I bought them at 1pm and needed them next morning at 930am and was advise to pay extra. balloon price 7*2.25 = 15.75 helium 7*3.50 = 3.50 total should be 19.25 before taxes To get to $21 , it is like taxes first 5* 2.50 = 12.50 next 2 *2.25 = 5 helium = 3.50 The person gave me an extra balloon, nice gesture but due to confusing pricing will not be back. I am little sad was planning to use them for upcoming events. Also caphill is so hard to find parking, I was so scared of popping them just even walking 3 blocks. You will be surprised how many people, dogs, low roots and untrimmed shrubs and trees I had to avoid.
