This is the petal bowl! Cost about 20$ for the product.

I LOVE this place. Went in today and had some detailed questions about the glaze, Daphne was awesome. she went above and beyond to give answers and was so kind about helping me get wha I needed. also i've been to several ceramic paint places and this one's the best. lots of staff to help with questions, plenty of supplies (ex: squirt bottles for every color. if you plan to do any amount of detail, a paint brush won't cut it but most places only do paint brushes and no bottles. paint the town excels in having all the bottles you need). pricing is also very fair for how much they supply you. wait time on weekends can be crazy so absolutely call them, get on the waitlist. it can easily be 2-3hours during prime weekend time so call as you're driving or an hour before even.

Definitely not a ln artist but I had a great time!

Had an absolutely amazing time painting pottery. There was a bunch of folks from team at work and we never felt rushed. Will definitely do this again!

It was my first time painting pottery and everything went smoothly from checking in and picking out my paint and mug to checking out! I came right when they opened at 11am and I was able to find a spot with my 2 friends right away! The prices are super reasonable for the entire experience and supplies which includes firing up your craft! I had a great time here with my friends and it was so much fun! Will come back again to share this amazing experience with other friends and family!

We used Paint the Town and our instructor was Jill for our holiday work party. Jill was wonderful and our group had so much fun! Jill came to us, set everything up and handled everything. Highly recommend!

Came to pick up my finished piece and I absolutely loved it! I will most definitely be coming back as I really liked the way my piece turned out.

This is such a nice activity in UVillage! There's a large variety of items to choose from that are fairly priced. I would recommend coming early or calling far in advance to get on the waitlist because they are very busy on weekends. The staff is great too! I'll definitely be back.

More things to paint. Super cool.

PAINT THE TOWN - I did exactly that! I Went with a group of about 8 people. Luckily it wasn't too busy. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. They have all the tools you need, either your a meticulous artist designing a space mushroom or free handed brute that like pretty colors but ends up painting a shot glass blue (me) this place is set up for anyone. I also noticed it's ADA friendly (accommodating for wheelchairs) Fair pricing, good environment, nice staff members. I'm with out a doubt inspired to paint the town.

My friends and I came here the Saturday before Christmas. We didn't think it would be that busy if we went first thing in the morning - we were wrong. Apparently, they changed their procedures for what people are to do when they arrive for a paint session. One of my friends, who is an avid ceramic painter and who had painted there before, didn't realize that she had to check in with the staff. She sat there and prepped her work only to be later asked to move due to the back table being reserved for a birthday party. By that time, all the main tables in the front area was already taken. The only table left for our party of 3 was outside. Ideally, the outside wasn't ideal for our party of 3 to have sufficient room for paint and our ceramic. Plus, it was pouring rain! So we were told we can be put on a waitlist for a table inside. About an hour or so later, we were texted that a table had opened up for us. So we headed back and began picking out our ceramics to paint. We prepped our ceramics and grabbed our own paints and tools. With it being the week before Christmas, lots of kids and their families came to paint, so there was a lot of people coming in and out to be put on a waitlist for a table. Once we finished our paintings, we checked out and were told that our item could be finished before Christmas, if we wanted it expedited. I thought that was a nice option for those who painted their ceramics for gifts. Since mine wasn't a gift, I opted out of getting it before Christmas. But to my surprise, I got a call the day before Christmas Eve that my ceramic was ready to be picked up! So since I had the day off on Christmas Eve, I went to go pick up my jar. And it came out looking beautiful! It was so much fun painting here with my friends and I'm sure we'll be back again to paint more.

I've visited this place so many times and it's always just as fun! It's also a great rainy day activity! I love the concept of it - you get to choose an object to paint and pick it up one week later after it's been burned. There are so many different objects to choose from - I've done a mug, plate, fox, and a cookie jar!! It's also pretty affordable - my plate was $22 and it includes the cost of the paints! There's usually at least an hour wait so I'd recommend first coming to add your name to the waitlist and then walking around the village. They also don't time box you so you can take as little or as long as you want to paint!

    $27 total (with student discount)
    Natalie E.

great experience and vibes! Good prices too honestly, i painted 2 hamster pieces and it was only $27 for both (i did have a student discount tho) but definitely recommend coming here!

    Alisha M.

A really fun experience. I'd get here as soon as it opens as it's first come, first serve. They don't give you a time limit so you can take your time and enjoy the experience. Their staff help you along the way if you've never been before. Pick up is a week after painting.

Nice people but the "black" paint was actually white. Some others were mislabeled too, like the "green" that was actually muddy brown.

