We ordered all pink plates which they had enough stock based on the confirmation invoice, they gave us 2 gray plates on the day of pick up told us they didn't have enough. Also the owner confused our day of pick up and literally told us if "we were sure that was the right date and time". Like yes it's stated in the invoice, that is not my fault YOU mixed up the dates and didn't have the product ready. Also our couch that we ordered wasn't ready on the day of pick up and we had to drive the next day to pick it up. Good product, but a huge communication hassle and this is not how you run a business, no discounts were offered Update : owner reached out and said to mention that I was compensated for the 2 missing plates, I'm sorry but that's the bare MINIMUM you can do if you're running a business.
