Ordered a bouncy house from this company, paid a deposit just to have them show up to my sons 1st bday party with no generator to blow to bouncy house up! I guess it was our responsibility to locate a outlet for then to plug it into? If we would have known that they needed an outlet we would have probably chosen a different location or company. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! The website looks slick and like you will be able to rent amazing bouncy houses for your child's party however when the bouncy house arrived, THE BOUNCER WAS DISGUSTINGLY COVERED WITH MILDEW AND STAINS. They sent one worker to set up a fairly large bouncer, it was a two person job for sure. He was extremely rude and not professional. We rented the Purple Super Wall and it was advertised with space theme panels. When the bouncer arrived there were no panels and exposed velcro-backing on the front of the bouncer. When I asked about the panels the person setting up the bouncer called his "boss" and put me on the phone with him. The "boss" was also extremely rude and did not care at all. He informed me that they purchased the bouncer from a company that went out of business and that it did not have the panels. I informed him that I had specifically asked on the phone about the space theme, since that was the style party I was throwing. I had been told that the panels were included when I confirmed it on the phone and it is advertised that way on the website. There was no mention in wording on the website or verbally that the space theme panels were not included. I also informed him about the heavy mildew, the fact that the bouncer was dirty inside, that there were stains on the front exterior where the panels should go, and that it smelled like cigarettes. The "boss" could have cared less and tried to get me to go online and look for a replacement bouncer. When I said that my event was an hour and half away and it would be hard for me to do that work he was annoyed and looked to see what he had while I was on the phone. Basically, all bouncers were booked except for one that I knew was far less than what I paid to rent the current bouncer and that had the wrong dimensions for my space. The guy setting up then got back on the phone, walking away and left. He returned with heavy mildew cleaners and a bucket of water and said that he was instructed to clean the bouncer on our property. This I felt was not safe for the kids or our grass yard considering that the party was now just 30 minutes away. He then tried to force my husband and I to let him proceed because he claimed that the "boss" wanted him to either clean it on our property or take it away. We said no to the heavy mildew cleaner and he sat in his truck in front of our house for almost an hour. It was very strange and uncomfortable. We placed balloons in front of the panels and took a towel with water on it and wiped down the interior of the bouncer, hoping kids would not look up at the mildew all over the ceiling. DO NOT RENT from this company!!!! It was completely HORRIBLE!!!! I throw several events per year and have worked for professional party planning services companies. I know that there are problems that arise here and there but the level of rudeness and lack of care were off the charts here!!! And in a business that is primarily catered to children's events the lack of cleanliness and dishonesty is unacceptable!!! The above was the problem and here is the solution: Rent from Astro Jump!!! We have had a much better experience with Astro Jump! They arrive with a family of guys who are very nice and all come together to set up and break down the bouncer. They also do not false advertise their products or bring them with heavy mildew and try to make the customer resolve the problems. BouncyHouse.com never checked back in after the event to apologize or offer any discount or future products to resolve the horrific experience! I will never rent from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to either. It was SO bad I am thinking about reporting them to Better Business Bureau. read more

My daughter selected the bouncy house she wanted for her birthday party and immediately reserved and payed for the rental on the website. I got a call the day before to schedule delivery. A very nice and professional deliveryman showed up right when he said he would, set it up quickly, went over all the paperwork with me and scheduled a pickup time. He came back right when he said he would, packed it up, and thanked me for the business. 10/10, would rent from them again. Note: Make sure you read the bouncy house dimensions and confirm you have enough room in your yard... I called a different local (Lake Stevens) company multiple times without any return phone calls. Finally that company emailed me back looking for payment. Didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card over the internet to a company who cannot even let you speak to a human being in a 10 day span of requesting a call back. If we have problems with a jumpy or they don't show up who would I call. At the last minute I called this company, spoke to a nice man and he set me up no problems. Everything is set-up so it is the easiest part of throwing a party. You can go on-line, select what you'd like, and get a quote. They will contact you and figure-out drop-off details. Both times we used them they showed-up on time, set the house up, and made sure it was in working order before leaving. Bouncyhouse.com was great to work with. I had questions before reserving a bounce house and Steve called me back after I left a message and answered my questions. I reserved online, easy peasy. Item was delivered as expected. It was great. Someone sets it up...the thing inflates and deflates in a minute. Very neat. Kids love love loved it. We did run into a challenge where the optional vinyl velcro on rain covers were accidentally not left at our house...and of course it started to rain. I called and the delivery person came back to drop them off and also dried off the bounce house. We also had a slight technical mishap that I emailed Steve about. I wasn't angry and I didn't ask for money back. In fact, I had already been planning to rent again in the future. But Steve called me VERY quickly and apologized for the challenges and gave me a coupon for a free rental of the same size bounce house. I didn't even ask for that.
