I have set dance floors in the past and was completely willing to do it alone, but Jamar and Jasmine stayed anyways to reset exactly where the bride wanted it. I rented an aerator and mentioned that I had never used one before. The staff did take a moment to explain how it works, which was helpful. I also asked at the front desk whether I should use a trailer to transport it, and was told it shouldn't be necessary since they could load it into my truck using their ramp. Three employees loaded the aerator into the bed of my truck (with a canopy), rolled it in, and we closed the tailgate. As I was slowly pulling out to get onto Highway 99, the machine rolled forward, breaking through the canopy glass and shattering the rear window of my truck. What's most frustrating is that no one mentioned that the aerator can freely roll or that it needs to be secured during transport. For someone who has never used this type of equipment, that's critical information. When I returned to the store, I was told, "it has wheels and it'll move," which came across as dismissive. The owner pointed to a sign stating they are not responsible for damage during loading. While I understand liability policies, this situation could have easily been prevented with a simple warning or basic guidance. I've been a long-time customer and regularly rent equipment here, which makes this especially disappointing. I expect better communication and care, especially when safety and potential damage are involved.

I used Lady Bug Services for my Setup and Cleaning Service. They were "Fabulous" Tamara and her Team were quick, Professional, Courteous and well organized like a Well Oiled "Machine" putting everything together like I"d pictured it!!!! Amazing. ...From start to finish and when everything was over and time to clean up. It was done with the same since of urgency as with the Setup and floors damp moped and vacuumed. I would not recommend using this company to anyone looking for set up and tear down for their…read morewedding or other events. We used her for our wedding at the Rosehill Community Center. Communication with the owner of the company was terrible before the event, she didn't show up for meetings with zero communication that something was going on, and when I did have a question about anything it took her a week or more to respond back to emails. Before the wedding we agreed on having a change over occur from the ceremony set up a to the reception set up during cocktail hour, which started at 5:30. She said it would only take about 20 minutes and when it went a little longer she tried to take her crew and leave before the reception setup was complete at 6pm. Which would leave my bridal party to do the job instead of the person I was paying to complete it. Another thing was the servers she brought in for the night. We paid for 2 servers at $30 an hour to prep the food, bus tables, scrape the dishes, and do a complete clean up at the end of the night. The servers were terrible. My bridal party set up all of the food, they didn't even unwrap the catering dishes (we just used a restaurant for food) when my husband and I went to get our food first in front of everyone, and beverages were constantly out when they should have been there to refill things. My guests kept asking us who was in charge of it because it happened multiple times. As far as I know the end of the night was fine (which is the only reason why I would give them 2 stars) but this company was so unprofessional and the last thing I should have been worrying about on my wedding day.
