The problem was I actually took back 35 chairs and 10 chairs were not your companies. I was told in less than an hour, your company counted ALL of your inventory and did not have any extra chairs BEFORE I came and picked up the chairs that didn't belong to you. When I picked up the chairs they all fit in my trunk but bring back some had to sit up front. My problem was I probably should not have allowed others to help me load them and when I dropped them off I should not have allowed your staff to tell me "Im good" when he didn't bother to count them. So Mike you don't have to feel sorry for me. Lesson learned. This a WARNING for others to learn from my mistake of being too trusting of your staff.

I called to inquire about renting a beverage dispenser for a party I was having. The gal who…read moreanswered the phone was really helpful. I drove on over and rented the dispenser, which was really easy. When I returned, I rang the doorbell they tell you to ring in the back when returning items. I waited and waited and waited. I ended up going back up to the front to find out that no one was back there. No biggie but they should have the doorbell ring up front if no one is going to be back there. Pretty reasonably priced. The top of the beverage dispenser (lid area) was pretty scratched up and faded and looked a little trashy but no one seemed to notice since the beverage was pretty and poured easily. The machine he rented to me was flawless and it made our neighborhood event more fun. Ed was a people person and really focused on customer service. He was extra accommodating and didn't get mad once despite all my questions. He was trustworthy and always responsive to anything I asked even though I was just renting a small item and not a whole carnival, hosting a party or renting bounce houses. The prices were really fair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ed and Carnival Time anytime you need party equipment or staffed carnival or concession event.

He was very friendly on the phone( and later in person) We had volunteers run the stations and it worked out fine except we did have 1 station ( the soccer one) there the balls kept getting stuck in the back. Ed warned me this could happen so I was able to help when it happened but I think he was pretty forceful on it when he did the demo so I just wasn't as strong and it took a few more tries before the ball would come out. Besides that, the games were a hit and they did setup and tear down on time. In fact, they gave us an extra 15 minutes at the end as we were getting all families out of the gym. Ed had lots more options that weren't on the website that were new. We ended up using a few of those. He even sent me photos of them etc before we finalized the PO. He was very patient too as we had a wait before our pta treasurer sent out the check. We will def be looking at using Carnival Time for future events.
