Krista worked with us leading up to the day and she was always willing to answer any questions we had. They were also very organized and caring throughout the whole planning process. Not only did Krista give us the most awesome vendor recommendations, which helped save us so much time in finding the perfect ones, but also she got every single detail right and never missed a single thing. Krista is simply the best, not only is she super responsive, fun to work with, but also you can tell her passion in what she does from the level of professionalism she displayed all throughout the 8 months we worked with her. We had so many questions and concerns and she was always the first person we asked for guidance and we were never disappointed! She keeps us on track, gets us to hand off everything on the big day, and even had time to ask our friends to give us a moment to ourselves after the ceremony which was so perfect because the day really did just fly by with very little alone time with just the bride and groom. We simply could not be happier with Krista and her team, her knowledge of the venue often exceeded those of their own staff, so if you are planning a wedding in one of the Woodinville wineries, hire Krista! Her and her team will make sure you have a stress free day and you can trust her to take care of everything you did or didn't think of. I used Lady Bug Services for my Setup and Cleaning Service. They were "Fabulous" Tamara and her Team were quick, Professional, Courteous and well organized like a Well Oiled "Machine" putting everything together like I"d pictured it!!!! Amazing. ...From start to finish and when everything was over and time to clean up. It was done with the same since of urgency as with the Setup and floors damp moped and vacuumed. She even helped me with organizing and putting away my things. Thank God for "Lady Bug"!!!! I have given them Five Stars and they truly deserve it!!!!!

I would not recommend using this company to anyone looking for set up and tear down for their…read morewedding or other events. We used her for our wedding at the Rosehill Community Center. Communication with the owner of the company was terrible before the event, she didn't show up for meetings with zero communication that something was going on, and when I did have a question about anything it took her a week or more to respond back to emails. Before the wedding we agreed on having a change over occur from the ceremony set up a to the reception set up during cocktail hour, which started at 5:30. She said it would only take about 20 minutes and when it went a little longer she tried to take her crew and leave before the reception setup was complete at 6pm. Which would leave my bridal party to do the job instead of the person I was paying to complete it. Another thing was the servers she brought in for the night. We paid for 2 servers at $30 an hour to prep the food, bus tables, scrape the dishes, and do a complete clean up at the end of the night. The servers were terrible. My bridal party set up all of the food, they didn't even unwrap the catering dishes (we just used a restaurant for food) when my husband and I went to get our food first in front of everyone, and beverages were constantly out when they should have been there to refill things. My guests kept asking us who was in charge of it because it happened multiple times. As far as I know the end of the night was fine (which is the only reason why I would give them 2 stars) but this company was so unprofessional and the last thing I should have been worrying about on my wedding day.

All along, Kyro simplified our planning tasks, recommended great vendors, and provided very valuable advice. On the wedding day, Kyro ran everything very smoothly, and managed to pull off an incredible event while navigating strong personalities across some of the vendors. I would hire Kyro again for any wedding or corporate event!

When my fiancé (now wife) told me she wanted to get a coordinator, I thought we didn't need one…read more She insisted, and we ended up going with Kyro at Good Friend Events. After the wedding, I now think this was the best money we ever spent. Throughout the day, they made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. They told me when and where to go to keep everything moving on time, they coordinated all the setup, and made sure I didn't accidentally run into my fiancé before the ceremony. After the ceremony they were kind and smart enough to set aside some appetizers for my wife and I to enjoy in our room while we took a quick breather. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes. Our venue had very strict rules where we would be charged steep fines if everyone (including cleanup) wasn't out by a certain time, and she and her team made sure that everything went to plan. They packed our cars with everything we had brought, making sure we didn't forget a thing. We could not have made it through without the help of Kyro and her team. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
