He took exceptional care in keeping our vision on track and made every announcement special and fun. Dane clearly has a lot of experience behind a microphone, and his outgoing personality really sustained the energy throughout the night. Whitley is WONDERFUL! She was so kind and professional when we planned our wedding, cancelled our…read morewedding party, and rescheduled due to COVID. All of our original plans were tossed out the window and we pivoted to a small party a year later...so I was lucky enough to spend lots of time with Whitley! There are so many details that go into an event, I can't recommend her enough to keep you on track, talk you off a ledge, and ALSO her eye for style to make sure your day is how you imagined or better! If you have even an inkling of hiring a planner, it has to be Whitley!

2.5 stars. Had a similar experience as Alex B. Maybe a consequence of the busy holiday season,…read morebut after having our order delivery date pushed back several times, we were left disappointed. Wife was happy with the actual shoot, studio, and photography, but getting the end product to the customer as promised was a challenge. I'm also giving the rating based on price. This is a nicer studio and as such comes with better equipment. You expect to pay more. But I would advise to scan the price list first to know your options. If you're looking for a few good shots to have prints made, CM could work for you. If you're looking for more (more than 8 shots), it's a premium. We're the "burn me a CD" kind of family and let me pick. Again, the quality of the product is pretty good, but you should be informed before signing up for a sitting. In the end, CM offered us a store credit towards future prints. They understood our complaint and are trying to fix it, but they could have discounted my current sale instead. I can't see going back to CM tomorrow, but maybe in the future we'll try again.

Purchased floral arrangements for my mother's funeral and was devastatingly disappointed. The…read morearrangements meant to honor my mother were sparse, full of greenery, and had mostly cheap Shasta daises. I genuinely could've gotten a better bouquet at safeway. None of the Bouquets match the photos on their website. Complete misrepresentation of what we would receive. Included photos of what was received vs what is posted in their website. EDIT / UPDATE : To help further clarify - paid $400 but would've happily paid more if deemed necessary - Exact measurements were provided for the photo garlands (and were supposed to be much bigger) - While not exact bouquets were picked from the website, the complete lack of anything comparable is quite evident -Shasta daisies and carnations are nowhere comparable to white lilies and/or white roses. Both of which we received in bouquets gifted to us by friends and family, purchased by the same florist, so we are aware that they should be available for our purchase. -specifically asked for peonies and received none at all. We know they are in season as our backyard is blooming with them.

Rather than call myself for clarification or the person who the delivery was for, she called to berate me. She was not interested in trying to find out where the misunderstanding was or try and get the delivery to the correct person. She told me that the person who wrongly received the delivery was bringing the flowers to HER. Then she rudely told me they would be at their store in the cooler waiting for the intended recipient to come pick them up. (You know, the person who just had a baby. Unbelievable.) Something is seriously wrong with this business owner and I will tell everyone I know who NOT to use on the island.
