Cindy just catered my wife's 50th birthday party. My wife wanted a taco bar. The spread Cindy put…read moreon was absolutely AMAZING! We planned on 50 people and she provided enough food to feed all of the personnel at JBLM. OK, that may be a slight exaggeration but there was sooooooo much food no one went hungry and there was plenty for people to take leftovers home. My wife and I are mexican food connoisseurs and I'm telling you, Cindy's taco bar with all the fixins was some of the best we've ever had. In addition to the amazing food, Cindy's set up and clean up were also amazing. We didn't do anything except enjoy the party! Thank you so very much Cindy!!!

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. That's all there is to say about Cindy's Kitchen Catering…read more ..No, wait, I have more!! Do you have a big event coming up, like a baby or wedding shower, birthday party, retirement party, etc.? Do you not feel like making the food yourself or doing a potluck with your family who can barely make toast? Still want that home-cooked taste, attention to detail and display that To Go doesn't offer? Look no further than Cindy's business! (*edit to add, my family CAN cook... sorry mom) While planning my daughter's 1st birthday party, I had lots on my mind. I realized I did not want to organize and cook all the food while trying to clean AND decorate. Yelp and Cindy's Kitchen reviews to the rescue....! Cost was extremely reasonable. She took my order over the phone, and payment was simple through app/invoice sent to email. Even better, Cindy delivered all the food right on time, set up, and picked up her platters afterward! We ordered the turkey & ham sliders, veggie pizza, mac & cheese, and Italian pasta salad. ALL delicious, plentiful portions (many took home leftovers!) and what a great menu to choose from. When Cindy is rich and famous, I hope she remembers the little people like me who appreciated her talent way back when. :)

This food truck was parked at 4th and 108th, and it seems to be there most days from 11-2 for…read morelunch. It's nice that it's so reliable. Ordering was painless - there were a few people in line but it moved consistently. Only took maybe 5 mins total - super fast and friendly. In saw they have a little trompo in the back for the al pastor. So cute! $15 for carne asada burrito. Not bad for Bellevue. They call it a cantina burrito - rice, beans, lettuce, pico. The sour cream makes it creamy, which I didn't hate. Meat was tender and flavorful. The biggest surprise, though, was the four tortilla -- it was perfect! Tender but held it together. Super thin, as it should be. The whole package was tasty and big enough. It came with corn tortilla chips on the side, which I didn't expect -- they were surprisingly good! Seemed freshly fried. Impressive! With the chips, it's a crazy amount of food. You definitely wont be hungry after.

I ordered the Tijuana Burrito with chicken. It is supposed to come with rice, cilantro, onions, lettuce, cheese and beans. Unfortunately, it was almost all rice and really bland. There was just one bite of chicken, almost none of their homemade beans and some lettuce. Then they did not seem to have any cheese, but did have some sour cream (maybe they ran out of cheese, but should have told people). The burrito was $19 and no excuse to pack it full of rice. This was really disappointing, the food vendors here are usually excellent (my wife was smarter and had a sandwich from Purple and loved it). Perhaps the tacos or Baja Bowl are better.
