During the argument, she also mentioned to take her stuff back and leave. she is rude. She is also racist and passes comments about your job and other vendors you might be working with. I am surprised to see for the amount of money she charges her customer service. We were very specific about what we want her to do and she ended up delivering just 70% of the decor only. She has no help it's her and her husband I believe who pretty much do all the work. Initially when we were finalizing her she gave us the impression that she has a crew working for her which led us to believe that she has enough help to run her business which isn't true at all. She was extremely rude too and very racist to my surprise as I had not read the other reviews on yelp and Google by then. But now that I have read I can see she has a trend of being late, providing poor customer service, being rude and racist. She needs to learn that no business can run with customer service and attitude like hers. We paid her all the money before getting the service delivered that was a big mistake as that way as customers we loose the negotiating power I suggest anyone hiring her in the future that don't pay her before you getting all of your work done once you are satisfied then pay her otherwise later on no matter how much ever she is at fault she won't agree to it instead will start playing the victim card herself.
