She was couple of hours late to get the decoration done. Which led us to panic and didn't get to start the event on time. She needed lots of help from our guests to get things setup. Initially when we were finalizing her she gave us the impression that she has a crew working for her which led us to believe that she has enough help to run her business which isn't true at all. She was extremely rude too and very racist to my surprise as I had not read the other reviews on yelp and Google by then. But now that I have read I can see she has a trend of being late, providing poor customer service, being rude and racist. She needs to learn that no business can run with customer service and attitude like hers. We paid her all the money before getting the service delivered that was a big mistake as that way as customers we loose the negotiating power I suggest anyone hiring her in the future that don't pay her before you getting all of your work done once you are satisfied then pay her otherwise later on no matter how much ever she is at fault she won't agree to it instead will start playing the victim card herself.
