balls out at them from the top. Around the corner is a interactive game that gets the kids to throw balls at a video game background to kill the monsters or pop balloons. (I did spend some time there lol) Then there are the endless areas upstairs for the kids to run around and play in. In another part of the building, you have an arcade for kids and a constructive play area to either fish for items in a pond, build a house, make a water bottle with water pearls, or play in kinnetic sand. There is also a cafe there onsite that makes a couple snacks and sells beverages. It is a great time. Only complaint, the arcade games are not all working and the card to play them (twinklycoins) is very expensive. You child will have a great time! read more

Additional cost for other stations. They have a small kitchen so drinks/food are available to purchase. We headed to Twinkle Land on Saturday as soon as it opened (10am) and found everyone else on the Eastside had the same idea lol. It was PACKED! the play area is amazing, both my 4yo and 1.5yo had a great time. My husband and I however left very overstimulated because of all the people and loud noises haha. It is on the expensive side (32usd per kid) and they definitely need more organization during check in. I imagine going during the week would be a better experience. They also have this amazing cotton candy machine, the only con is that it's located in the birthday party area so if there's a party going on it is very crowded and not in the best location in my opinion. I came here with my Son and he had a blast! In the past, I have taken the little guy to Funtastic Playtorium, Safariland, DEFY trampoline park, Ridge Activity Center, Catapult Adventure Park, Playdate SEA, WiggleWorks, Pump it Up Lynwood, Flying Squirrel, and Arena Sports. Compared to those places, Twinkle Land is far better for its target age range. The play area has all kinds of unique features. A ball pit, slides, ball cannons, trampolines, rock climbing with a foam pit, air tubes for balls, an interactive projector screen you can throw balls at and much more. There is a clean restroom and a family room. There is an area with tables and chairs to enjoy the cafe at. And outside of the play area, there is a craft area that allows your child to take home one craft as a souvenir. They call it the DIY craft area. The arcade games are next level. I made sure to take videos of them for you to see. The cost isn't cheap, but still reasonable for what is offered. But there is no time limit like a lot of places have. You can stay all day. With my experience of taking my son to so many places, I can tell you it is worth the cost. Your child will have so much fun because it is like a miniature Disneyland for them. The arcade games alone are way more fun for younger kids than Dave and Busters. In fact, I have never seen anything like them around here or San Diego where i'm from. When you pay for admission, you are allowed to accompany your child. There is an additional fee for more adults. But this is not to make more money, it is actually a space issue. There is not enough room for too many adults with the kids in the play area. Especially when they are busy. So the pay wall is simply to limit the amount of parents entering that area so the kids have plenty of room to play. Aside from a treat for your kids, there an aspects of your visit that are developmentally beneficial for your child. Motorskills and physical exercise are used in the play area. My two kids (age 3 and 11 months) both LOVE this place. We have already visited multiple times. It is so clean, very friendly for babies and toddlers alike. I would say the main play area is definitely geared more towards younger kids 5 and under, but they also have an arcade section the older kids would enjoy. We have tried the cafe or the craft stations yet, so can't speak on that. My only complaint is about the somewhat confusing pricing structure. Basically it's $32 for one child + adult, and we were told that babies under 1 you still have to pay (most kids museums/play areas don't charge for infants under 1, so it's definitely more expensive here.) You get slightly more value for getting a "cash recharge" Twinkle Land card, but minimum is $300 all the way up to $1500. I can't imagine many people would want to pay more than $300 at a time. This is a great environment for younger kids to play. My daughter has been coming here for six months and she never gets bored.

It is an awesome idea to bring play cafes to WA , and this one is cute. But not sure if it's worth the price- $32 per child with one adult for unlimited play, additional $23 for DIY, and additional $$ for each arcade game, drinks, food, non-slip socks if you didn't bring your's, etc. I think it could be worth it for special occasions if it were better maintained though. But today there was a ton of hair all over the play area, for some reason wet spots randomly in the play area (hopefully water and not urine) , and balls of dust on the second floor of the play area. It would be nice if staff were checking in on the conditions of the play area. There were kids without socks and some licking the balls in the ball pit, another older kid picking his nose; kids will be kids but there should be better supervision or maybe some regular cleaning throughout the day. read more

