Elsa arrived just in time and comforted her! Queen Elsa told her that she had stepped on a bee before too. Elsa then picked up Anna and carried her all around the party. Once Upon a Party had some super fun things planned. Elsa and her Royal assistant then read stories, painted faces, sang songs, talked about Olaf :) .It was really cute! I have to mention that she participated in other activities that we had planned as well. She played with the kids during the sled races, sang" happy birthday" to the birthday girl, and played pin the nose on Olaf. Then, at the end of the party Autographs were signed and handed out. Elsa's costume was amazing! She was super sweet, fun, and stayed in character the whole time! It was affordable too, which is a huge plus! Here it is NOVEMBER, and my daughter is STILL talking about her party. She asked if next year Elsa can come back and bring her sister Anna too!

Good email communication, I felt like I knew what to expect and the rules were fair. "Miles" called me half an hour before the scheduled start and everything was on time. His costume looked great, and my kids were astonished. Miles was really friendly and approachable, he understood when some kids shrunk away. One thing I didn't quite understand is that by buying a performer like this, they will entertain the kids for that entire hour. Miles told a story from a book appropriate for the little ones, he played Red Light Green Light, gave out stickers and put on temporary tattoos. The adults got to relax! Really glad we chose to do this, it made a good birthday great.

Our daughter had such a magical time celebrating her 6th birthday, and it was honestly worth every penny. Our guests commented on how great Mirabel was with all of the kids ("Disneyland-level great!"). She was such a gem- Upbeat, fun, and genuine. I really can't say enough good things about her- she WAS Mirabel. The host also did a great job with the event flow, and was very sweet and helpful. Set-up got a little sweaty during the 15min set-up window because we brought decorations that required hanging, and the host jumped in to help. There was plenty of space for all our guests and it was SO nice not having to host at our home. We would recommend this venue to anyone wanting a princess party. There are multiple rooms at the venue, some decorated very beautifully for photos, and the others for food and crafts. The craft was my daughter's favorite portion of the day (the kids made hand butterflies and it was a hit!), along with dancing to Encanto music, having cupcakes, being crowned an "honorary Madrigal" and hugging Mirabel. Thank you again to Mirabel and your staff! The joy on our daughter's face says it all!

The setting was perfect and the activities has something for everyone. I was completely blown away by the performers. These aren't just faces in costumes.. wow these ladies have talent and can sing beautifully! I was blown away by Moana singing and I'm pretty sure that girl has more professional training than I even know what to do with. My only gripe is I think they overbooked by 20 people. It felt like the lines were just a bit too long for the time allotted. Also, some of the activities like bracelet making were more complex and more suited for adults than kiddos. There's no way you can get all the activities done and get your money's worth between tea and ice cream and hair and performances and crafts and photos and bouncing. Plus a venue with larger bathroom would be a lifesaver.

Communication was slow. Only to find out Princess Raya is flat out not available for parties at…read morethis time (then why have her on the website as an option?). It took a full 7 days from inquiry to get this information. I sent a request out May 22 for Raya, and did not get a response until May 29. I didn't feel comfortable with this time frame, and went with Seattle princess parties, who got back to me within the hour, each and every time I emailed them, and usually in less within 10minutes. So I don't have any input on how Enchanting Events handles the actual events. But 7 days is too long to for a response on a princess rental that isn't even an option.

I booked Belle to come for an hour to my daughter's sixth birthday this past weekend. Less than TWO…read moreHOURS before she was supposed to arrive (and less than an hour before the party started!), I recieved a text message and an email that told me Belle had awoken ill, and tried to feel better do the party, but couldn't. I understand when someone gets sick, but they offered no replacement character and had no back up. All I got was a "I'm so sorry" and that my refund would be processed on Tuesday. I recieved no communication back when I sent a lengthy message and requested that I be told refund was processed. After sending a second email I finally recieved confirmation. I'm most disappointed that I had to scramble last minute literally during my child's party and leave to buy something else as a surprise. I would have much preferred to know as soon as they did that there was a chance she would not be available. Instead it added to the stress already present from putting on a party, less than two hours before we were expecting her, and less than one hour before the party started. Only knowing less than two hours in advance is not acceptable, and I highly advise Enchanting Events to review when they let people know their paid-for character (nor a back up of any kind) might not be able to attend. I understand people get sick, but this is a party business and I would expect there to be a back up option of some kind. I'm not upset with the actress, but rather with how this whole situation was handled and how it negatively affected our day, my daughter's birthday party, and my own mental health. Some people (including us) give their child a choice of what to do for their birthday, and when that one thing gets canceled, it ruins not only the pre-planned activities for the party but the experience of the child. I had no extra money nor the capability of putting something else together so last minute to replace this experience for my daughter and I can't imagine any other average-wage person could either. I'm still very upset at how this whole situation was handled.
