A++ is the rate I would give Rosewood Photography! I could not have asked for a better wedding…read morephotography duo than Karmen and Ben. Karmen met me at the hair salon bright and early on the wedding day to capture every getting ready moment between my 11 bridesmaids and myself. She was then with us the entire day with the exception of a quick lunch break. Having such a large bridal party, I had a concern that I would field questions resulting in unnecessary stress. When the day came, I felt more calm than I could have expected and I owe a big portion of that to Karmen. She has a nature about her that not only was she the photographer catching every moment of the day, she was a buffer for anyone coming to talk with me which I appreciated more than she will know. Ben was prompt with meeting my husband at the church and caught incredible candid shots between he and his groomsman. The formal shots turned out exactly as we had hoped, but the candid moments they photographed throughout the entire day are our absolute favorites. They understand people and know just when to take the picture. With the day being as busy as it was, they snapped shots of moments we had no idea were occurring and that is truly priceless to us. We also decided to add the photo booth option to our package which was one of the best decisions we made. The guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves while giving my husband and I a wonderful take away. I cannot recommend Rosewood Photography enough! I know we will be return customers for years to come. Should anyone have questions or need more information, please have Karmen send you my contact information and I would be happy to help.

2.5 stars. Had a similar experience as Alex B. Maybe a consequence of the busy holiday season,…read morebut after having our order delivery date pushed back several times, we were left disappointed. Wife was happy with the actual shoot, studio, and photography, but getting the end product to the customer as promised was a challenge. I'm also giving the rating based on price. This is a nicer studio and as such comes with better equipment. You expect to pay more. But I would advise to scan the price list first to know your options. If you're looking for a few good shots to have prints made, CM could work for you. If you're looking for more (more than 8 shots), it's a premium. We're the "burn me a CD" kind of family and let me pick. Again, the quality of the product is pretty good, but you should be informed before signing up for a sitting. In the end, CM offered us a store credit towards future prints. They understood our complaint and are trying to fix it, but they could have discounted my current sale instead. I can't see going back to CM tomorrow, but maybe in the future we'll try again.

I was running 40 minutes late to my 11 am courthouse ceremony in the city, it was pouring, and we made a mistake of forgetting our marriage license which caused the delay. Mistakes happen. Brittany was very frustrated when I made her aware of this and turned around to go home. I paid $1200 for one hour of shooting and obviously didn't get anything. I told her I would be writing a review about this experience and she took to Facebook to encourage her followers to bully me. ON MY WEDDING DAY! I received multiple threatening messages, fake reviews were left on my works google reviews; to the point where the police are involved now. I am in disbelief at the behavior and how this was handled. It's not even about the photos anymore. Yes I'm sad I don't have them but I am more upset that a grown woman could treat another woman like this on her wedding day.

I really appreciated how she made sure to ask if there was anything in particular we wanted to see in our pictures, and she even sent us a few preview shots only 24 hours after the shoot which was incredibly sweet.
