Between my mom and me, we had the wedding planning part covered, but when it came to the day-of, we really wanted someone who we could trust to run the show. Enter Callie. Callie is absolutely fantastic. From the moment I met her, I knew we would work extremely well together and that she was the perfect person to help bring our vision to life on the big day. Callie also offers a fantastic day-of coordination package, which includes 24/7 email correspondence (although sometimes Callie takes a while to respond or needs an extra reminder or two on deliverables), a trip to the venue leading up to the big day, rehearsal coverage, and then, of course, day-of coordination. While I was a fairly organized bride already, Callie provides a helpful Google document to make sure you're thinking of every little detail needed. Crystal, Callie's assistant, is also a gem. Between the bright and bubbly personalities to the execution of a very detailed wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better duo to help us with the big day. I highly recommend Holcomb Weddings for your day-of coordination needs!

I'll admit it: Planning a wedding was not my thing. I was generally overwhelmed and at some points…read morejust had to hope for the best with my vendors. I had a huge bridal party who all were willing to help but I knew I needed a point person who had experience! I enlisted Lavinna's help for day of coordinating. My venue rented by the hour, so it would have cost me about the same if I hired someone to do the set-up as it was to rent the venue for more hours and decorate ourselves. The trade-off was that I had to trust someone to do the set-up and even though I was able to pop in for literally five minutes, I would not see the final product until we were announced, long after our guests had arrived. Kind of freaked me out. I got Lavinna, who did it all for me. She and her team were amazing. She emailed me before the event to keep me on track for what she needed. The set-up was seamless and everything looked better than I could have hoped for. She kept us on track throughout the evening. Then they made clean-up look like a breeze. As a bride, the time is flying by, the stress is high and you have a ton of people pulling you in a hundred different directions. Lavinna and her assistants were the best investment I made in ensuring my wedding was beautiful and fun. Thank you so much!!

We…read morebooked her for day of coordination services after having a zoom meeting to get to know each other a bit and found her to be a great fit for us. We had 1 zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted and she provided a spreadsheet to help us with planning and creating our schedule. We then also had an in person meeting 1 month before the wedding to discuss the plan for the big day. Meghan had great input while being considerate of our needs. She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries. Overall, I would 100% recommend Meghan for anyone looking for someone organized, a good problem solver, and also a kind/down to earth personality. She was very responsive with…read morecommunication right from the start, and gave us the option to have meetings in person or over zoom. Sometimes we did in person, and other times virtual! The wedding day went super smooth and everything was so well organized that we were able to start the ceremony a few minutes early. Meghan helped the whole day and night move forward smoothly and it would have been so much harder without her. She started cleaning up elements of the ceremony ahead of time so that by the time the night was coming to a close clean up was fast for our family and friends. Rosalyn is a spectacular - she and her husband saved my wedding day in 1,001 ways! I forgot just…read moreabout everything and 1 week before the wedding I hired her and she threw together a last minute wedding website that was ADORABLE. We were low on party favors and she thought of making these adorable smores packets for our bonfire with little labels with our names in them. They were a HUGE hit and totally filled things out. She also brought me the razor AND tooth brush I forgot. When my photographer went to the wrong location she and her husband played photographer for the dressing and they took GREAT pictures. She shuffled people around, kept things on time, rounded out edge, made everything look sharp and was extremely personable, professional, and polished. Everyone LOVED them! And this is only the things I remember them doing off the top of my head. I'm probably not even aware of MANY things they did. O, like when my sister/bridesmaid would NOT stop complaining about her dress and makeup and insisting someone do her makeup, Roz even did my sisters makeup may be to be nice - probably just to get her to shut up AND IT WORKED.
