We ordered all pink plates which they had enough stock based on the confirmation invoice, they gave us 2 gray plates on the day of pick up told us they didn't have enough. Also the owner confused our day of pick up and literally told us if "we were sure that was the right date and time". Like yes it's stated in the invoice, that is not my fault YOU mixed up the dates and didn't have the product ready. Also our couch that we ordered wasn't ready on the day of pick up and we had to drive the next day to pick it up. Good product, but a huge communication hassle and this is not how you run a business, no discounts were offered Update : owner reached out and said to mention that I was compensated for the 2 missing plates, I'm sorry but that's the bare MINIMUM you can do if you're running a business. I forgot to mention that I had to drive 3 separate times because my order was not ready. If you're renting from here , call ahead and make sure they have everything ready.

When I called inquiring about what menu options we were interested in, I made it very clear which ones we wanted and emailed the information as well. It took over a week to receive the quotes, the quotes did not include everything that had been requested. Not to mention, the service charge for each quote was nearly as much as the food itself. I'm all of paying for services and their time, but the quote had the service time until 12am which why in the world would a caterer need to stay that late at a wedding? When I asked questions and inquired about receiving an updated quote, the owner responded in email with "I'm heading out of the office for the day, but will get back to you tomorrow." We never heard from her again. I was skeptical about this catering company to begin with as they had pretty questionable reviews, but after the experience we had, I am really glad we booked elsewhere. I gave them two stars and not one because I never actually tried their food.

She was above and beyond helpful at our final meeting in finalizing our timeline and offering a few tips to make the day go smoothly. Our wedding was on a family farm on Whidbey Island and Jenny and her second photographer graciously caught an early ferry to make sure they would be there on time. She was able to scope out the ceremony space before starting to shoot our getting ready photos and the day just went so well from there. She was patient with a few changes we made from our final meeting and so generously helped with things here and there throughout the day, including bringing us a small plate of our apps while we signed our marriage license :) At the end of the night she made sure we got any last shots we wanted before she took off and our sneak peek was up the next day before we left for our honeymoon! She has a team with different backgrounds who are also bilingual. Which was a huge plus for our family and guests. During our first consultation, I was pleasantly surprised about how knowledgeable and familiar she is with Vietnamese weddings. She knew exactly what my traditions are, and I didn't need to explain anything. She even knew terms and different aspects of my tradition that I was surprised she already knew about, such as the tea ceremony and "chao ban".
