From the beginning Megan has been one of the most reassuring and comforting things about wedding planning. If not the only thing at times. Megan paid for herself at our very first meeting with our location and catering vendor. She saw something in the signed contract that entailed us to a better food package. Not just better food selections but more of it. When the vendor said it was a typo and they would fix it she said 'nope this is the contract that you had them sign. Typo or not you need to stick to this, they are entitled to this food at this price.' At that point in wedding planning i was so beyond exhausted i absolutely would have just rolled over and let the vendor adjust the signed contract. She stuck to her guns and we got the benefit of it. Woo Hoo We have the Week of Package, which really means that she takes over several weeks out. Following up with our vendors and asking me questions about details I never would have considered. Megan as been available for all of the silly questions and concerns that we have had and is prompt in her email response. She is able to offer suggestions on everything, babysitters in the area, vendors, when to do things, how to include family wishes along side our own, how to get Dicks Cheese Burgers to your wedding reception and everything in between. Megan is so friendly and easy to work with, she is prompt and organized. You just want to be her friend. I can not imagine getting through this wedding process without her, and its not even over yet. Wedding Planning Advice Number One - Get yourself a planner Number Two - Get Megan Keller MORE GOOD THINGS TO COME So, the wedding has happened. It was all smooth and amazing. Megan made everything work. As I was standing in my dress with my flowers about to walk down the isle I turned to my mom and said 'how would we have done this without Megan?' She said 'We wouldn't!' She was so right! Megan did so many things that made all the difference that I didn't know about. She was the first one there and the last one out. She loaded gifts and flowers and all kinds of things into car at the end of the evening. I can't not imagine that this day would have worked without her and we are so glad that we had her along for the ride!

When we first met Jim and Tina, we could tell right away they were nice and down to earth couple. Unlike the Wedding Expo we attended, the DJ's there felt like sharks - to push you to commit to their service and couple of them were a little shady. In fact, we got a call few days before our wedding from one of the DJ company's from the Wedding Expo and wanted to know if we were interested in their service! Jim had asked us several questions for our reception - how many guests we were expecting, what we wanted for the songs, what lineup schedules we had, themes, etc. We had no clues (except for guest attendances) on where to start. They were patient in working with us and had given us some examples of their past events. We had asked if they could make a 'mix' of songs for our first dance, this was a surprise for our family and friends (mwhahahaha). Jim had no problem and told us he had the equipment to make a mix. When we gave Jim our songs, he had it ready in a week! They were willing to work with us to make our wedding day special! Jim and Tina met us couple times for our plans, schedules and final details of our wedding. Jim had contacted us for our last follow up to make sure everything was good to go and on schedule. On the day of the wedding, Tina was waiting for me at the front door of the reception to give Jim the clue we were arriving. Jim did an excellent job in the scheduled announcements, songs and everything went smoothly in a timely manner! They met up with us a few times to organize our reception program. They were very helpful & Jim would even give us ideas when we were unsure of some things. A few days after the wedding day, multiple guests as well as my family members informed us that our…read moreday of coordinator was rude, unprofessional and dismissive of them. There were multiple instances of people looking out for us and trying to help during the wedding day due to the coordinator's oversights. My wife's bridesmaid and MOH tried to open the veil for my wife, however they both were reprimanded by the coordinator to get in line and the coordinator stated that she would do it. She claims that she opened it up and the fan blew it closed when I turned the corner, but that is a blatant lie as the veil was already closed when my wife walked down the aisle as the coordinator never opened up her veil. Additionally, the fan was not strong at all, as evidenced on video footage. Another incidence, the seats were positioned improperly and not as a circular manner around the arbor. Katrina did not even remember that this was what was previously agreed on. The seats were also very lopsided on one side and were 2x the amount as the other side. When my brother-in-law notified Katrina, she did not even want to try to see if there was a way to improve it. She just said it's fine, and that the couple would not care and not to tell his sister. Katrina was very dismissive of our concerns. So my brother-in-law had to rely on the wedding venue person to help do her job. Unfortunately I did not know any of this was happening in the background because our wedding guests did not want to bother us so did not complain about the coordinator until we started to hear more complaints in the days after. Multiple individuals informed us of the coordinator Katrina's rude and curt demeanor when they asked her any questions or cared more than she did. Additionally, she was late for our initial meeting and was very disorganized. She also asked to take a bunch of our desserts home, which we let her, even though she didn't deserve it. We reached out to Katrina and tried to resolve these issues with her, but she was unwilling to, hence this lengthy review. Do not recommend working with her at all. Search elsewhere, unless you want someone unprofessional, disorganized, and untrustworthy. We truly regret having hired Katrina as our florist and coordinator.

I used Love Blooms for my wedding this past weekend and what a complete crap show. The level of…read moreprofessionalism from Katrina and her team was nonexistent. The communication I had with Katrina was appalling when it came to the rentals I needed for my wedding. I went the Friday before my wedding last week to pickup the items and not only were the items dirty, scratched, and not what the images online showed but my now husbands name was spelled incorrectly on our welcome sign. When I contacted Katrina about this, she said "Well this keeps getting better and so frustrating. My computer crashed and I had to have someone else make my prints and I'm so irritated by it all. You can take the Part of the n off and after and restick. And then I'm Going to find a hole to climb into and die". Like what?? Also, to add when she contacted me two days prior I discussed a gold mirror with a sticker decal and she sent me a proof of a silver mirror. When I asked her about it, the level of empathy was disgusting. I will not be recommending this business to anyone & will let my florist know to take Love Blooms off her preferred vendor list.
