BreeAnn at Pink Blossom Events is genuinely in a category of her own. I first met her in 2014 and we've partnered on countless weddings since -- several of which have been published, including a recent feature in Washington Wedding Day magazine. She's been a Seattle wedding planner since 2006 and she knows absolutely everyone in this industry. That experience and those relationships show up in real ways for her clients. But here's what I really want you to know: she is unflappable. Like, legitimately. She charged me almost half what other vendors were charging. Our wedding was on Bainbridge Island and Holly was extremely familiar with all the vendors in the area and all of the vendors that have worked with our venue in the past. She was always ready for recommendations and emailed me consistently throughout the process so we were continuously moving forward with planning. She was such a positive presence to have at our wedding and I especially loved that she told everyone in our bridal party to go to her with questions and allow us to have our special day in peace. I cannot thank Holly enough for how beautifully she set up all the decorations I purchased. I was worried that things would be placed incorrectly or that something would be missing, but Holly captured my vision perfectly and did not miss a beat! I appreciate the multiple places to sit and watch the kids. Being able to bring our own snacks is a plus too. Clean spaces. No broken toys. There's a latch-able enclosed gated area for the crawlers and those of younger ages. A mother's room. A room with dim lights for some quieter separate space. It is a no shoes play space. Parking was ample and close to the front door. Thank you for providing this pretend play space for our neighborhood. We will surely be back!

They pride themselves on their cleanliness.. we arrived shortly after they supposedly "close to sanitize" and I was in disbelief how dirty the baby area was. Dirty shoe prints on the mat, the toys themselves had dirt and ickiness in the cracks and crevices of every one that I picked up. The front desk attendant was not at all friendly, when we arrived she don't say anything. It was our first time there so we had no idea what to do she had her daughter there with her (not a problem) but when we left she clearly had a poopy diaper and the entire front lobby smelled like poopy diaper. Needless to say I was so excited to share this place with our out of town friends and we all left unsatisfied and grossed out.

Do Amazon bother calling people about bad review and scream at them ? No! Customers are entitled voice their experience. Doreen did all the wrong things and run a unbelievable unprofessional rackets about refund , I am still fighting my $1035 money back ! She was mad at me being cautious on how much I could spend but isn't it consumer's right to decide how much they can spend ? So our deal didn't go well and She said there will be department reach me about refund but there is NONE Today 7/21 she called me and scream at me about my review ... like all of the sudden she care about her reputation but not telling me when is the refund ?? @.@ Apparently my review here is working and made her react and finally reach me... She said she will spend $20,000 for defending her business reputation but cannot give me a clear date of my refund ?? (Who's the one threaten me and harrasse me? You DOREEN FITZPATRICK, the phone call from you were full of threatening tone , personal attacks and she just won't give me a refund date ! Here are some FACT from Sassyfly Doreen: 1. I did communicate with Doreen on 6/10, 6/13, 7/7, 7/8 also numerous text messages about things I need in June and July , she can go back emails and look at some email from me that Doreen did not response , who is the one not responding? Of course I couldn't pick up the phone in the air ! I had made it clear my job prevent me from using phone instead you didn't reply my email when I sent you. I find time to check emails and text messages everyday. 2. Where is our "contract" clearly state what you can and cannot regarding to the day of ? I did intend to rent your item but you did not reply my email . I cannot decide anything from you because your price quotes are not clear ! Doreen agreed she will " work with me" and I make it super simple for this vendor~ I noticed Sassyfly doesn't have guest plates and cups, glasses stuff I need so I had to take care of my priority. Some rental company they have a very clear unit price per item and total quote communication and I realize Doreen's money policy is very unclear ...So what I had misunderstood and make a mistake hire you ? (Very regret using her and gave her deposit ) You are the event pro and went unprofessional ! I am just a customer want refund. 3. After she agreed refund Doreen said someone from "a department " will reach me? There were NONE ~ (Is she the department ? ) 7/9 4. No one pick up the phone at Sassfly office 7/21 5. Doreen was the one hang up my phone our last phone call today So my final proposal is simple and clear just a refund ! 7/21 Now I will be laughing at her another write back here just because she is bothered I decide to speak up from this terrible experience from Sassyfly decor Bottom line she took my money and refused to show up the service , that's why my refund is needed Can you imagine you paid for event service but there is no show and run rackets about refund ?? We…read morebooked her for day of coordination services after having a zoom meeting to get to know each other a bit and found her to be a great fit for us. We had 1 zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted and she provided a spreadsheet to help us with planning and creating our schedule. We then also had an in person meeting 1 month before the wedding to discuss the plan for the big day. Meghan had great input while being considerate of our needs. She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries. She was very responsive with…read morecommunication right from the start, and gave us the option to have meetings in person or over zoom. Sometimes we did in person, and other times virtual! The wedding day went super smooth and everything was so well organized that we were able to start the ceremony a few minutes early. Meghan helped the whole day and night move forward smoothly and it would have been so much harder without her. She started cleaning up elements of the ceremony ahead of time so that by the time the night was coming to a close clean up was fast for our family and friends. We highly recommend her, thank you s much Meghan!! :o)
