My husband, who has a theater sound and lighting background, said they were total pros. We were very impressed by their crew's preparation, hard work, and technical chops. Many people commented on the high quality of the streamed video, which was very professionally shot and miked -- yet they were totally unobtrusive during the event itself. He would send me the initial quote, but when I needed updates to the list, my calls and email were sent to a black hole. When I was able to speak to him over the phone, he would ask if he could call me back, but never did. All the other places in the Seattle area I called were responsive to my requests and emails. Because of their lack of attentiveness, I just decided not to try because I'd rather not be left hanging if something technical went wrong during the event. If you need one or two items for will call, then I think you would be safe. My review is based off of bad customer service for a future event that I was planning for. If a company has bad customer service planning your event, then it makes one wonder what it would be like setting up and if something goes wrong.