Came here with my 2.5 year old daughter and she had the BEST time of her life. Because we live in Lakewood we had to try everything out as it was our first time here! We came during the week day at opening and it was perfect. Not too crowded but enough kiddos where my daughter was able to interact with other kids if she wanted to. This place reminded me of the kid cafes in Korea which we loved this past spring. It is on the pricier side but it was all very worth it. The soft play area was our favorite. The DIY station, was cute but not too much time was spent there. The arcade is a fun idea for the littles but a little difficult, I'm sure it's a hit for the older kids. Having taken my kiddos to just about every indoor play area available, I was excited to spot the Twinkle Land Play Cafe. The place had quite a lot of variety more tailored for the 3-8 year old crowd, with an arcade area for the 8-12 year olds. Twinke Land Cafe was sweet, cute, and filled with all kinds of bright colors and music that made me feel like I'd stepped into the Cocomelon universe. Cost was a bit more than some of the alternative places I've taken my kids to, but it was a nice change of pace. One of the more unique aspect is they have a giant ball pit which is a childhood classic that's dwindled since the days of Covid. From what I could tell, they do a great job of sanitizing. Didn't eat any food, but they had some options and lots of eating area. Would be a good place to take kids when school's out for the day. read more

Where do I even start? I made a reservation months in advance for a birthday party. I specifically asked for two play areas, confirmed everything multiple times, and followed up regularly to make sure we were good to go. I planned every detail, made sure everything was in order, and trusted that this place would follow through. The day finally arrives, and at check-in I'm asked how many kids are attending--fine. But then I'm suddenly told there's an extra charge if the kids want to play on the machines. That was never communicated to me, not once during all my planning or follow-up calls. I was already frustrated but went ahead and paid it because guests were arriving, and I wasn't about to let it ruin the day. Then, a few hours into the party--we're told to pack up and leave. Why? Because they claim they have another reservation in our space. Apparently, the employee who originally helped with our booking was fired, and now they're saying our reservation wasn't even valid. Are you kidding me? There was nothing on the website about this. No warning. No explanation in any of my follow-up calls. Family was still arriving when we were being kicked out. And to top it all off, when I asked about a refund for the mess they caused, I was told no. I'm absolutely furious. This was supposed to be a special day for someone I love, and they completely ruined it. I will never come back here, and I'll make sure others know exactly how poorly this place treats its customers. read more

Check-in was fast and easy and staff was helpful and friendly. Kids are required to wear grippy socks or you can buy some. They don't charge by the amount of time you want to play and you can go or come back which is a huge plus. The place was clean and tidy even while full of kids! I saw people cleaning the play area multiple times. Very well thought out playground with lots to explore - this playground attracts lots of big kids (3+) but there are some quieter areas and things and you can follow your kiddo in if you think they could use that support. They have a tiny cafe inside where you can get food - they don't allow outside food inside. There is an arcade for kids to play at if they're tired of romping around but it's not secure so you have to watch your child. Same goes for the special party/ sensory area (tickets for a separate charge). Our child loves this place and it's my husband's favorite playground to bring her to when he has to work and needs her to be occupied. read more

I wish I would have taken photos of the hair balls we saw. So much for spraying sanitizer everywhere. Cleanliness was disappointing. It was nothing special in comparison to the other play areas in Bellevue except this one is ridiculously expensive. I spoke with a latina staff (she was the one spraying sanitizer) & she mentioned that it took them two days to clean all the balls in the pit. It was the first time they had done it since they opened! Kids are carriers of germs. Cleanliness for the price should be top tier! OVERHYPED! My kids had fun but I was stressed the whole time bc of the choking hazards strewn across the entire play area. I was so shocked that their choice of play sand was little plastic pebbles that looked like candy. Shocked that 1. someone would decide to have it and not set an age limit, 2. Make little attempts to contain the beads - they shoot the beads and it leaves the bigger kid area, 3. The beads are were literally in every crevice of the play area and 4. There was only one small sign that said "choking hazard." My kid kept trying to eat it so most of my time was spent monitoring the beads and trying to move them back to the sand area - futile effort. I thought it was also a little confusing that you're supposed to follow your little one (less than 7) everyone but adults can't quite fit upstairs on the second floor. My youngest ended up there and nearly fell off the vertical rope ladder as I was scrambling to catch him. Kids like it here but I think they should set a minimum age limit of 3 years old due to the choking and falling hazards for younger children. read more

i think the bottom line here is that this place is just too expensive for what it's worth. it's a neat place, but i don't think it's worth $30. i especially don't like how each thing is a separate charge; if it was $30 for the play area, the DIY area, and the arcade, i would understand, but there are separate charges for each of them. and i don't like that we weren't allowed in other areas if we didn't pay for them when it's so easy for the kids to wander from one area to another. i think the idea of having a place for adults to chill and get a drink while the kids play is cool, but nobody was ever in the cafe area to serve anyone? so i couldn't get any food/drink? idk this place has potential but it's not there yet imo read more
