We discussed how many balloons (two size 'bouquets' are available) and what colors, and how many cupcakes. We did not discuss what variety of cupcakes, just that six would be enough. An invoice was emailed to me shortly after we spoke and paid prior to delivery day. The balloons were delivered as promised, with the the cupcakes and I am told were a bit small (I had some delivered to the recipient when she lived in CA previously - clearly not the same vendor :D), and the taste was preferred over the cake she received, so that sounds like a good review. As I am not nearby, I am unable to offer first hand experience. However, the owner promptly replied to my request for service and fulfilled my request exactly as discussed. All together a success and a much appreciated service. I did look at purchasing balloons from a chain party store, but prefer to hire small local businesses when possible. The cost may have been more, but the service provided is much more personal and supporting the local economy more valuable in the long run.
