He also did all the setup for our friend who played guitar and sang for our processional, and it sounded amazing. One festival gig stands out in particular. I rented a pair of speakers and everything worked flawlessly throughout the event. During load out one of the cables disappeared, which unfortunately can happen at festivals when things get hectic. Carlson Audio was very understanding about the situation and handled the replacement in a fair and reasonable way.
