Our photo session was June 10th, 2017 and we just got our photos a week ago. I tried to reach her via phone, website, email and facebook with no responses. Last week another client told me she had to threaten Kamieo with legal action to get her photos so I did the same via a facebook message and I did finally get a response. After 10 months of waiting and not even an apology just a zip file in my email with 8 pictures in it. We will not use her again and were shocked when we started hearing from other customers that they also had the same issue. Many who still don't have their photos.