This is a great brunch spot with the girlies, a super fun work event, the perfect birthday activity for any age - and you get to take home something memorable. Something you created alongside people you shared this memory with! Did I mention that there's FOOD? I just got a coffee this day, but my sisters had some tea and a pastrami sandwich. I stole a bite of the sandwich, it was indeed delicious. Next time, I'm going for a brunch outing and I WILL be indulging in some mimosas. The most beautiful pain and sip place I can think of. So you come in, order food and drinks if you'd like and then find a place to sit. Go pick out the pottery piece you would like - I will warn you, this is the hardest part of the process. After that, there's a station with all the supplies you may need (paint and paint palettes, paint swatches after firing, brushes, sponges, stencils, paper towels, food paper to sit things on, water bowls, I'm sure there's more I'm missing). Return to your table, paint, order more food, play with the super fun games they have?? (We played with a miniature pool table. Sure, it was missing some balls, but how often do I get to play with a mini pool table?), and when you're ALL done, take your piece to the counter. They'll have you take a picture of your item before paying for it. You will use this picture to pick up the item(s)! You pay for it and it's ready to pickup in 8 days! Plan ahead :) I do wish that there was a little more guidance when you arrive, but with that being said, everything *is* on their website. Some information is a little confusing or not current, however. I also wish that this place was a bit better staffed, but I know that's an issue many face and this business appears to be fixing! When it was a little rushed, I could sense the frustration of the person behind the food counter. Completely understandable, but it leaves room for improvement! Overall, I can't wait to come back to this place. I painted the plate, and I kinda want to try this again and see if I can improve! Can't wait to bring my mom here, maybe for Mother's Day?! You know what, let's all bring our moms here and create something special - memories and pottery!

I like that they serve more food than other places I've been, so you can eat dinner while you paint. We ordered the charcuterie board for 6, 2 pizzas, and a few bottles of wine. The charcuterie board was yummy with classic foods and we really enjoyed both the spring fever and spinach and Gorgonzola pizza! The wine list was pretty small with about 4 white options and 4 reds ( I think ?) but we were all satisfied with the ones we got. I like that they had instructions on every table of how to prep and paint everything from beginning to end so we could be very independent through the process! From what I saw, most pieces were between 25-60. They had a decent amount of options to pick from, including a plates, bowls, mugs, and trays, as well as animals and trinket holders. I would've loved a few more paint colors but what they had got the job done! There was a little chaos with the payment because of our reservation, but everything got sorted out and we had a great time! I can't wait to see my finished product! *there is not a dedicated parking lot, only street parking

I picked a little bowl to paint and pulled up my Pinterest board for inspiration. She is 8 years old and so when I called around, one of the places I called recommended this place. They offer a "try out the wheel" class, as well as multiple classes. The try it out class is $60 ish and allows you to work with an instructor to make a bowl or a cup. Then once it dries, you can come and paint it. Sounded like a good deal. I really wanted to love this place and I think if you go for the painting of ceramics it would be fine, but I would not recommend this place for the classes, especially for kids. I took my daughter and my niece and like I said, it was their very first time. When we arrived, we were greeted by the lady who ended up being our instructor. She seemed kind of low key rude but didn't think too much about it. However, as the lesson progressed, she seemed kind of annoyed with the girls. She didn't yell or anything but her mannerisms and the way she spoke came off as what the girls said "rude" and my daughter said "I wanted to cry". Not really the experience I was hoping for them, especially since this was an early Christmas gift and I would hope they would have fun. Maybe it was just the instructor we got. When they were finished the instructor came out of the wheel room and rolled her eyes while passing the other ladies working. Like I said, I wanted to really like this place, and I think my opinion of it would be different had we only come in to paint ceramics. I recently did a wheel class somewhere else and as an adult I think this place would be fine but it isn't ideal for kids.

They offer a variety of glazes, some classic colors included at no extra cost, plus a few specialty options for a small fee. My fiancé chose the "Safari" glaze (just $1 extra), which had these cool glass pieces that melt in the kiln and create such a unique pattern. Google hours seem to reflect member hours, while the hours posted on the door are different. I do wish there was a specific color in the smaller tip bottle for better line work. They were sweet and let us finish our work after the pottery painting open time was coming to a close. This is quite far from where I live in Lake Stevens so it's a bit of a drive. I met my friend in Monroe and drove from there to go pick up our pottery - making it a fun girls day! We were SO excited. Upon picking up, she got hers fine but apparently mine had a chip in it and the lady was kind enough to fix it. But, with that said I had to wait even longer to pick up since she put it back in the kiln. She took my cell number and said she would text me when it is ready for pick up. Very frustrating as we drove ALL the way out there to pick up our pieces. And now I had to make ANOTHER trip out there to pick up. A waste of gas. They need to have a better communication service for when your piece is in the kiln vs. ready for pick up. This is not a system at all and I can see it could frustrate a lot of people in the future. I hope they fix this.
