She gave us checklists of things we needed to do. Then we met or spoke on the phone at the end of each month to find out the status of our "to do's". We seriously had no stress throughout the planning process. We sent her Pinterest pictures of what we envisioned and she made it happen. She did so much behind the scenes to make our dreams a reality. For one of our meetings, we met at a coffee shop and she had a whole mock up of our tables set up! Including the linens, plates, flowers, etc! Our wedding couldn't have gone any better. There was no stress leading up to the wedding and no stress the day of. It was magical. Throughout the whole process, Kristen was so sweet and thoughtful, making sure everything was just the way we wanted. She really treated us like we were friends. She was always available via email, text, and phone for when we had questions. All of our guests said this was the best wedding they'd ever been to. Our vendors were impressed with how smooth everything went. Many of them told us that our wedding was the most fun and stress free wedding they had ever been to. Really, Kristen will make your wedding dreams come true. This review still can't even do enough justice for how AMAZING she is!

Since my fiance and I live out of state in Arizona we really wanted someone who was there all the time, without putting that burden on my family. I asked for some recommendations from some friends and found Kristen. :) That is where our magical story begins.. Kristen is organized, always on time, the sweetest thing, and makes you feel like instant friends. I was so happy we had her because like all weddings, we had some issues come up with the venue and she was all over it, the day of.. if there were any issues I had no idea about them. She kept us on budget, was always available to chat, kept us on schedule, gave us to-do's every month, and then made sure to bother me when I didn't get them done. =) I was a bride that planning a wedding was completely overwhelming for me, Kristen made the process so smooth and easy. She walked us through every step and came along to any meeting I requested she be at. She decorated our head table, which turned out gorgeous! As well as our guestbook table, seating card table, and gift table. If your looking for someone to get along with and just enjoy the process she is your gal! For our vow renewal I will be hiring her again!

We ordered all pink plates which they had enough stock based on the confirmation invoice, they gave us 2 gray plates on the day of pick up told us they didn't have enough. Also the owner confused our day of pick up and literally told us if "we were sure that was the right date and time". Like yes it's stated in the invoice, that is not my fault YOU mixed up the dates and didn't have the product ready. Also our couch that we ordered wasn't ready on the day of pick up and we had to drive the next day to pick it up. Good product, but a huge communication hassle and this is not how you run a business, no discounts were offered Update : owner reached out and said to mention that I was compensated for the 2 missing plates, I'm sorry but that's the bare MINIMUM you can do if you're running a business. I forgot to mention that I had to drive 3 separate times because my order was not ready. If you're renting from here , call ahead and make sure they have everything ready.

Our guests are still talking about how great the drinks were and how fun the bartenders made the night. They handled the crowd effortlessly, kept lines moving, and always had a smile on their faces--even during the busiest moments. The bar setup looked fantastic, the drinks were perfectly made, and the whole experience felt seamless and stress-free for us as the couple. We loved that they provided glassware and even allowed for us to buy our own alcohol. Buying our alcohol was a must for us since we had a wedding of 230 people so we wanted to get it from a store that allowed us to return the extra bottles that were unopened. The option of making our own bar signs was a plus as well because I loved being able to DIY as much I was able to. They are also one of the only few bartending companies around that is more in the affordable range which was very much appreciated due to our guest count being on the higher side. If you're looking for a bartending company that brings great vibes, excellent service, and total professionalism, look no further. They truly helped make our wedding unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!

Thank you for absolutely killing it, being so cool about our drink preferences, and making our day extra special. You've officially secured your spot as my go-to bartender for all future events. Keep slinging those epic drinks and rocking it!

She has a team with different backgrounds who are also bilingual. Which was a huge plus for our family and guests. During our first consultation, I was pleasantly surprised about how knowledgeable and familiar she is with Vietnamese weddings. She knew exactly what my traditions are, and I didn't need to explain anything. She even knew terms and different aspects of my tradition that I was surprised she already knew about, such as the tea ceremony and "chao ban". Renielle was able to provide assistant coordinators who are bilingual in English and Vietnamese, which helped us tremendously.

We met for no less than half a dozen times, where we discussed everything from design ideas, etiquete, timelines, budget, rentals, contracts, and honestly the who/what/when/where/and why of OUR wedding. She knew all the right questions to ask to help us turn our thoughts into reality. Before we knew it our wedding day was in a week. Everything was in place, and it just needed to happen. This is where she shines. Angela wrangled everyone from the wedding party, the photographer, the rental deliveries, the venue personel, i mean everyone. She made sure they all knew exeactly what their jobs were, and that they were there to do them. I was completely hands off for this last week before the wedding and it made the process so much less stress. On the big day she ran it like a Swiss watch. Everything ran seamlessly, period. Our expectations were high, and they were blown out of the water. Thank you a million times over Angela. We couldn't have done it without yoi.

From the start, she provided a clear and transparent estimate and hourly rate, which immediately gave us confidence. Leading up to the wedding, Robbi held a few additional Zoom calls with us, helping set goals and checking in to make sure we stayed on track. During the rehearsal, she kicked things off with a structured run-through and kept everything moving smoothly. On the wedding day itself, we sent her a list of all the loose ends that needed attention--and she made sure every single one was handled. She has a natural sense for when to step in and when to let us enjoy the moment. We truly felt like a team, with her as the quarterback keeping everything coordinated. Her attention to detail was remarkable. From small but important touches, like marking the ground so the wedding party knew where to stand, to big-picture guidance, like advising me (the groom) against having the wedding party present for our first look and private vows (a decision my wife later said saved me!), Robbi's judgment and experience shone through. It's the combination of little things and big things that makes her so good at what she does. Our day would not have turned out the way it did without her amazing work. If you're on the fence, hire her--you will not regret it.
