We reached out to them about a month before the event and explained that we work with them every year but were a little behind schedule this year. They were still able to accommodate us and worked to make the event happen. They arrived early, set up and ran a great activity with popcorn, cotton candy and bouncy castles. They even stayed a little late as everyone was wrapping up, and the balloon artist had a line of fifteen people. He diligently stayed until every child had a balloon. Picnic Power A week ago, we used National Event Pros to bring out 3 carnival games, 2 caricaturists and a water bucket game. We had a lot going on in addition to these games as we had 550 people in attendance however National Event Pros made everything very easy for us. We didn't have to worry about them setting up as right when they arrived, they started unloading and getting all of their games ready. They had all of the items they needed and needed very little assistance from us. They were also a huge help with running the carnival games and helping pass out our prizes. Josh backed a 2 wheel drive truck up an impossible drive way with ease. He was very professional and quick with set-up. Lilly also backed up the drive way! Wow! Hi my name is nichole, We ordered a 18 ft water slide for the fourth of July weekend of 2013 from Clowns Unlimited Inc. not only was the delivery 2 hours late but they brought the wrong pool attachment. when the slide fully blown up we noticed the slide was not 18 ft tall but was instead 10 ft tall. Hmmm...as it says on THEIR website " the SLIDE stands over 18 ft tall..." when i called the receptionist said "well the whole craft stands over 18 ft.." i stated I'm not interested in the decoration height but as said on the website the height of the slide was 18ft she continued to tell me there is nothing she can do that its already been delivered used and payed so what do i want her to do? i asked to talk to the manager who came on the phone telling me how rude i was and how i have all his employees upset and how they did me a favor and so on....he made it very clear he thought i was an angry person. I cannot believe how they treat their customers!!! IF YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER COMPANY PLEASE DO SO!!!! NOT WORTH THE FALSE ADVERTISING, RUDE AND INSULTING STAFF,OR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This company is fantastic! We rented a large Mickey Mouse bounce castle from this company for my Daughter's Second Birthday party. We rented it for 4 hours. They told us exactly when they would drop it off and pick it up and they let us have it a lot longer than even 4 hours which was amazing (without charging us extra)! The people who took the reservations were extremely nice and helpful and the staff that set up and took down the castle were really nice as well! I will be recommending this company to friends and family and will rent from them! read more

TERRIBLE! This company totally missed my event a few weeks ago. Didn't even call. When I called when it was 1 hour till my event started they said they forgot! They were "sorry" and would offer me a credit towards another event! Why would I want another event here?! I talked to a guy named Rees or something. WHAT A JERK! He was so rude. Told me it was my fault for not calling and checking on it the previous week. Told me I should have called 2 or 3 hours prior to the event. While talking it sound like I was on speaker and I could hear people in the background saying "tell her to get over it" and other things. What a terrible company!!!! They wouldn't even offer me a refund! Oh and Lance S. who review this with 5 stars is the company owner or employee! Trying to make his company look better with a fake review! What a jerk! read more

We hired Clowns Unlimited to run a few carnival games at our company BBQ. The staff showed up and set everything up on time, were very courteous, and distributed our prize tickets as directed. They even put up with much drunkenness which tends to accompany our parties. I would highly recommend this company. read more

What a terrible company. We encountered them during Meeker Days today. I had bought a few tickets for 5 dollars when I noticed that they had an unlimited bracelet for $20. Since I had two kids I asked if they would credit us the $5 I had just spent and I would pay them another $35. Their answer...NOPE! Claimed it would cause an accounting error. Seriously? So we asked to speak to a manager and they guy screamed at us (yes screamed) that he was the owner. He yelled at us in front of a crowd about how he gets this request at least 15 times a day....ok so what I'm understanding is you have at least 15 people saying that they want to give you more money to do the right thing which costs you absolutely nothing and your answer is no to them as well. So no to an estimated extra $525 a day? Wow is all I can say. I have never had such an unprofessional encounter in my life. So...I say to all companies and cities looking to book rides and bouncers for their events, look elsewhere. This company is not worthy of your business and their terrible treatment of their customers reflects badly on you for hiring them. read more
