Overall, a good place to rent. The price matches the quality you get. I would recommend communicating via email. They seem to be annoyed for questions via the phone.

Communication was off from the start - Brenna often didn't reply to my emails unless I called in or followed up. I was very clear from the start that we may end up canceling the tent if the weather looks good (knowing we would still have to probably pay the full cost anyways). It was always a backup plan incase rain was in the forecast. Brenna reassured my planner and I that this was fine and the delivery fees listed were worst case scenario. A week before the wedding, Brenna casually mentions that the dancefloor is unable to be put outside because of venue specific reasons. I confirmed with the venue back in February that a dancefloor could in fact be put outside, so I'm not sure why Brenna did not think so. A lot of back and forth later and they finally agree to the following: 1. Dancefloor can be put up outside without the tent covering it if there is no rain in the forecast 2. We can call on the Friday before the wedding to cancel the tent if the forecast looks good. So that Friday comes and the forecast looks good, so my planned decides to call them up to cancel the tent setup. However, they decided to setup both the tent and dance floor on Friday morning without notifying either of us. When we call to insist they need to come and take the tent down, they basically say it's not their problem and they can't send a crew out until Tuesday. They also start saying they won't allow their dancefloor to be uncovered because there's a small chance of rain Sunday morning. Not once do they apologize or admit there was a miscommunication on their end, instead Jill threatens to cancel our contract entirely and tear down everything because I was understandably frustrated on the phone with her. Again, this was a day before my wedding. More back and forth with Jill before she finally agrees to send someone to take the tent down and schedules a crew to take the dance floor down on Saturday night - although it was going to cost us $500 extra. $500 extra just for the original services we wanted back in February!! As I told Jill on the phone, I have no clue how they are still in business if this is how disorganized operations are. Absolutely ridiculous.

If this was my experience with less than 2 min in the venue then I can't imagine how awful utilizing this companies services would be. Alicia is very calm, accommodating, and professional -- all the qualities you want in a wedding vender. She listened to what I wanted, yet steered me away from pitfalls. I was set on using a lot of succulents , a non-stand flower, but Alicia had no problem accommodating my request. She was also very thorough in making sure everybody got a bouquet, boutonniere, corsage, etc. In the end, all the bouquets were more beautiful than I could have imagined. Before the start they did have wine and charcuterie set up for the attendees which is a nice extra! There were two long tables set up for the attendees so everyone had their own work station. The gal teaching the class gave a lesson about greens and where they are from and what they are used for and how to assemble! They provided all the florals , the vase and supplies for the class. Our ultimate goal was being free to enjoy our wedding and leave the details of the day in trusted hands--and boy did she over-deliver. In our pre-wedding discussions she anticipated all of our concerns and assuaged them with remarkable competence. She organized a meeting at the venue to review our plans and made numerous valuable suggestions for how we could best utilize our space and our time. To ensure a smooth ceremony she facilitated a walk-through with our entire wedding party and key guests and gave all of us (including a first time officiant) the tools and confidence to pull off the ceremony of our dreams. When she did need our instruction or approval for something, her questions never felt invasive or stressful. She was somehow on top of everything going on for all the different aspects of the day, without breaking a sweat. We felt so stress-free knowing that if anything came up, Britta could handle it. She also came prepared with an emergency kit, which came in handy for some of our guests with wardrobe malfunctions!
