They made sure to send me a proof before the event, and it looked great! I worked with Stefan, who is the absolute sweetest. He was very personable and kind, and got everything set up very quickly. He made sure the guests knew how it worked, and then he went off-site during the event and told me to give him a ring if anything happened - we did have a slight problem, and I called him to let him know. He was back within 5 minutes and got the booth back up and running (it was something super minor). Another extra mile from Stefan - I TOTALLY forgot the photobooth backdrop and instantly panicked because the venue wasn't exactly set up for a nice background for photos. Luckily for me, Stefan was prepared. He had two backdrops in his van and let me choose, and didn't charge me anything extra for my mistake. I really appreciated him saving the day like that! Pickup and drop off was quick, even though there was a slight hiccup in noting who was to pick up our items. The candleabras we rented were absolutely gorgeous. We had a bed of flowers sitting atop the candleabras and it fit perfectly. The linen was shimmery in silk and didnt feel cheap. The napkins held up the food stains well. Overall, a good place to rent. The price matches the quality you get. I would recommend communicating via email. They seem to be annoyed for questions via the phone.

Communication was off from the start - Brenna often didn't reply to my emails unless I called in or followed up. I was very clear from the start that we may end up canceling the tent if the weather looks good (knowing we would still have to probably pay the full cost anyways). It was always a backup plan incase rain was in the forecast. Brenna reassured my planner and I that this was fine and the delivery fees listed were worst case scenario. A week before the wedding, Brenna casually mentions that the dancefloor is unable to be put outside because of venue specific reasons. I confirmed with the venue back in February that a dancefloor could in fact be put outside, so I'm not sure why Brenna did not think so. A lot of back and forth later and they finally agree to the following: 1. Dancefloor can be put up outside without the tent covering it if there is no rain in the forecast 2. We can call on the Friday before the wedding to cancel the tent if the forecast looks good. So that Friday comes and the forecast looks good, so my planned decides to call them up to cancel the tent setup. However, they decided to setup both the tent and dance floor on Friday morning without notifying either of us. When we call to insist they need to come and take the tent down, they basically say it's not their problem and they can't send a crew out until Tuesday. They also start saying they won't allow their dancefloor to be uncovered because there's a small chance of rain Sunday morning. Not once do they apologize or admit there was a miscommunication on their end, instead Jill threatens to cancel our contract entirely and tear down everything because I was understandably frustrated on the phone with her. Again, this was a day before my wedding. More back and forth with Jill before she finally agrees to send someone to take the tent down and schedules a crew to take the dance floor down on Saturday night - although it was going to cost us $500 extra. $500 extra just for the original services we wanted back in February!! As I told Jill on the phone, I have no clue how they are still in business if this is how disorganized operations are. Absolutely ridiculous.

Weddings, engagements, family/baby sessions, they do it all - and they do it all VERY VERY WELL. Ryan and Jacy are so easy to work but also bring their own spunk and personalities to the mix. Ryan is HILARIOUS and for me, it was extremely important to be comfortable with my photographers who not only captures beautiful pictures behind the scenes but are flawlessly easy to work with. It's seriously just like hanging out with a couple of good friends so everything is completely carefree and natural. I met them at my best friend's wedding, after looking at how amazing the pictures turned out, I knew exactly who I wanted to capture our big day (s)! Happy to say that having Ryan and Jacy around was the LEAST stressful thing at my wedding. I was super stressed out, we had a +550 reception but these two went above and beyond to make me laugh when I couldn't smile anymore. No matter your budget, give Ryan and Jacy a chance, they are willing to work with whatever your budget is. Also, what's great is that their packages come with an engagement session as well. Those pictures turned out wonderful :) I'm really awkward LOL. Ryan and Jacy gave us examples of how to pose, to maximize the picture and also to capture our best angles. I had issues being lovey dovey, but they were super playful with each other and were great guides. They captured great shots, and even a sunset picture that came out sooooo epically cool. During the duration of the wedding, they captured EVERYTHING, the small details, the big picture... every picture was crisp, clear and beautiful. My dad does photography on the side as a hobby, and HE was very ecstatic about the pictures. Definitely check out their website, they bring pictures to life, you will not be disappointed. The wedding albums they create are also very pretty. We still need to order ours but it's just a great collection of the best moments. Also, everyone was raving about how fun the photobooth was. What's awesome is that the backdrop and props are all provided and because it's not in an enclosed actual photobooth you can cram in WAY more people. To sum it up, life's too short for bad pictures. Let Ryan and Jacy capture those moments for you! I know I can always depend on them for our future events :)
