Plus, the vendors all worked together seamlessly and were incredible partners to us in nailing down what we wanted for our big day. Next, Megan was SO AVAILABLE for our many many questions. Not only did she help us get comfortable with the information we needed, she also helped us draw the line around what NOT to worry about because it was in her very capable hands. She was such a godsend when it came to stepping in with vendors or chasing down vendors that weren't as responsive as she was. She made sure we planned for details so many couples forget, like making breakfast plans for the day-of, and how to build in "couples' breaks" throughout the wedding festivities so my new husband and I were able to enjoy connection that was just for the two of us that day. But then there's the whole Megan-ness of it all. She's hilarious, bright, creative, and still VERY calming. We didn't really see much of her the day-of, as she beautifully moved through the spaces bringing together our vision and keeping all of the vendors on track. When I say we had the PERFECT wedding, I can say it with the confidence of an older bride who has not only attended her fair share of weddings, but has also planned her own wedding back with her first marriage. She went above and beyond the "day of" role and was the best money we spent on our wedding. We communicated frequently the months leading up to the wedding, she ran our ceremony rehearsal the night before, and she worked a 15+ hour day the day of the wedding making sure everything was just how I envisioned it. She also provided a wedding day timeline and contacted vendors for me, among many other tasks I don't have room to list here. I was a type-A (read, anal) bride with a very clear vision and a tiny budget by Seattle standards ($15,000). Kirstie was extremely professional, prompt, and easy to work with before the wedding and during. Although she was planning many weddings at one time, she made me feel like mine was the only one. I picked out several of my vendors myself becuase I knew exactly what I wanted, but Kirstie gave suggestions for the ones I didn't have, and they were all amazing! She has great connections. The set-up for my wedding was tough. There is nothing at Golden Gardens so everything had to be brought in and set up the day of (and taken down and cleaned, which Kirstie did). I also had a lot of DIY details that I wanted arranged a very specific way. Kirstie and her crew worked a crazy, long day arranging flowers, setting up tables, hanging decor, getting everyone in order, etc. Your wedding day is such a blur that you need to spend time enjoying your guests, your new spouse, and just enjoying the moment. You don't want to worry about decor, music, food, etc. You will not be disappointed with Kirstie - she can do as much or as little as you want and need depending on your budget and vision.

My husband and I moved to Seattle not too long ago so none of our wedding parties/family were in town to help with the wedding - Yinyu and her team essentially helped with everything. Yinyu is incredibly responsive to all of our questions and requests throughout the 6-month process. In addition, we also contracted Frigga Events for florist services and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. I absolutely love the ceremony and reception decoration and we received so many commentaries from our guests on how beautiful the wedding was. I cannot recommend Frigga Events enough!
